홈 게이트웨이를 위한 임베디드시스템의 설계에 관한 연구

인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 현재 거의 모든 가정에서 온라인을 통해 정보를 주고받을 수 있다. 이에 따라 정보가전 제품들도 빠르게 개발되어 댁내에서도 네트워크의 구축과 원활한 운영이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태의 정보가전제품들을 효율적으로 인터넷에 연결시킬 수 있는 소형 홈 게이트웨어 구현을 위한 임베디드시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다, 구현된 임베디드시스템은 고유의 기능 외에 VoIP Telephony 및 센서의 입출력 제어 기능이 추가 구현되어 가격대 성능비가 우수하며, 성능 시험 결과 정상 수행이 확인되었다.

동적 조립을 위한 OCL 기반의 리팩토링 명세

최근의 소프트웨어 개발에서는 리팩토링이 일반적인 요소로서 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 리팩토링에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 리팩토링의 자동화와 리팩토링 재사용을 위한 조립에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 기존의 연구들에서는 리팩토링과 리팩토링 조립에 대해 선/후행조건을 각각 명세하고 있다. 하지만 리팩토링 조립의 경우에 대한 선/후행조건은 개별적인 리팩토링들의 선/후행조건들과 중복된 기능들이 대부분이며, 사용 가능한 리팩토링의 조립이 정적으로 고정되어 있음을 의미한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 리팩토링 조립의 경우가 고정되어 있지 않고 조립의 경우에 따른 선/후행조건의 추가적인 정의 없이 동적으로 다양하게 조립여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 리팩토링의 동적 조립을 위한 전체 프레임워크를 제안하며 OCL 기반으로 리팩토링을 명세한다.

OCL을 이용한 리팩토링의 선행조건 정의

리팩토링이란 소프트웨어의 큰 변경 없이 내부적인 구조를 쉽게 이해하고, 수정할 수 있도록 만들어주는 작업이다. 이런 리팩토링을 적용하기 위해서는 충족시켜야 할 최소한의 제약사항이 있으며 이것을 리팩토링의 선행조건이라 한다. 본 연구에서는 리팩토링 수행 시 필요한 선행조건을 정형화된 제약사항 언어인 OCL로 정의 한다. 이를 위해 리팩토링의 선행조건을 분석하여 일반적인 선행조건의 조각들을 추출한 뒤, OCL을 이용하여 선행조건의 조각들을 정의한다. 이것을 간단한 프로그램에 적용해 봄으로써 그 활용성을 검증해 본다.

선행조건이 명세되어 있지 않은 복합 리팩토링에 대한 조립성 검사

최근의 소프트웨어 개발에서는 리팩토링이 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 리팩토링에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 요소 리팩토링을 정의해서 이들의 조립을 통해 더 큰 종류의 복합 리팩토링을 처리하려는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 복합 리팩토링은 조합된 요소 리팩토링의 순서대로 처리되기 때문에 프로그램에 실제 적용하기에 앞서 적용 가능성을 판단하는 것이 중요하다. 기존 연구들에서는 요소 리팩토링들의 선 후행조건들로부터 복합 리팩토링에 대한 선행조건을 계산하여 적용 가능성을 판단하고 있다. 이것은 선행조건이 정의되어 있는 복합 리팩토링만 판별할 수 있으며 선행조건이 정의되어 있지 않은 복합 리팩토링에 대해서는 적용 가능성을 판단할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 복합 리팩토링의 명세를 추가로 정의 하지 않고 요소 리팩토링만으로 조립 가능 여부를 판단하고자 한다. 이를 위해 요소 리 팩토링을 명세하는 방법과 조립성 검사 방법을 제안한다. 이를 기반으로 프로토타입 도구를 개발해 보고, 적용사례를 통해 선행조건이 명세되어 있지 않은 복합 리팩토링들의 조립성 검사를 확인해봄으로써 본 연구의 효용성을 검토해본다. Refactoring has been actively used in recent software developments. Many studies on the processing of more large scaled composite refactorings have been conducted through the composition of elementary refactorings. It is important to verify the possibility of composition before the refactoring is performed, because the composite refactorings are processed to the sequence of composed elementary refactorings. In conventional studies, they verify the possibility of composition using the precondition of composite refactorings which are computed from the precondition and postcondition of elementary refactorings. They can not verify the possibility of composition in case which composite refactorings do not have a specification of precondition. Thus, we plan to verify the possibility of composition by using the elementary refactorings only without any additional definitions of the preconditions of composite refactorings. To achieve this goal, we proposes a specification method of elementary refactorings and a method for the composition check of refactorings. Then, we develop a prototype tool based on these methods. In addition, we verify the efficiency of our methods through case studies.

