컴퓨터 운영체제에 사용되는 다양한 CPU 스케줄러의 사용 방법과 장단점을 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 시뮬레이션하고 자원(Resource)의 할당법을 사용자 인터페이스로 기초 학습자에게 교육하고, 중급 학습자 이상에게는 프로그램의 분석과 스케줄링의 알고리즘 분석을 이해시키는 운영체제의 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 설계하고 구현하였다.

As GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) is used in various filed, many countries establish GNSS system independently. But GNSS system has the limitation of accuracy and stability in stand-alone mode, because this system has error elements which are ionospheric delay, tropospheric delay, orbit ephemeris error, satellite clock error, and etc. For overcome of accuracy limitation, the DGPS(Differential GPS) and RTK(Real-Time Kinematic) systems are proposed. These systems perform relative positioning using the reference and user receivers. ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) is developing precision navigation system in point of extension of GNSS usage. The precision navigation system is for providing the precision navigation solution to common users. If this technology is developed, GNSS system can be used in the fields which require precision positioning and control. In this paper, we introduce the precision navigation system and perform design and algorithm verification.

Performance Analysis of Navigation Algorithm for GNSS Ground Station

Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is been developing in many countries. The satellite navigation system has the importance in economic and military fields. For utilizing satellite navigation system properly, the technology of GNSS Ground Station is needed. GNSS Ground Station monitors the signal of navigation satellite and analyzes navigation solution. This study deals with the navigation software for GNSS Ground Station. This paper will introduce the navigation solution algorithm for GNSS Ground Station. The navigation solution can be calculated by the code-carrier smoothing method, the Kalman-filter method, the least-square method, and the weight least square method. The performance of each navigation algorithm in this paper is presented.

GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) Ground Station performs GNSS signal acquisition and processing. This system generates error correction information and distributes them to GNSS users. GNSS Ground Station consists of sensor station which contains receiver and meteorological sensor, monitoring and control subsystem which monitors and controls sensor station, control center which generates error correction information, and uplink station which transmits correction information to navigation satellites. Monitoring and control subsystem acquires and processes navigation data from sensor station. The processed data is transmitted to GNSS control center. Monitoring and control subsystem consists of data acquisition module, data formatting and archiving module, data error correction module, navigation determination module, independent quality monitoring module, and system maintenance and management module. The independent quality monitoring module inspects navigation signal, data, and measurement. This paper introduces independent quality monitoring and performs the analysis using measurement data.
철도차량용 STS304 용접부의 피로특성에 미치는 쇼트피닝의 효과

Cracks may easily occur at the welded joints of rolling stock which receives the repeated or vibration load. The shot peening process is a well known technique for the improvement of the fatigue characteristics of structures under the repeated load because the induced compressive residual stress makes the structure durable. In this paper, the fatigue characteristics of shot peened welded joints for the rolling stock was investigated. TIG welding process was applied to the STS304 specimens and the specimens were cut by using water jet machine. A number of shot peening conditions were applied to the welded specimen. The optimal shot peening condition and fatigue life diagram were examined by appling a number of shot peening conditions and accomplishing the bending fatigue test for the specimens. Saturation curve, and roughness were also evaluated. The experimental results show that the durability of STS304 welded joints for rolling stock was highly improved by applying shot peening technique. Thus, the light weight of rolling stock can be expected by applying the shot peening technique to improve the fatigue characteristics.
