철도 차량의 HVAC 위치에 따른 공기조화 시스템 및 Air Duct 구조의 특성에 관한 고찰

The HVAC and the air duct is to make optimal indoor environment. By the HVAC position, method and the air duct construction, the important elements can affect on cooling performance, passengers" convenience, and energy efficiency. According to this, there are features, such as the indoor temperature distribution, cooling performance, velocity distribution from diffuser, tend to be come out variously. Also, comparing and analysing temperature distribution, cooling performance, air velocity, noise based on the real practical vehicle tests, it shows features in detail. Besides, it can lead to make design the system of HVAC & air duct effectively.

부모의 양육태도와 집단따돌림 행동과의 관계에서 공감과 자존감의 역할

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of school children`s empathy and self-esteem on the relationship between perceived parenting attitude and group bullying and the possible mediating effects of their empathy and self-esteem on the relationship between perceived parenting attitude and group bullying. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, perceived affectional and autonomous parenting attitudes were positively correlated to empathy and self-esteem, and empathy and self- esteem had a negative correlation to being bullied and bullying behavior. Second, cognitive empathy had a mediating effect on the relationship between perceived affectional/autonomous parenting attitudes and being bullied/bullying behavior. Affective empathy had a mediating effect on the relationship between bullying behavior and affectional parenting attitude when the bullying behavior was regarded as a dependent variable. Third, as for the relationship between parenting attitude and being bullied/bullying behavior, self-esteem had mediating effects on the relationship of affectional paternal attitude, autonomous paternal attitude, affectional maternal attitude and autonomous maternal attitude to being bullied. When bullying behavior was a dependent variable, however, that had a mediating effect on the relationship between autonomous paternal attitude and autonomous maternal attitude.

Curative hepatectomy is the most important prognostic factor for hepatic cancer, but also has a high rate of morbidity and mortality. Liver failure due to insufficient liver volume is the main cause of postoperative mortality. Preoperative portal vein embolization can induce hypertrophy of the remnant liver, and a two-stage hepatectomy, with or without portal vein embolization, could be used to treat patients with unresectable liver tumors. We report the case of a successful two-staged hepatectomy for bilateral hepatocellular carcinoma with tumor thrombi.

이 논문은 한국의 통일에 대한 곤란하고 부질없는 질문을 터놓고 이야기한다. 안으로는 김일성과 김정일에 의한 대단히 개인화된 정치이면서도 겉으로는 마르크스주의와 공산주의를 내세우는 정치체제 성격을 이해하기 위해서, 저자는 인본주의적인 사회존재론으로서의 마르크스주의 역사를 추적한다. 그런 후 서양의 마르크시즘을 중국화하여 프롤레타리아로부터 소작농으로 혁명적 힘을 허용하는 메타포를 가능하게 한 마오이즘을 살펴볼 것이다. 그러나 김일성의 이데올로기는 기껏해야 주체라는 숭배적인 정치로 귀착될 뿐이다. 주체 이데올로기는 "은둔자 왕국"이라는 시대에 뒤쳐진 한국의 다른 표현일 뿐이다. 또한 나는 통일의 과정을 계속해서 질질 끄는 남한 정부의 불가사의한 동기들에 대해서도 질문할 것이다. This essay tackles the thorny and futile question of Korean unification. In order to understand the nature of the allegedly Marxist/Communist North Korean political regime under the highly personalized politics of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the author traces the history of Marxism as humanistic social ontology and then Maoism as the Sinicized form of Western Marxism whose metaphoricality allows its revolutionary forces from the proletariat to the peasantry. Kim Il Sung`s ideology, however, can simply be reduced to nothing but the highly cultish politics of "self-sufficiency" (chuch`e) which is the outmoded manifestation of Korea as a "hermit kingdom." Furthermore, I question the enigmatic motives of the South Korean government in continuing the procrastinating process of unification.

객실 출입문의 Anti-Drag 시스템 적용

The passenger side entrance door is very important system that make boarding and getting off the passengers. During the passenger door closing there is some obstacles between door panels passenger door can detect the obstacle and obstacle is remained between door panels vehicle can no possible to move. But passenger door can not detect the obstacle if obstacle is too thin such as clothes and belts. So anti-drag system is applied the to make detect these thin obstacle. Therefore we survey the characteristic function and its activation scenario of anti-drag system and present the passenger door system that latest applied anti-drag system that can be a help to make design

