The elasticity of human skin and the complexity of human joints can lead to misalignment between an exoskeleton robot and the human body. This misalignment increases physical human-robot interaction forces, resulting in discomfort and pain for the wearer. Consequently, considering these interaction forces is crucial for ensuring the safety of wearing an exoskeleton. In this study, we propose a novel method to statically predict physical human-robot interaction forces and evaluate the safety of using exoskeleton robots. To validate the interaction model, experiments are conducted using a sensor-equipped upper limb dummy and an exoskeleton robot. The results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, allowing for the quantitative assessment of the safety of using exoskeleton robots without the need for manufacturing actual prototypes.

도시공원 이용만족도에 기초한 도시공원의 개발방향에 관한 연구 - 부산시 대신자연공원을 사례로-

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user's satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park, thereby establishing directions of development of urban parks. To test the causal models of this research, the data were gathered by self-administered questionnaires form 627 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling method. The analysis of the data primarily consists of two-phase: The first analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational activities in Daeshin Natural Park and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. The factor analysis identified that three factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational actitives. The three factors of satisfaction with recreational activities are facilities for health and phisical exercise, group recreational activity, maintenance activity. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational activity to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Daeshin Natural Park, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables.

In Taean, Chungcheongnam Province, a sutra(Hwangcheon Haewon-Gyeong) about the journey of the deceased to the otherworld is passed down. The content of the sutra seem to have been influenced with the Buddhist Gasas(narrative song) and ritual songs that were distributed during the 19th centuries such as Byeolhoisimgok, Monghwanga, and Hwacheong. Hwangcheon Haewon-Gyeong contains details about unique journey to the otherworld which is rarely found in other sutras or songs of shamans. The story is about the deceased following angels of death, leaving the world, going on the path of death, facing ups and downs, arriving to the Sewang, being judged by him and then end up in the paradise. This sutra is sung to this day to treat the sick or the dead as a shamanism ceremony. The story about a journey to the otherworld and Sewang’s judgment delivers philosophical speculation about how man should overcome death. The Sutra elucidates the afterlife, where most valued virtue is “good faith”. A good life is based on interpersonal relationships. Therefore a good life depends on the practice of “coexistence.” This philosophy of coexistence is fully reflected in the way of thinking among Korean people today. In the end, Hwangcheon Haewon-Gyeong delivers a message that the key to overcoming fear of death can be achieved by living together with neighbors with good faith, being considerate and share what you have. 충남 태안 지역에는 망자가 이승에서 저승으로 가는 노정기를 다룬 『황천해원경』이 전해진다. 경문의 내용은 19세기 불교계 가사인 회심곡(回心曲)류 및 경기 남부지역 무가(巫歌) 등과 공유하면서, 그리고 상호 영향을 주고받으며 완성된 것으로 보인다. 그러나 『황천해원경』에는 다른 무가 또는 무경에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 없는 독특한 저승 노정기가 포함되어 있다. 망자가 저승사자들에게 이끌려 이승을 떠나 저승길에 올라 우여곡절 끝에 세왕전에 당도하여 그의 심판을 받은 후에 극락왕생한다는 내용이다. 이 경문은 오늘날까지도 환자 치료를 위해서, 또는 죽음을 당한 사람을 위해서 행해지는 의례에 송경된다. 『황천해원경』의 저승 노정과 세왕의 심판은 인간이 죽음을 어떻게 극복하려는 지에 대한 철학적 사고가 담겨져 있다. 경문을 통해서 죽음 이후에도 세계가 있음을 설득하고 있다. 그리고 그 세계에서 인정되는 가장 중요한 가치는 이승에서의 ‘착한 마음’과 그를 바탕으로 하는 삶을 살았느냐이다. 착한 삶의 기준은 대인 관계에서 비롯된다. 그러므로 착한 삶은 곧 ‘상생(相生)’의 실현 여부이다. 이러한 철학은 오늘날의 한국인들이 갖고 있는 세상을 바라보는 시각과도 같다. 결국, 죽음을 극복하는 열쇠는 이 세상을 타인과 더불어 살아가면서 갖는 착한 마음이라는 것이 『황천해원경』이 세상 사람들에게 던지는 메시지이다.

In this paper, an offline UPS for air conditioning equipment is proposed. The proposed offline UPS normally uses commercial power to supply power to the load while storing energy in the battery, and if there is a problem with the commercial power, it uses the energy stored in the battery to supply stable power to the load. This requires a fast detection method and a seamless transition method. Proposed UPS operates in four modes: normal mode, charging mode, battery mode, and ESS mode. The experiment confirmed the usefulness of the proposed product.

