      • 소방안전교육 자격 제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 디지털자격증 및 뱃지에 대한 교사·소방관의 인식을 바탕으로

        본 연구는 소방안전교육 분야 자격 제도의 개선방안에 대해 논의하기 위해 오픈 기반의 디지털 뱃지 제도의 효과성에 관한 문헌 및 사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 50명의 교사와 73명의 소방관, 총 123명을 조사대상으로 디지털 공인자격증에 대한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구결과 디지털 자격증·뱃지 제도는 국내에 많은 소개가 되어 있지 않으나 현행 소방안전교육 자격제도의 문제점을 일정 부분 해결할 수 있다는 점에서 시대적 흐름에 맞춘 디지털 뱃지 제도의 도입을 위한 정책적 논의가 필요함을 본 연구를 통해 제시하였다. This study analyzes previous literature and cases regarding the effectiveness of open and digital badges as a means to improve the qualification system for fire safety education. To that end, a questionnaire survey on digital certificates was conducted with a total of 123 participants consisting of 50 teachers and 73 firefighters. The findings indicate that digital certificates and badges are relatively unknown in Korea, but offer the possibility of addressing various issues faced by the current fire safety education system to a certain extent. In this regard, the findings suggest the need for discussion on the adoption of digital badges in keeping with the latest trends in education

        DC형 퇴직연금제도의 소득대체율 달성을 위한 목표연계투자 및 부담금 전략

        본 논문은 목표연계투자 전략을 활용하여 확정기여형(DC) 퇴직연금제도의 최적 자산 배분 및 부담금 전략을 도출한다. 기본목표와 희망목표는 각각 DC형 퇴직연금제도의 최소소득대체율과 목표소득대체율로 정의된다. 주요 결론은 첫째, 최적 주식투자 비중은 47세까지 위험자산 한도인 70%를 유지한 후 점진적으로 감소하여 은퇴 시점에 47%로 감소한다. 둘째, 최소소득대체율을 99%의 확률로 확보하기 위한 최적 부담률은 13.8%이다. 셋째, 위험자산 한도 70%를 적용하지 않는다면 하방 위험을 축소하면서도 더 높은 소득대체율을 달성할 수 있다. DC형 퇴직연금 가입자들은 개인형 퇴직연금계좌에 연간 임금총액의 5.47%만큼 납입하여 최적 부담률을 달성할 수 있을 것이다. DC형 퇴직연금 가입자들이 적격 TDF (Target Date Fund)에 100% 투자하거나 주식형 펀드에 70%하고 나머지 30%를 채권혼합형 펀드에 투자할 경우 공식적으로는 위험자산 한도 70%를 준수하면서도 실제로는 자산의 70%를 초과하여 위험자산에 투자할 수 있기 때문에 특히, 젊은 가입자들을 대상으로 위험자산 한도를 폐지하는 것이 바람직한지 논의할 가치가 있다고 생각한다. 본 논문은 단일 위험자산을 가정하였지만 복수의 위험자산에 투자하는 경우로 확장할 수 있다. This paper derives the optimal asset allocation and contributing strategies in the DC occupational pension scheme of Korea using a goals-based investing approach. Essential and aspirational goals are defined as minimum and target income replacement rates in a DC occupational pension scheme, respectively. The key findings are 1) the optimal equity investment weights remain at the ceiling of 70% until age of 47 and then gradually decline to 49% at retirement, 2) the optimal contribution rate is 13.8% at which the representative employee secures the minimum income replacement rate with the probability of 99% and 3) higher income replacement rates can be attained with lower downside risk if there is no equity ceiling of 70%. DC pension subscribers could use IRP accounts to contribute the additional 5.47% of an annual salary to meet the optimal contribution rate. It is worthy to discuss whether the 70% ceiling could be lifted especially for young subscribers given that they can invest more than 70% of the assets in risky assets while respecting the 70% regulatory ceiling by investing in the qualified TDFs or in 70% in equity funds and 30% in bond hybrid funds. This paper assumes one risky asset but can be extended to the case of multiple risky assets.

