And the attached purpose of this thesis is to explain the character of the real right acquisition of a promoter. the content of just and fair compensation, and the character of the right for expropriated land purchased.

중·고등학생이 인지하는 체육수업의케어링분위기와 운동정서 및 수업몰입의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the caring atmosphere of physical education classes and the exercise emotions and class engagement as perceived by middle and high students. The subjects of the study are middle and high school students selected from the Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungnam regions. 460 students were sampled from the total population using the convenient sampling method. Of these, 21 samples were disregarded due to an inconsistency in response, resulting in 439 samples being used for the final analysis. The collected data was processed through the SPSS 23.0 program, which utilized frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The conclusions drawn through the process above are as follows. First, it was found that the caring atmosphere had a positive (+) effect on positive emotions, a sub-factor of exercise emotion, and a negative (-) effect on negative emotions. Second, it was found that the caring atmosphere had a positive (+) effect on all the sub-factors of class engagement(cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement). Third, positive emotion, a sub-factor of exercise emotion, was found to have a positive (+) effect on all sub-factors of class engagement(cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement), while negative emotion, a sub-factor of exercise emotion, had a negative (-) effect on behavioral engagement, a sub-factor of class engagement. 이 연구는 중·고등학생이 인지하는 체육수업의 케어링분위기와 운동정서 및 수업몰입 간의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구대상자는 서울, 경기, 충남 지역의 중·고등학교 학생들을 모집단으로 선정한 후 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 460명의 표본을 추출하였으며, 이 중 응답의 일관성이 결여되고 불 성실한 설문지 21부를 제외하고 총 439명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집한 자료의 처리는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 도출한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 케어링분위기는 운동정서의 하위요인인 긍정정서에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부정정서에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 케어링분위기는 수업몰입의 모든 하위요인(인지적 몰입, 정서적 몰입, 행동적 몰입)에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동정서의 하위요인인 긍정정서는 수업몰입의 모든 하위요인(인지적 몰입, 정서적 몰입, 행동적 몰입)에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동정서의 하위요인인 부정정서는 수업몰입의 하위요인인 행동적 몰입에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 장기적인 천리안위성의 임무 기간 동안의 안정적인 운용을 위한 위성운용 훈련시스템의 개념적 설계 결과를 소개한다. 이 훈련시스템은 일반적인 운용을 위한 교육 목적과 함께 위성의 노후화로 인해 발생할 수 있는 고장에 대해 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 운용훈련 목적으로 설계되었다. 이 시스템의 소프트웨어 구성과 하드웨어 구성을 소개하며 교관에 의해 제작된 훈련시나리오에 의한 유기적인 전체 동작 과정을 설명하고자 한다. This paper introduces a concept design of satellite OPTS (OPeration Training System) for stable operation during the long-term mission life of COMS. OPTS was designed with two purposes of providing education in nominal operation and training operators in contingency situation when a failure as a sign of COMS aging is detected. This paper introduces the architecture of hardware and software of OPTS and presents how to interact between its components inside according to a training scenario created by a trainer.

The provisional disposition about deciding on temporary positions is generated when the interested parties make a temporary legal matter or plan attainment escaping remarkable damages or preventing pressing outrage until dispute is solved, because the interested parties's dispute is not dissolved. Like this, provisional disposition is a typical instance of nonlitigation. When the modern Civil Proceedings Act is formed, a civil case accompanies judicial procedure that institutes a suit and pleads at the bar and makes judgement as a general rule. On the other hand nonlitigation is acknowledged as an exceptional case and limited case. But formerly a judicial case transfer to the domain of nonlitigation and not a judicial procedure or a law cutting in two with one stroke of the sword, but application of a discretion increases gradually. That is a suit's nonlitigation tendency. The primary cause of suit's nonlitigation tendency are ; an excessive guard against the wilfulness of jucidiary, looking forward to quickly flexible economic legal formalities, requesting individually non-typically procedure. In the welfare state, the general articles increase and a provision that gives judiciary something to discretion occurs in succession, and this tendency are remarkable. The provisional disposition about deciding on temporary positions becomes the object of provisional disposition on concerning property under dispute. Addtionally the objects are extensive and various, because all right relationship becomes its preserving right. It is a national system-meet cope with the modern social economic situation and it is a judicial sysem-protect a social economic weak person and realize a constitutional state's ideal. Accordingly, its requisites or provisions are abstract and all concrete things depend on discretion of the judiciary. Therefore this research can be extended further.

다목적실용위성 광학영상을 활용한 AI 학습용 도로 검출 데이터셋

인공위성의 광학영상에 보이는 도로의 형태 및 종류 정보는 수치적 지도 제작 및 도로 변화 감시에 유용하다. 다목적실용위성 3호와 3A호에 탑재된 광학 카메라로부터 수집되는 광학영상 데이터를 가공하고 구조화하면 도로 검출 알고리즘의 개발과 이러한 분석 도구를 이용한 도로 정보 산출 작업을 가속화할 수 있다. 특히, 딥러닝(Deep Learning) 학습 기술을 적용할 수 있도록 준비된 AI (Artificial Intelligence)용 학습 데이터셋으로구축되면 컴퓨터 과학 분야의 최신 인공지능 기술을 위성영상 기반 도로 검출 분야에 스핀오프(Spin-off)하여폭넓은 분석을 시도할 수 있다. 한국항공우주연구원은 국내 여러 업체와 함께 위성 광학영상을 이용하여 AI 학습용 도로 영상 데이터셋을 구축하였으며 본 논문에서는 이 데이터셋의 활용 예시와 함께 데이터셋의 종류, 규모 등에 관하여 설명한다. 구축된 데이터는 aihub.or.kr 웹사이트를 통해 이용할 수 있다.

That is called the assignment order is a method of conversion that follow an order of attachment for money credit. The execution court issue this order. This order is a juistice that transfer seized credit to execution creditor by way of compensation pay back execution credit with the face of a bill. The assignment order and collection order are method of execution measure. The other one that an execution creditor can draw one's seized credit from the desinterested lapse of execution creditor can draw one's seized credit from the disinterested lapse of execution creditor that not execeed the limitation of collection. Also this order acknowledge allotment on demand untill execution creditor report an collection. On the contrary the one lapse execution credit while assigned credit is in existence and complete execution procedure. After this the assignment order claim no room for allotment, the execution creditor bear risk by a third debror's lack of fund. But because the execution creditor evade seized creditor's allotment and has a right to oneself, utilization of assignment order increase as if he take preferred repayment. The Civil Proceedings Act in korea are based on creditor's equalitarianism, but the assignment order make an exception in this Act. Consequently this system make a severely application because the system of assingment order in Korea is against the broad principle of compulsory execution-creditor's equalitarianism. Therefore this research can be extended further.