인류무형유산 판소리의 성격과 전승정책 방향

1964년 중요무형문화재 제도의 시작과 더불어 판소리가 중요무형문화재 제5호로 지정되었고, 2003년에는 유네스코 ‘인류구전 및 무형유산 걸작’으로 선정되었다. 이처럼 판소리는 우리나라 무형문화재 제도의 역사와 그 궤를 같이 하였으며, 우리나라 대표적인 무형유산이자 인류무형유산으로 자리매김을 하고 있다. 국내적으로는 국가무형문화재로 ‘지정’되었고, 국제적으로는 인류무형유산으로 ‘등재’(Inscription) 되었다. 지정은 정부가 주도하는 보존 및 관리의 목적이 크고, 등재는 보호(Safeguarding)와 공동체의 참여를 보다 중시하는 개념이다. 국가무형문화재는 최고의 기량을 바탕으로 보유자(또는 보유단체) 중심의 인적 전승을 전제로 한다. 반면, 인류무형유산은 해당 유산의 공동체 전승과 창조적 계승에 주목하며, 관련 전승 공동체(커뮤니티)의 존재 여부를 중시한다. 판소리는 이 두 제도의 지정 요건을 모두 충족하고 있다. 판소리가 인류무형유산에 등재될 수 있었던 배경에는 전승주체라고 할 수 있는 명창들의 공헌이 절대적이지만, 앞으로는 이를 향유하는 기반 집단의 육성정책이 수반되어야 등재의 취지를 높일 수 있다. 본문에서는 인류무형유산으로서의 판소리 전승활성화 정책의 주안점으로 다음의 사항을 제안하였다. 첫째, 인류무형유산으로서의 판소리 전승의 다변화 정책이 필요하다. 국가무형문화재로서의 판소리는 보유자 인정을 전제로 전수교육 등 전승에 필요한 사항을 지원받는다. 그러나 이와 별도로 다양한 전승주체들의 활동을 지원할 수 있는 정책지원 기반을 만들어야 한다. 다양한 지원체계가 인류무형유산의 협약 정신에 보다 더 부합된다. 둘째, 인류무형유산 활성화를 염두하여 국가무형문화재의 전수교육 주체를 확대해야 한다. 전수교육의 권한이 보유자 개인에게 집중되지 않도록 하고 전승교육사나 이수자, 명예보유자 등에게도 활발한 전승 통로를 열어주어서 많은 사람들이 이수심사를 받을 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다. 그 전제로 명예보유자에게는 명실상부한 경제적, 사회적 예우를 통해 명예로운 은퇴의 기회를 주고, 젊은 보유자 양성에 노력을 기울어야 한다. 셋째, 판소리 향유권 확대를 위해서 ‘귀명창 육성 프로젝트’를 본격적으로 기획하고 행정적 지원을 도입해야 한다. 귀명창이 많아질수록 명창의 실력은 높아질 수 밖에 없다. 이를 위해서 제도권 학교 교육을 확대하고, 판소리의 전용극장과 이를 통한 상설공연이 활성화 될 필요가 있다. 관객들의 수준이 높아질수록 ‘수준 높은’ 판소리를 듣고 싶어 하는 이들이 늘어날 것이다. In 1964, the inception of the Important Intangible Cultural Heritage system led to the designation of Pansori as Important Intangible Cultural Property No5. Since then, Pansori has embodied Korea’s intangible cultural heritage, earning its status as both a national and global intangible heritage. It was “designated” a national intangible cultural property domestically and internationally “inscribed” as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. The “designation” as an intangible cultural property means that the government takes charge of preservation and management while “inscribing” emphasizes safeguarding and community participation. National intangible cultural heritage centers on personal transmission centered on the holder (or holding group) emphasizing superior skills. On the other hand, an intangible heritage of humanity prioritizes community transmission and creative succession of the heritage. It highlights the existence of related transmission communities. Pansori satisfies the designation requirements of both systems. The contribution of master singers, who can be said to be the subjects of transmission, is crucial in establishing Pansori as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. This paper outlines key policy recommendations aimed at fostering the continued transmission of Pansori as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. First, it is necessary to diversify the transmission of Pansori as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. As a national intangible cultural asset, Pansori receives support for transmission, such as transmission education, on the condition that the holder is recognized. However, apart from this, it is necessary to create a policy support base to support various transmission agents’ activities. There are various support systems that align with the spirit of the Convention on the Intangible Heritage of Humanity. Second, with the revitalization of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in mind, there is a need to broaden the transmission education of national intangible cultural properties. It is necessary to ensure that authority over transmission education is not concentrated in the individual holder. Instead, a pathway for active transmission should be accessible to trainers, trainees, and honorary holders, enabling a wider audience to undergo completion examinations. To begin, honorable holders should be given opportunities for honorable retirement through genuine economic and social provisions. Additionally, endeavors should be directed towards the development of young holders. Third, to promote the appreciation of Pansori, the “Gwimyeongchang (Pansori enthusiast) Fostering Project” should be planned in earnest and accompanied by administrative support. Increasing the number of enthusiasts will elevate the skill level of master singers. This requires an expansion of institutional education programs and the activation of dedicated pansori theaters for regular performances. With a more discerning audience, there will be a growing demand for elevated forms of Pansori.
