The electrical and optical properties of CdTe, Cu2-xTe, Cu2-xSe thin films and Cu2-xTe-CdTe, Cu2-xSe-CdTe heterojunction solar cells are respectively investigated, the formers are fabricated by flash evaporation method, the latters are formed by flash evaporation of Cu2 Te on CdTe thin film and flash evaporation of Cu2Se on CdTe thin films. Transmittances of Cu2-xTe and Cu2-xSe are 50 percentages at visible light ranges. The solar energy conversion efficiency of the Cu2-xTe-CdTe heterojunction photocells are measured to be 5.3%.

100년의 역사를 가진 샤넬은 여성의 의복 스타일을 규정하고 개발하며 지속적인 성장하고 있는 패션 키워드다. 본 연구는 샤넬의 디자인철학과 제품디자인에 나타난 조형성, 샤넬의 매장 및 브랜드관련 공간에 대한 분석을 하였다. 특히, 샤넬 디자인은 실용성 측면에서 단순성에 의한 형태에 뛰어남이 있다는 것을 확인했다. 대담성과 영속성 측면에선 소재, 색채, 형태의 모든 부분이 뛰어났고, 복합성과 유희적 성격이 골고루 적용되어 있는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한, 샤넬의 제품디자인이 포함하고 있는 조형성의 범위가 현재 진행되고 있는 여러 현상들을 포함하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 집무 장소로 쓰였던 파리의 깡봉 아파트에서 패션 부띠끄에 적용되어진 디자인 요소들의 연관성을 통해, 샤넬 디자인 철학에 근거한 부띠끄 및 행사 공간의 조형 요소를 분석해 봄으로써 향후에 샤넬 패션 스토어에 적용될 수 있는 공간 조형적 요소를 발견했고, 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chanel is a fashion keyword that defined and developed style of women's clothing, and has grown constantly through 100 years history. This study is analyze design philosophy of Chanel and plasticity by product design, also specific location which contains spatiality. From the functionality aspect I could verify that the design of Chanel has many merits especially in coloring and shaping. Also positive in product derived from simplicity. All factors in material, coloring, shaping became advantages in daring and perpetuity sides, and from complexity and pleasure aspect, strong point and weak point are evenly applied. Also I could perceive various design elements from Chanel's Cambon apartment, her office and workshop, which are applied in fashion boutique now a days. This study will help to discover the spatial plasticity which could be applied in Chanel's flagship store hereafter by researching satellites, boutiques, and events of Chanel which are transformable and new purpose giveable under circumstances.

Lateral medullary infarction can lead to central respiratory failure. However, in Wallenberg’s syndrome, obstructive respiratory failure rarely develops. Here, we report a case of obstructive respiratory failure with stridor caused by unilateral lateral medullary infarction. A 74-year-old woman was admitted for acute right lateral medullary infarction. On the 12th day after the stroke,the patient developed respiratory failure necessitating endotracheal intubation. She could maintain good oxygen saturation and ventilation in intubated status without the assistance of mechanical ventilator, even during sleep. The pharyngo-laryngoscopy demonstrated the hypomobility of bilateral vocal cords. This case suggests that unilateral medullary infarction might be a cause of bilateral vocal cord palsy.

ObjectiveAmple evidence has suggested that age at onset of Parkinson’s disease (PD) is associated with heterogeneous clinical features in individuals. We hypothesized that this may be attributed to different patterns of nigrostriatal dopamine loss. MethodsA total of 205 consecutive patients with de novo PD who underwent 18F-FP-CIT PET scans (mean follow-up duration, 6.31 years) were divided into three tertile groups according to their age at onset of parkinsonian motor symptoms. Striatal dopamine transporter (DAT) availability was compared between the old- (n = 73) and young-onset (n = 66) groups. In addition, the risk of developing freezing of gait (FOG) and longitudinal requirements for dopaminergic medications were examined. ResultsThe old-onset PD group (mean age at onset, 72.66 years) exhibited more severe parkinsonian motor signs than the young-onset group (52.58 years), despite comparable DAT availability in the posterior putamen; moreover, the old-onset group exhibited more severely decreased DAT availability in the caudate than the young-onset group. A Cox regression model revealed that the old-onset PD group had a higher risk for developing FOG than the young-onset group [hazard ratio 2.523, 95% confidence interval (1.239–5.140)]. The old-onset group required higher doses of dopaminergic medications for symptom control than the young-onset group over time. ConclusionThe present study demonstrated that the old-onset PD group exhibited more severe dopamine loss in the caudate and were more likely to develop gait freezing, suggesting that age at onset may be one of the major determinants of the pattern of striatal dopamine depletion and progression of gait disturbance in PD.
