        공공임대주택 거주자의 소셜 믹스 의식 영향요인 분석 - 로지스틱 다층모형의 적용 -

        This study intended to offer insights for upcoming social integration by empirically examining the factors that could influence the social mix consciousness of public rental housing residents. A logistic multilevel model was used on the basis of data from the Seoul Public Rental Housing Panel Survey. The result showed the rationale to supply mixed complexes of selling and rental and the necessity to reorganize existing rental housing complexes. In addition, the result verified the regional impact on social mix consciousness in order to present a direction or a strategy of social integration. This study provided a new insight into relations between social mix consciousness and local signatures and highlighted the importance of comprehending regional contexts. 본 연구는 공공임대주택 거주자의 소셜 믹스 의식 영향요인을 실증 분석하여 향후 사회통합을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울시 공공임대주택 패널조사 자료를 기초로 활용하여 로지스틱 다층모형을 실시하였다. 분석을 통하여 분양·임대 혼합단지 공급의 당위성 및 기존 임대주택단지의 재정비 필요성을 확인하였고, 소셜 믹스 의식에 대한 지역 효과를 검증하였다. 특히, 지역 내 소득불평등의 소셜 믹스 의식에 대한 영향력을 확인함으로써, 지역사회의 사회통합 전략에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 소셜 믹스 의식과 지역의 특성 간의 관계에 대한 새로운 통찰력을 제공함으로써, 사회통합 실현을 위한 지역적 맥락에 대한 이해를 강조한다.

        조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 이직의도 간의 관계: 스트레스, 조직몰입의 매개효과와 정직성의 조절효과

        본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 둘째, 스트레스와 조직몰입이 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 이직의도 간의 관계를 매개하는지 살펴보고, 셋째, 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각이 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어서 정직성의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 있었다. 이를 위하여 국내 기업에서 근무하는 종업원들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 총 203명의 응답 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료를 분석한 결과, 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 스트레스는 이직의도와 정적으로, 관련이 있었다. 스트레스와 조직몰입은 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 순차적인 매개역할을 하였다. 또한 정직성이 낮을 때 보다 높을 때 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 스트레스 간의 정적 관계가 더 강하게 나타났기 때문에 정직성이 조직 내 정치적 행동 지각과 스트레스 간의 관계를 조절한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점, 제한점 및 추후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다.

        금융데이터의 성능 비교를 통한 연합학습 기법의 효용성 분석

        Current AI technology is improving the quality of life by using machine learning based on data. When using machine learning, transmitting distributed data and collecting it in one place goes through a de-identification process because there is a risk of privacy infringement. De-identification data causes information damage and omission, which degrades the performance of the machine learning process and complicates the preprocessing process. Accordingly, Google announced joint learning in 2016, a method of de-identifying data and learning without the process of collecting data into one server. This paper analyzed the effectiveness by comparing the difference between the learning performance of data that went through the de-identification process of K anonymity and differential privacy reproduction data using actual financial data. As a result of the experiment, the accuracy of original data learning was 79% for k=2, 76% for k=5, 52% for k=7, 50% for 𝜖=1, and 82% for 𝜖=0.1, and 86% for Federated learning.

        공업용수 공급량 산정의 적정성에 대한 평가

        The adequacy of industrial water supply is one of the core elements of the construction of industrial complexes. This study examined the supply of industrial water through various ways, according to the planning and creation of industrial complexes and the operating utilization rate of tenant companies oksan industrial complex. As for calculating the supply of industrial water and establishing water supply plan, the basic data analysis and the land use plan are utilised. The adequacy of calculating the basic unit by industry, which is the basis for calculating industrial water, was evaluated. In addition, analyzed industrial water usage data and the raw unit of each industry was compared with the actual data from the Oksan Industrial Complex, which selected as the research target area among the industrial complexes in Cheongju-si administrative districts, where actual data can be secured. The result of the study shows that the peak load rate of industrial water was found to have the peak load of more than twice as the result of analyzing the actual usage, and the basic unit of industrial water industry showed a significant difference from the actual usage. In particular, the decreasing rate of the basic units was significant comparing the increasing rate of basic units. In addition, the raw unit of the industry that uses more water decreased significantly, and the raw unit of the industry that uses less water increased slightly.

