부압형 피코 슬라이더의 부상높이에 따른 공기베어링 슬립모델의 타당성 비교

It has become more important to obtain the correct estimate of the flying height for the HDD slider as the flying height becomes extremely low. The slip model for the numerical simulation should also be examined carefully for various slider flying heights. Bugdorfer introduced the first order slip approximation for the Reynolds equation with small knudsen number. Hsia and Domoto extended Bugdorfer's approximation to the second order slip for larger Knudsen number. Fukui and Kaneko introduced generalized Reynolds equation for arbitrary Knudsen number by using the linearized Boltzman equation. This paper presents the comparison of these slip models for negative pressure pico slider with respect to several flying heights. Numerical simulation shows that the deviation of pressure between slip models becomes more evident as the flying height decreases in all cases.
Dark Channel Prior 기반 해무 강도 예측 방법에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 시정계에 비해서 낮은 가격으로 개발이 가능한 카메라 시스템과 촬영한 사진으로 해무 강도를 측정하는 방안을 제안한다. 항로표지에 부착이 가능하고 360도 촬영이 가능한 카메라 시스템 구현 내용을 설명하고 해무의 강도를 측정하기 위해 안개 모델과Dark Channel Prior(DCP)를 이용해 해무 강도를 측정하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

Recently almost all HDDs employ the rotary type actuator system. The performance of an HDD depends on the accuracy and speed of tracking motion. The overall stiffness of the actuator system is confined by the flexibility of the flexure that is necessary to maintain the safe slider air bearing condition. This determines the upper bound of the bandwidth of the tracking servo system. We study the track seek process through the structural analysis for the actuator system considering the head/media interface. We develop the numerical analysis program to study the dynamic characteristics considering the air bearing effects. We perform the track seek simulation to estimate the effect of the suspension vibration on the air bearing status. We calculate the behaviour of the air bearing for the given tracking acceleration profile and calculate the error during track seek process due to the lateral deflection of the suspension.
대한민국 서해, 남해 수중 채널 환경에서 OFDM 파라미터에 따른 실해역 성능 분석

본 논문은 대한민국 서해와 남해에서의 거리에 따른 성능분석을 위해 실해역 측정을 했다. 서해와 남해 선박의 거리와 전송율 관점에서 측정된 실해역 데이터를 기반으로 데이터 반복 전송 횟수와 파일럿 심볼 배치 간격 파라미터를 조절하여 서해와 남해 성능 비교를 통해 수중OFDM 시스템을 성능을 분석하였다. 결론으로는 전송율과 거리에서 남해의 성능을 비교했을 때 파라미터가 같은 조건에서 남해 5km, 서해 1km 거리에서 BER성능이 남해가 성능이 비슷하였으며, 남해 10km,서해 3km에서 파일럿 심볼의 배치간격을 (𝚫f, 𝚫t) = (6, 3)의 심볼과 PRB가 반복되는 (R<sub>f</sub>, R<sub>t</sub>) = (2, 1)에서 남해는 1078.92bit/s 서해는 1384.57bit/s으로 전송율관점에서도 남해에서 장거리에서 높은 데이터를 보낼 수 있는걸 확인하였다 AThis paper measured real sea area for performance analysis according to distance from west sea and south sea of Korea. The performance of the underwater OFDM system was analyzed by comparing the performance of the West and South Seas by adjusting the number of data repetitive transmissions and the pilot symbol placement interval parameters based on the real-sea data measured from the distance and Data rate of the West and South Sea vessels. In conclusion, when comparing the performance of the South Sea at the Data rate and distance, the BER performance of the South Sea was similar at the 5 km South Sea and 1 km West Sea under the same conditions. Placement interval of pilot symbol at 10 km of South Sea and 3 km of West Sea is (𝚫f, 𝚫t) = (6, 3) and the number of times the PRB is (R<sub>f</sub>, R<sub>t</sub>) = (2, 1) repeated. We confirmed that we can send high data over long distances in the South Sea.
Roll to Roll Air-Floating Oven Drying Process Design and Analysis for Printed Electronics

Printed electronics is a set of printing methods used to create electrical devices such as OLEDs, e-paper, RFID on various substrateswith common printing equipment, such as screen printing, flexography, gravure, offset lithography, and inkjet. Roll to Roll (R2R) isone of the most promising production technologies in the printed electronics for saving production cost and increasing productionspeed. R2R production includes various processes such as printing, drying, winding, unwinding, and so on. In this paper, the researchon design and analysis of drying process is performed, which is essential for efficient and fast drying process when printing is finished. In a printed electronics R2R system, an air flotation oven is employed for the drying process. The air flotation oven is commonly usedfor the noncontact support and drying of coated web materials such as plastic films and paper. Air flotation oven consists of noncontactsupports and drying of coated web materials such as plastic films and paper. After the air flotation oven is designed,experimental results and numerical analysis for the drying process are investigated.