지식재산권의 소유권성에 관한 검토

This study is to understand the essence of intellectual property rights. Accordingly, looking at the historical development of intellectual property right, and looking at the discussion of the essence through the comparison of ownership. The historical development of intellectual property are as follows. First, the value of intellectual products were rising, people were trying to do this monopoly. And then it occurred discussion on the essence of the intellectual property.. There was discussion of the various theories such as utilitarianism theory and the theory of natural rights theory, it is trying to find the essence of intellectual property continues even today. However, to clarify the nature of the intellectual property is difficult, it is necessary to look into the property rights with the features of the various elements. The reason is that intellectual products have become even include human as well as economic interests of creative value. In addition, intellectual property has the characteristics such as creativity, no identity, and excluded non-parenteral synthesis. According to this aspect of the present intellectual property it is addressed in accordance with a real right. But the question is how much intellectual property is consistent with the requirements of a real right. Accordingly, in comparison with the ownership and intellectual property rights and looked at the nature of intellectual property rights. Also it was to present specific basis for the protection of intellectual property rights, to take into account the specifications of the product was intellectual property to provide the rationale for relationship of rights and duties.

홈 게이트웨이를 위한 임베디드시스템 설계에 관한 연구

Recently, almost all the house can exchange information through online due to wide-spread of high-speed Internet. And due to the fast development of information home electronics, building and smooth management of home network are needed. In this paper, we design and implement the embedded system for small home gateway that can connect various information home electronics to the internet efficiently. The embedded system implements its original functions and additional functions like VoIP, sensor I/O etc. using exclusive devices. The embedded system shows good operations for required functions through the performance test. So it is an excellent small-size system for cost vs. performance.

디지털콘텐츠의 이용과 미성년자 보호에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to study the protection of minors for using digital contents. As diverse digital contents transaction type, there are many problems occurring with respect to minors. Problems related to minors ‘consent of the legal representative’, ‘restriction of right of cancellation’ and ‘recognize the possibility of minors’ is. Related to Mobile game, damage caused by a minor settlement without the consent of the legal representative is the most serious problem. So, Duty of the operator should be made in more detail about why a minor need the consent of the legal representative and range of the legal representative consent. Second problems arise with respect to restriction of right of cancellation of a minor. Generally minor required the consent of the legal representative in order to use the Digital Contents. Legally revocation of Digital Contents is possible only within 7 days after purchase. However, if minor use the trick without the consent of the legal representative, minor don`t have right of cancellation by the Civil Code Article 17. The third problem is lack of recognize the possibility of minors. A minors is limited recognition compared to adults. But operators presenting the important information on the terms is set to a separate link or may be difficult to find. Therefore, a minor does not understand the difficult contents of the terms and can be damaged in the transaction. In the alternative to those problems should use the easy term in Terms to improve the recognition probability of the minor. It should also be available in simple to understand, such as in cartoon form. And minors are aware about their rights and obligations are needed as the parties to a transaction. This means that a minor will be sure to double-check the contents of the Terms was agreed (Offer optional answers). Finally, the operator if the child is receiving the consent of the legal representative should present a concrete platform for the confirmation and operators must do their duties. On the basis of the results of this research, it can be concluded that the protection of minors in the digital content transactions, will require a lot of effort.

These days, most people can exchange information in their homes and offices by using on-line system, thanks to the rapid and wide spread of the super-high speed Internet. Thus, the information home appliances are being developed quickly as well. It brought about the need for home networking. In this paper, an embedded system called a small sized home gateway was designed and implemented in order to effectively connect various kinds of electronic home appliances to the Internet. The system was designed to minimize the size of the board and the development cost by using an exclusive devices. Besides, VoIP and control unit of input-output device were added in order to meet the user requirements. From the test experiments, it was found out that all the functions were performed well as expected. Moreover the system was found to be cost effective one.
