        응력특이성계수에 의한 이종 접합재료의 강도평가

        Recentrly advantages in composite and light weight material techniques have led to the increased use of bonded dissimilar materials such as ceramics/metal bonded joints, IC package, brazing, coating and soldering in the various industries. It is required to analyze the evaluation method of fracture strength and design methodology of bonded joints in dissimilar materials. Stress singularity according to changes of scarf angles for bonded scarf joints in dissimilar materials was investigated by the boundary element method and static experiments. In this paper, effect of the stress singularity factors at the interface edges of scarf joints on various dissmilar materials combinations were investigated by analysis of its stress and stress singularity index using 2-dimensional elastic program of boundary element method. And the variations of stress singularity index by changes for Young's modulus ratios of materials and scarf angles were investigated. Also, it is found that stress singularities at bonded interface edges are disappeared for certain combination of scarf angle in a pair of bonded dissimilar materials. As the results, it is proposed that the strength evaluation by using stress singularity factors, $\Gamma$, considering stress singularity at the interface edges of bonded dissimilar materials, is very useful.

        이종접합재의 계면균열에 대한 진전경로의 예측

        Applications of bonded dissimilar materials such as metal/ceramics and resin/metal joints, are very increasing in various industry fields. It is required to find crack propagation direction and path applying to the fracture mechanics on the bonded joint of dissimilar meterials. In this paper, crack propagation direction and path were simulated numerically by using boundary element method. Crack propagation angle is able to easily determine based on the maximum stress concept. Fracture tests of Al/Epoxy dissimilar materials with an interface crack are carried out under various mixed mode conditions by using the specimens of bonded scarf joints. It is found that the experimental results are well coincide with the analysis results of boundary element method.

        티타늄 합금의 연마제 워터 제트 절단에 의한 절단표면 특성

        Abrasive waterjet (AWJ) can provide a more effective means for precision of difficult -to-machining materials such as ceramics and titanium alloys. The present study is focused on the surface roughness of abrasive waterjet cut surfaces. This paper investigated theoretical and experimental surface characteristics associated with abrasive waterjet cutting of titanium alloy Gr2. It is shown that the proper variations of several cutting parameters such as waterjet cutting pressure, cutting speed and cutting depth improve the roughness and characteristics on specimen surfaces produced by AWJ cutting. From the experimental results by AWJ cutting of titanium alloy Gr2, the optimal cutting conditions to improve the surface roughness and precision were proposed and discussed.

        2015 개정 실과교육과정 내 농업생명과학영역의 교육과정 내용 평가

        이 연구의 목적은 이 연구의 목적은 실과교육 내 농업생명과학 영역의 교육과정 내용의 변화과정을 고찰하고, 평가하여 미래 농업생명과학 영역 교육의 미래 발전 방향의 기초를 제공하는 데 있었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구를 주요하게 사용하였다. 이 연구에서 논의된 2015 개정 실과교육과정 내 농업생명과학 내용에 대한 평가를 수행한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업생명과학 내용이 포함된 영역, 핵심 개념, 내용 요소가 서로 일치하지 않고, 내용 요소 부족할뿐더러 적절하게 제시되지 않았다. 둘째, 2015 개정 실과 교육과정에 제시된 ‘기술 시스템’ 핵심 개념에 의해 농업생명과학 내용 중 기르기와 가꾸기 활동이 매우 단순화되었다. 셋째, 2015 개정 실과 교육과정의 농업생명과학 내용에 ‘지속 가능’이라는 핵심 개념이 포함된 것은 고무할 만한 것이기도 하지만 또한 교육 문제를 유발하는 것이기도 하다. The purpose of the study was to research the changes in the contents of the agricultural life science area in each national curriculums, to evaluate the contents of the agricultural life science area in the 2015 revised Practical Arts education curriculum, and to present the directions to develop contents of life science area of Practical Arts education curriculum in future. To achieve the purpose of the study, the literature review was mainly utilized. The conclusions of the study were as follows: First, the domain, the core concept, the contents elements, for the agricultural life science contents, were not matched well, and the contents elements were presented not enough quantity.. Second, due to the ‘technology system’ core concept, the activities for animal raising and plant cultivating in agricultural life science area were overly simplified. Third, introducing and containing the core concept of ‘sustainable’, in the agricultural life science education area in the 2015 revised Practical Arts education curriculum, was not only inspiring change but also producing educational problems.

