        필러겸용 스포터로 지지되는 전구간 알루미늄 슬래브 거푸집의 저소음 안전낙하 공법개발 및 적용연구

        국내외 건설현장에서 사용빈도가 급격히 증가하고 있는 슬래브용 알루미늄 폼은 탈형시 바닥으로 그대로 떨어뜨리는 경우가 많아 소음으로 인한 주변 민원이 발생하고, 높은 위치에서 떨어지면서 형틀이 변형되거나 바닥에서 튀어 오로면서 주변 인부들에게 상해를 입히기도 하여 중대재해처벌법이 강화되는 현실에서 개선이 절실한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는공동주택의 1세대 슬래브 거푸집 전체가 동시에 작업자가 펼친 손이 닿는 위치까지 안전하게 낙하되면 자유롭게 분해하여다음 층으로 인양할 수 있게 함으로써 안전성, 품질, 경제성, 공정이 개선된 필러서포터 존치형 공법으로써 슬래브의 처짐문제 해결 등의 장점을 확인되고 건설신기술을 획득하였으므로 적극적인 시장개척을 통한 적용 활성화가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. The widespread adoption of aluminum slab formwork in modern construction, evident in bothdomestic and international projects, offers numerous advantages. However, a critical challengepersists regarding the dismantling process for these slabs. The current industry standard involvesdropping the slabs to the ground floor upon removal. This practice raises several concerns, notably thegeneration of significant noise pollution that disrupts nearby communities. More importantly, the riskof worker injuries due to falls from height during the dismantling process is a serious safety hazard. Additionally, the impact from dropping the slabs can damage the aluminum itself, leading to increasedreplacement costs. These drawbacks necessitate the exploration of alternative dismantling techniquesthat prioritize worker safety, material sustainability, and overall process efficiency. Accordingly, in thisstudy, when the entire first-generation slab formwork of an apartment house is simultaneouslylowered to a reachable position for workers, it is then disassembled and lifted for transport to the nextfloor. This approach has the potential to demonstrate improvements in safety, quality, economy, andprocess efficiency

        경동맥해면정맥동루의 상안정맥노출에 의한 코일 색전술

        Purpose: The result of embolization via an external superior ophthalmic vein approach of carotid cavernous sinus fistula was first described around 1970s. We report a case of coil embolization of carotid cavernous sinus fistula using a superior ophthalmic vein approach. Methods: A 70-year-old female had a 3-month history of headache, periocular pain, and diplopia. Diagnostic orbital contrast-enhanced CT, brain MRI and contrast-angiography and cerebral angiography revealed a carotid cavernous sinus fistula. Fistula occlusion via transfemoral endovascular embolization failed, so we then tried coil embolization using an external superior ophthalmic vein approach of carotid cavernous sinus fistula. Results: The coil embolization via an external superior ophthalmic vein approach was difficult because of venous tortuosity and poor exposure of part of orbital roof area. But, X-ray-guided direct puncture of the superior ophthalmic vein was successful. We thus had good results with coil embolization of carotid cavernous fistula. Conclusions: The coil embolization via superior ophthalmic vein approach is an effective and challengeable treatment when surgical cauterization or conventional endovascular embolization fails. We suggest that there is need to training ophthalmologists to be experienced in external orbital surgery.