        Activin Receptor-Like Kinase 5 Inhibitor Attenuates Fibrosis in Fibroblasts Derived from Peyronie’s Plaque

        Purpose: Transforming growth factor-b1 (TGF-b1) is the key fibrogenic cytokine associated with Peyronie’s disease (PD). The aim of this study was to determine the antifibrotic effect of 3-((5-(6-Methylpyridin-2-yl)-4-(quinoxalin-6-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl) methyl)benzamide (IN-1130), a small-molecule inhibitor of the TGF-b type I receptor activin receptor-like kinase 5 (ALK5), in fibroblasts isolated from human PD plaque. Materials and Methods: Plaque tissue from a patient with PD was used for primary fibroblast culture, and we then characterized primary cultured cells. Fibroblasts were pretreated with IN-1130 (10 mM) and then stimulated with TGF-b1 protein (10 ng/ml). We determined the inhibitory effect of IN-1130 on TGF-b1-induced phosphorylation of Smad2 and Smad3 or the nuclear translocation of Smad proteins in fibroblasts. Western blot analyses for plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, fibronectin, collagen I, and collagen IV were performed to evaluate effect of IN-1130 on the production of extracellular matrix proteins. Results: The treatment of fibroblasts with TGF-b1 significantly increased phosphorylation of Smad2 and Smad3 and induced translocation of Smad proteins from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. Pretreatment with IN-1130 substantially inhibited TGF-b1-induced phosphorylation of Smad2 and Smad3 and nuclear accumulation of Smad proteins. The TGF-b1-induced production of extracellular matrix proteins was also significantly inhibited by treatment with IN-1130 and returned to basal levels. Conclusions: Overexpression of TGF-b and activation of Smad transcriptional factors are known to play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of PD. Thus, inhibition of the TGF-b signaling pathway by ALK5 inhibitor may represent a promising therapeutic strategy for treating PD.         고농도의 이산화질소($NO_2$)흡입으로 유발된 급성 폐손상 1례

        Nitrogen dioxide ($NO_2$), which produced during the process of silage, metal etching, explosives, rocket fuels, welding, and by-product of burning of fossil fuels, is one of major components of air pollutant. Accidental exposure of high level of $NO_2$ produces cough, dyspnea, pulmonary edema which may be delayed $4\~12$ hours and, in $2\~6$weeks, bronchiolitis obliterans. We experienced a case of acute pulmonary injuny induced by industrial exposure to high level of $NO_2$ during repair of $NO_2$ pipeline in a refinery. A 55-year-old man experienced nausea and severe dyspnea in 6 hours after $NO_2$ inhalation. Initial blood gas examination revealed severe hypoxemia accompanying increased alveolar-arterial O2 difference. Radiological examination showed diffuse ground glass opacities in both lung fields. Clinical symptoms and laboratory findings, including radiological study and pulmonary function test were improved with conservative treatment using inhaled oxygen and bronchodilator. and there was no evidence of bronchial fibrosis and bronchiolitis obliterance in chest high resolution computed tomography performed 6 weeks after exposure. Here, we report a case of $NO_2$ induced acute pulmonary injuny with a brief review of the relevant literature.

        한글판 Birchwood Insight Scale의 표준화 연구

        Objectives In the treatment of schizophrenia, treatment compliance is an important prognostic factor. As insight has a significant impact on treatment compliance, an appropriate assessment of insight is essential in the treatment of schizophrenia. This study examined the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Birchwood Insight Scale (BIS). Methods Fifty seven adult patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to DSM-5 were recruited from a university hospital. They were evaluated using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), The Scale to Assessment Unawareness of Mental Disorder (SUMD) and BIS. Explorative factor analysis was performed to examine the construct validity of the Korean version of BIS. Concurrent validity was evaluated by a comparison with the PANSS G12 item and SUMD. The test-retest correlation was evaluated to examine the test-retest reliability. Multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the variables affecting insight. Results: Explorative factor analysis showed that the Korean version of BIS was composed of 2 factors, which are ‘Awareness of symptoms’ and ‘Awareness of illness and need for treatment.’ The Korean version of BIS was reliable in terms of the internal consistency. Concurrent validity with the PANSS G 12 item and SUMD was statistically significant. The test-retest reliability was also statistically significant. Multiple regression analysis showed that the PANSS negative factor affects the BIS score, indicating that negative symptoms of schizophrenia may impair insight of the illness. Conclusions This study suggests that the Korean version of BIS is a valid and reliable tool for assessing the insight of patients with schizophrenia.