        Ubiquitous 시대 문화ㆍ취미생활 변화에 따른 실과교육의 방향

        The purpose of this study was to discuss the direction of Practical Arts education according to the changes in culture and hobbies in Ubiquitous era, and to provide basic materials for developing curriculum for Practical Arts subject considering cultures and hobbies in Ubiquitous era. Literature review and interviewing experts in Ubiquitous computing technology, as research methods, were utilized to achieve the purpose of this study.The following subjects were discussed in this study; (1) Concepts and characteristics of ubiquitous computing, (2) Technological factors in ubiquitous computing, (3) Applications of ubiquitous computing, (4) Social and cultural characteristics and concept of ubiquitous era, (5) Everyday life changes in ubiquitous era, (6) Discussion in changes of cultures and hobbies in ubiquitous era.The discussed subjects about the direction of Practical Arts education according to the changes in cultures and hobbies in ubiquitous era were as follows: 1. Well-being culture will be elevated; 2. Importance in life and living will be elevated; 3. Extreme aspects of managing hobbies and cultures (cocoons vs. outdoors); and 4. Convenient IT tech. vs. personal info leek.In conclusion, there will be lots of changes in cultures and hobbies in ubiquitous era. However, the roots of cultural life and hobbies will not be changed, but will be better because of ubiquitous computing technologies. Therefore, there should not be much changes in Practical Arts subject due to ubiquitous computing skill. It is possible for us to make the curriculum of Practical Arts subject more humane and basic so that students should be able to use ubiquitous computing skills more wisely in everyday life.

      • 접착이음의 강도평가에 관한 연구 (제1보 겹치기 접착이음의 응력해석과 파괴강도)

        본 연구에서는 복합재료의 접착이음에 대한 강도 평가법을 확립하기 위한 기 초연구로써 접착이음의 가장기본적인 형태의 하나인 겹치기 이음(single-lap joint: SLJ)에 대한 응력해석과 정적 및 피로 강도시험을 실시하고, 종래의 강도평가법의 문 제점을 파악.검토하고 정량적이고 통일적인 접착이음의 강도평가법의 확립 및 설계 기 준의 설정에 대한 새로운 방향을 모색 하고저 한다. Recently advantages in composite and light weight material technique have led to the increased use of structural adhesives in various industries. In spite of such wide application of the adhesive joints, the evaluation method of fracture strength and design methodology of them, have not been established. In this study finite element method, theoretical and experimental analyses were investigated according to changes of lap length and adhesive for adhesive single-lap joint. As the results, the strength evaluation of adhesive joint by conventional nominal stress, was pointed out inadequate strength evaluation and design method regardless stress singularity, stress distribution and crack propagation in its adhesive layer. Also, it was examined the problems to apply fracture mechanics by means of static and fatigue test.

        2015 개정 실과교육과정(안)의 농업생명과학 교육내용 개정 방향

        이 연구는 현재 연구·개발 중인 2015 개정 실과교육과정(안)에 농업생명과학의 교육 내용 체계를 구안하여 제시하고자 한 것으로써, 실과교육과정 관련 자료, 연구보고서, 그리고 연구 논문 등을 고찰하고 분석하였다. 구안된 2015 개정 실과교육과정(안)에서 농업생명과학 영역의 교육 내용은 ‘인간 생활과 식물’과 ‘인간 생활과 동물’의 대영역으로 구분하였다. 그리고 대영역 ‘인간 생활과 식물’ 대영역에는 ‘생활 속 식물의 이해’와 ‘식물 가꾸기’의 중영역으로 구성하고, ‘인간 생활과 동물’에는 ‘생활 속 동물의 이해’와 ‘동물 돌보기’의 중영역 내용으로 구성하였다. 각 중영역에서 ‘생활 속의 식물 이해’ 중영역에는 생활 속의 식물, 식물 자원의 가치, 식물 자원의 종류, 녹색 성장과 식물 등의 내용이 포함되도록 하고, ‘식물 가꾸기’에는 식물 가꾸기 또는 친환경 식물 가꾸기, 식물의 이용 등이 포함되도록 하였다. 그리고 ‘생활 속 동물의 이해’ 중영역에는 생활 속의 동물, 동물 자원의 가치, 동물 자원의 종류, 녹색 성장과 동물 등이 포함되도록 하고, ‘동물 돌보기’에는 동물 돌보기 또는 친환경 동물 돌보기, 동물의 이용 등이 포함되도록 하였다. The purpose of the study was to provide useful materials to develop the 2015 national curriculum of agricultural life science area in practical arts education through the materials of practical arts curriculum such as the guideline for revising 2015 national curriculum. research papers. The contents of the agricultural life science area in the 2015 national practical arts education curriculum should be consisted of 'human life and plant', and 'human life and animal.' 'Human life and plant' should be organized with 'understanding the plant in rea life' and 'growing plants.' Also, 'human life and animal' should be organized with 'understanding the animal in real life' and 'raising animals.' In middle domains 'understanding the plant in real life' should be contained the plant in real life, the value of plant resources, kinds of plant resources, green growth and plants et al and ‘growing plants' should be contained growing plants or growing the real environmental plants, utilization of plants. Also 'understanding the animal in real life' should be contained the animal in real life, the value of animal resources, kinds of animal resources, green growth and animals et al and 'raising animals’ should be contained growing animals or growing the real environmental animals, utilization of animals.