        젊은 건설기능공 양성 시스템 구축을 위한 기초적 연구

        본 연구에서는 양질의 젊은 건설기능공의 체계적인 유입이 30년 이상 거의 단절되어 건설 현장에서 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있는 현실을 극복할 수 있는 구조적이고 체계적인 시스템을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 건설기능공 양성을 위한 예비적 교육과정의 운영에서 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되어 일·학업병행제도를 활용한 건설기능공 양성 시스템이 조속히 구축될 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 2) 전문계 고등학교 졸업생들이 학교에서 기능을 익혀 젊은 양질의 인력으로 공급될 수 있도록 권역별 거점 훈련기관 등에서 별도로 기능교육을 실시할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 교육실시 후에는 취업을 하여 근무하면서 실무경력 6개월 후부터 대학교로 진학하여 매주 토요일에는 학업을 수행할 수 있는 일·학업병행교육의 시스템을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 3) 일·학업 병행 시스템의 700시간 이상의 기능교육으로 양질의 젊은 기능공을 양성하여 실무에 공급함으로써 기존의 노령화 기능공들에게 활력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이와 더불어 체계적인 교육훈련을 통해 전문기능 인력을 양성하여 4년 이상 활용함으로써 건설 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한 활성화 및 국가 경쟁력 강화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.4) 본 연구의 예비적 운영 결과에서 현장실습 및 취업문제, 기능부족 등의 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되었다. 따라서 시스템 운영의 성공을 위해서는 대학교의 산학 연계 시스템을 적극 활용하여 연결해 줌으로써 전체 연계 구도를 운영하는 것이 중요한 것으로 확인되어 이에 대한 보완책을 제시하였다. This research examined the structural and systematic systems for overcoming the reality which has been causing the serious problems at the construction sites because the systematic inflow of the young, high-quality construction technician has been nearly cut off for over 30 years. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in the operation of the preliminary education courses for the training of the construction technician, many problems had been drawn. therefore, it appeared that there is a need to establish, as soon as possible, a construction technician training system utilizing the concurrent and parallel work and study system. Second, in order for vocational high school graduates to acquaint themselves with the technical skills and be supplied as the young manpower with good quality, the separate technical skills education should be carried out at the foothold training organizations by region and others of the like. Afterwards, while working after getting employed, they should enter colleges and universities from after 6 months of the hands-on working experience. And it is judged that, on the Saturdays every week, a system of the concurrent and parallel work and study education with which the studies can be performed can be utilized aggressively. Third, with the technical skills education of over 700 hours of the work and study concurrent and parallel system, young technician of good quality are trained. And they are supplied to the actual work. Not only is the vitality provided to the existing and ageing technician, but, also, through the systematic education and training, the professional skilled labor pool is trained. and it is thought that, by utilizing for over 4 years, it will contribute to the invigoration of the construction industry through the productivity enhancements and the strengthening of the national competitiveness. Fourth, for the success of the system, in case the connection to the field training or the employment is difficult because the related system between the vocational senior high school and the industrial circles is inadequate, it is important to connect by actively utilizing the industry-academia linkage system of the universities and to operate the entire linkage structure. As such, the countermeasures regarding the problems arrived at during the preliminary operation were presented.

        공동주택 관리비 항목별 영향요인 분석 연구

        In this research, I finally came to a conclusion analyzing the connection among managing of each items in management expenses, the size of each complex and stories, and the term of using. (1) In the managing cost regarding to the management manner, although the managing cost of self-governing management is less imposed than the one of commission management, there is slight difference between those Costs. And it is more important to consider the effectiveness of management than to emphasize reduction of management cost. (2) The higher the stories, the higher the managing cost of elevator per the unit area. It Is caused by the fact that the father the distance of the elevator operating, the higher the electric charges. (3) The third of one of total management cost goes to pay the personnel expenses. So I found that the effective management of the expenses is available to reduce management cost. (4) The higher the stones, the lower the cost of personnel expenses including the cleaner cost. (5) The sum of costs assigned in repairment and management increases in proportion to the term of using. The costs assigned in special repairment and management are interacting to each other. (6) To reduce the management cost, we have to cut down the personnel in security guard that occupies one third of total management cost with application to the joint security system and operation of the self-governing guard. Through this process, it will be easy to accomplish the rationalization of contract with an outside order. Because the improvement of management service is not only the responsibility of owner but also the one of dwellers. And it Is imperative to realize the importance of cooperation and trust between the owner and dwellers. And the establishment of effective managing system which has convenience and rationality must be settled without delay.

        공동주택 지하주차장 상부구조 형식 분석연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the most reasonable design in the superstructure of an underground parking lot which needs to be considered with the economic efficiency being influenced on the subdivision price, construction duration, workability and the maintenance of crack and leakage status of apartment house. In this research, we've evaluated the fitness for the superstructure of an underground parking lot by examination of construction constraint, which was based on the calculated data of structural design and quantity survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The system of the absent structure of beam is proper structure for economic efficiency, construction duration and workability, but it is disadvantageous at the side of maintenance efficiency because of the many part of large slab. In the opposite direction, the establishing structure of beam has the advantages of structural stability except economic efficiency, construction duration and workability 2. It's required a proper selection for the views being contrary to each other which the owners considers good quality, on the other hand, the contractors consider construction duration and workability. 3. In making a selection for the superstructure of an underground parking lot, we have concluded that it is the most important to choose the proper structure for the demanded performance by contrasting with two system. (2Bay or 3Bay)