비만중년여성의 댄스스포츠 프로그램이 혈중지질 및 렙틴 변화에 미치는 영향

This study conducted a 12-week dance sport program three times a week in middle-aged obese women in order to examine its effects on the change of body composition, blood lipid, leptin and provide the women with basic materials on an exercise prescription for their healthy and happy life. The difference before and after exercise was tested using paired-t test. AVCOVA was used to test the difference in modified mean value by group for the post-test under the control of pre-test. Finally the following results were obtained. 1. The change of blood lipid was found to have a statistically significant difference in total cholesterol and triglyceride(p<.001). There was a statistically significant difference in high density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<.01) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<.05). 2. The change of leptin was found to have a statistically significant difference(p<.01). In conclusion, as a result of conducting the 12-week dance sport program in middle-aged obese women, effective increase and decrease were found in body composition, blood lipid, and letpin. It is considered that middle-aged obese women should participate in active programs such as dance sport program rather than excessive or boring exercises. It is recommended for more effective obesity management program that further study conducts a dance sport program and a dietary cure at the same time.

사이코드라마 연구에 관한 동향 분석 - 2011년~2020년 학술논문을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 사이코드라마에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하여 사이코드라마가 심리치료와 교육영역에서 나아가야 할 방향과 학문적, 실천적 정체성을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 2011년부터 2020년까지 최근 10년 사이코드라마와 관련 주제어로 ‘사이코드라마’, ‘소시오드라마’, ‘심리극’, ‘사회극’ 등을 선택하여 KCI등재(후보)지 논문 중 내용이 주제와 적합하고 중복되지 않는 총 111편의 연구대상 논문을 분석하였다. 연구 발행처 동향과 연구방법의 유형과 내용의 동향을 조사하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이코드라마 주제 관련 학술지 논문은 총 28개의 기관에서 111편의 논문이 발행되며 세부 주제와 대상의 다양성을 선보였다. 둘째, 연구방법의 유형에서는 질적연구 41(36.9%)편, 양적연구 30(27.0%) 편, 문헌연구 28(25.2%)편, 혼합연구 12(10.8%)편 순으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 연구방법별 내용에서는 연구방법에 따른 연구대상, 연구방법, 프로그램 구성을 분류하고 각각 그 차이를 기술하였다. 사이코드라마의 영역 구분의 한계에도 이 논문이 의미가 있는 것은 사이코드라마 관련 주제에 관한 학술논문의 동향을 전반적으로 파악할 수 있도록 정리하여 사이코드라마의 세부 주제와 대상의 다양성을 확인하고 교육적 · 치료적 영역 확장의 가능성을 제시하는 데 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend of Psychodrama and identify the direction and academic and practical identity of Psychodrama in the field of psychotherapy and education. In this study, "Psychodrama" and "Socio-drama" were selected as the topics related to the recent 10 years of psychodrama from 2011 to 2020. Among the papers listed in KCI (candidate) papers, a total of 111 papers were analyzed as the contents were suitable and not overlapping with the subject. The results of this research are as follows. First, a total of 111 papers were published in 28 institutions related to psychology journals. Second, the types of research methods were 41 qualitative studies (36.9%), 30 quantitative studies (27.0%), 12 mixed studies (10.8%), and 28 literature studies (25.2%). Third, according to each research method, the subject and program composition were classified and the differences were described. This study systematically organizes the trend of academic papers on the topic related to Psychorama. In addition, it makes the possibility of expanding the scope of educational and therapeutic areas, as well as the diversity of subjects and subjects in Psychorama.

성인에서 발생한 세프트리악손 가성담석증의 증례보고 및 임상적 고찰

Although ceftriaxone can be used safely in most instances, it can sometimes induce biliary sludge or stone formation. Most of the patients remain asymptomatic and children are more susceptible to develop this condition, but adults can be affected as well. Because sludge or stones disappear after discontinuing ceftriaxone, this condition is referred to as ceftriaxone-associated pseudolithiasis. A 54-year-old woman was admitted to a local clinic for management of ileus. During admission, she had received ceftriaxone and metronidazole, and had been on nil per os for the past 6 days. She was then referred to our hospital for cholecystectomy due to persistent right upper quadrant pain. Although imaging studies showed gallbladder sludge, pseudolithiasis was suspected because of ceftriaxone administration history and prolonged fasting. After careful watch-and-wait, the condition resolved spontaneously after ceftriaxone discontinuation. Our clear understanding on ceftriaxone-associated gallbladderpseudolithiasis allowed us to avoid an unnecessary cholecystectomy. Herein, we report the case of a 54-year-old woman with ceftriaxone-associated gallbladder pseudolithiasis that was successfully managed by ceftriaxone discontinuation alone.