        청소년단체 119청소년단 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 청소년단체 한국119청소년단의 활성화를 위하여 운영 실무자인 교원과 소방공무원에 초점을 맞추어 그 필요성에 대한 인식을 조사하고 분석하여 그 시사점을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 총 350명을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사에서 최종적으로 성별과 경력이 종합적으로 고려된 321명(교원 153명, 소방공무원 168명)의 자료를 수집했다. 조사내용을 분석한 결과 교원과 소방공무원의 청소년단체 필요성에 대한 인식은 유의한 차이를 나타내며(p<0.001, t=8,77) 교원의 필요성 인식이 보다 높은 것으로 나타났으나 두 집단 모두 부정적인 견해가 경력에 구분없이 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 119청소년단 활성화 정책 추진 시 상대적으로 긍정적 시각을 가지고 있는 집단을 목표로 하여 첫째, 교원의 의견을 청취하고 협조를 요청하며, 둘째, 많은 소방공무원이 지도 경험을 가질 기회를 제공하는 방안을 고려해야 함을 제언하였다. This study investigated and analyzed the awareness of the necessity for the activation of the youth organization the “Korea 119 Youth Corps,” focusing on educators and firefighting officials actively involved in its operation. A total of 350 individuals were surveyed, and data were collected from a final sample of 321 participants (153 educators and 168 firefighting officials), considering gender and professional experience. Analysis of the survey results revealed a significant difference in the perception of the necessity of youth organizations between educators and firefighting officials (p < 0.001, t = 8.77). Educators had a higher awareness of the necessity, although both groups consistently exhibited negative opinions, regardless of their professional experience. Based on this, and aiming for a group with a relatively positive perspective on the future activation policy of the Korea 119 Youth Corps, the following is proposed: first, it is necessary to seek out the opinions of educators and request their cooperation; and second, it is important to consider avenues for providing numerous firefighting officials with opportunities to gain coaching experience.

        장애인 선수들의 지도자 전문성이 지도자 신뢰 및 선수만족에 미치는 영향

        This study aims at analyzing Instructors Professionalism, Instructors Trust, and Athlete Satisfaction according to demographics. Using a purposive sampling of non probability sampling, 260 Korean disabled athletes participated in 2014 and collected 234 surveys. Only 208 were used in this research, excluding 26 who did not respond faithfully or answers that had no values. Results of this study were given as it applied data process, frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. First, significant differences were shown on Instructors Professionalism, Instructors Trust and Athlete Satisfaction in age, types of disorders, participation frequency and time. Second, recording to effects of Instructors Professionalism on Instructors Trust, guidance technique, management influenced the openness. Personality, guidance and practical technique, management influenced the ability. Personality, guidance technique, influenced on the belief and personality influenced on the sincerity. Personality, basic principle influenced on the consistency. Personality, guidance technique, management influenced on the altruism.Third, recording to effects of instructors professionalism on athlete satisfaction, personality, guidance technique, management influenced on the coach’s leadership. Guidance technique, management influenced on the social interaction. Guidance technique influenced the task performance. Fourth, the effects of trust on athlete satisfaction, ability, belief, consistency influenced coach’s leadership. Ability, consistency influenced on the social interaction. Belief influenced the task performance.

        스포츠 헬스케어 산업에 관한 빅데이터 분석

        The purpose of this study is to derive issues related to sports and healthcare industry by applying big data analysis to create future value of the sports healthcare industry. The data collection period was set from January 1, 2012 to August 30, 2021, and data was collected focusing on the keywords ‘sports, health care, industry’ targeting unstructured texts that appeared on Naver and Google. The results obtained according to these procedures are as follows. First, as a result of the frequency analysis of text mining analysis, high frequencies appeared in the order of health care, sports, industry, education, and characteristics. Second, as a result of TF-IDF analysis, the top words appeared in the order of education, characteristics, sports, industry, and medical care. Third, as a result of the degree centrality analysis of the social network analysis, the top words appeared in the order of education, sports, characteristics, health care, and rehabilitation. Fourth, as a result of CONCOR analysis, four groups were derived: sports healthcare and industry, sports healthcare and education, sports healthcare and technology, and sports healthcare and talent cultivation. Our findings can provide academic and empirical baseline data for the sports healthcare industry.

        공공스포츠클럽 ‘스포츠 온’ 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present an effective activation plan through IPA analysis of public sports club (sports-on) selection attributes. To achieve this goal, data were collected from 197 members who had experience using public sports clubs and analyzed through SPSS. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the first quadrant, which means continuity, the program composition, program diversity, program interest, and leaders words and actions were derived. Second, in the second quadrant, which means intensive improvement, the attributes of cleanliness, location convenience, transportation convenience, tuition, and other expenditures were presented. Third, in the third quadrant, which means low priority, the properties of interior, air conditioning facilities, lighting atmosphere, and discounts appeared. Fourth, in the fourth quadrant, which avoids the meaning of excessive effort, the program difficulty, leader history, leader experience, leader appearance, club size, and parking convenience were derived. As such, this study provides academic and practical implications for suggesting ways to revitalize public sports clubs through IPA analysis.
