Carbon neutrality is a balance between emitting carbon and absorbing carbon from the soil, forest, and oceans. To achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, a variety of research on energy such as solar, wind, hydrogen, biomass, and waste energy has been performed worldwide. Bio-fuel oil and bio-crude oil are considered promising energy resources to achieve carbon neutrality because they can be effectively used not only for heat energy but also for transport fuel. In this study, an experiment on the combustion characteristics of bio-fuel oil and bio-crude oil blends was conducted. The mixtures of biofuel and conventional diesel fuel were also studied. A conventional oil burner with a 35 kW capacity was modified into a downward injection type and to adopt an air-blast atomizing nozzle. Bio-fuel oil was made from waste oil and bio-crude oil was derived from coffee grounds. The temperature distributions in the combustion chamber and the gaseous emissions were compared at various blending ratios. When the bio-fuel oil was blended with bio-crude oil from the coffee ground, nearly complete combustion was observed, except for the 100% bio-crude oil, with the emission of a large amount of CO. It was also shown that as the ratio of bio-crude oil was increased, NO concentration increased due to the nitrogen content in the bio-crude oil. In the cases where biofuel was blended with diesel fuel, all cases showed close to complete combustion, where the temperature of the combustion chamber was raised with an increasing ratio of diesel.

기존 디지털 출력 방식의 PIR 센서를 이용한 침입감지 시스템은 사람이 아닌 다른 물체에 대한 침입 탐지 오류가 많았다. 본 논문은 이를 극복하기 위하여 아날로그 출력 방식의 PIR 센서 기반 침입 감지 시스템을 제안한다. 아날로그 방식 PIR 센서는 임계값을 기준으로 이진 출력값 대신, 일정 범위 내의 다양한 전압 준위로 출력값을 내보낸다. 아날로그 PIR 센서를 이용하여 획득된 신호의 샘플링된 신호값으로부터 FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) 또는 MFCC(Mel-frequency cepstrum codfficents)을 이용하여 신호의 주파수 성분을 추출하여, 인공 신경회로망(Artificial Neural Network)의 특징벡터로 사옹된다. 다양한 인간의 움직임과 애완동물의 움직임에 대한 신호 패턴들을 학습한 인공 신경회로망을 통해서 침입상황에서 침입한 객체가 사람인지 애완동물인지 판별 하게된다. The intruder detection system using digital PIR sensor has the problem that it can’t recognize human correctly. In this paper, we suggest a new intruder detection system based on analog PIR sensor to get around the drawbacks of the digital PIR sensor. The analog type PIR sensor emits the voltage output at various levels whereas the output of the digitial PIR sensor is binary. The signal captured using analog PIR sensor is sampled, and its frequency feature is extracted using FFT or MFCC. The extracted features are used for the input of neural networks. After neural network is trained using various human and pet’sn tirusion data, it is used for classifying human and pet in thine trusion situation

Cities grow through a series of processes that lead from a single structure to a multi-nuclear structure, and naturally become Metropolis because of their communion with neighboring cities. However, Residential Development Project are difficult to naturally link functionality among surrounding cities that occur during the process of general urban growth that is artificially created in urban suburbs. Therefore, the impact of Residential Development on the rate of change in population and number of workers in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon Metropolitan City between 2015 and 2005 was analyzed in detail and the following results were derived. First, it was found that only the area of residential development zones had a significant value in terms of impact on population changes. Second, it was analyzed that the area and number of residential development zones had significant values as the impact on the change in the number of workers, and that it had significant values with the presence or absence of residential development zones.
자연성 이론의 관점에서 본 러시아어 명사 변화의 형태화 경로

Naturalness Theory is based on the notion of iconicity, which in turn is determined by the concept of markedness. In addition to constuctional iconicity, NT incorporates uniform symbolization and transparency. This `system- universal` naturalness is based on semiotics and cognitive principle as has also been proposed in the Grammaticlization Theory. This paper addresses three interesting linguistic phenomena in Russian declension, i.e., the alternations related to the results of second slavic palatalization of velars, the ending of genitive plural `-ov`, and unification of endings of instrumental plural to `-ami`. This observation allows synchronic and related diachronic phenomena to be discussed together. The Russian noun case studies show that the Russian nominal declension generally developed naturally, as NT theoreticians would anticipate from their theoretical predictions.
국제개발협력을 위한 아시아인프라투자은행(AIIB) 사업추진 방향 연구

AIIB(Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank) was established in 2016 with the aim of fostering sustainable economic development, creating wealth and improving infrastructure connectivity in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive sectors. This study forecasts the future direction of AIIB s business through review of AIIB’s business plan, sectoral strategy, infrastructure demand, and MDB’s private sector support policy. The main results of this study are as follows. First, according to the annual project plan, the proportion of self-conducting projects in the co-financing projects so far will increase, and the scale of support for private projects will gradually increase by increasing the proportion of non-sovereign financing. Second, depending on the sector-specific strategy, future investments are expected to concentrate on expanding power supply networks, improving energy access, supplying public housing, developing new towns and industrial complexes, and expanding road and rail networks. Third, it is expected that private sector s participation in the infrastructure development market will be promoted as a way to solve the infrastructure supply limitation by public funding.
