And the attached purpose of this thesis is to explain the character of the real right acquisition of a promoter. the content of just and fair compensation, and the character of the right for expropriated land purchased.
광활성 필터를 활용한 STEAM 교육 프로그램 개발과 적용 (회절·간섭 실험을 중심으로)

In this study, we have developed the STEAM education program for diffraction and interference experiments using an optical activity filter. The filter was made using an optically-active material and a polarizer in order to solve the problem of interference and diffraction experiments as presented in the Physics II textbook. From applications to both teachers and students, we came to the conclusion that the developed STEAM program is suitable for understanding both optical activity and the correlation between wavelengths and interference fringes. 본 연구에서는 물리 II 교과서에 제시된 회절.간섭 실험의문제점을 해결하기 위해 광활성 물질과 편광판을 이용하여 광활성 필터를제작하고, 제작된 필터를 이용해 회절.간섭 실험을 하는 STEAM 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 물리교사와고등학생에게 적용한 결과 물리교사와 학생 모두 개발된 프로그램에 대해긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 특히, 광활성 필터를 이용하면 광원의 파장을쉽게 변화시킬 수 있다는 점을 높게 평가 하였다.
시뮬레이션 모델 이식성 표준에 기반한 달탐사선 모델 개발환경 개념연구

본 논문은 달탐사선 시스템 급 시뮬레이터를 구성하는 시뮬레이션 모델의 개발환경에 대한 개념 연구결과를 소개한다. 모델 개발환경은 높은 생산성과 재사용성을 확보하기 위해 시뮬레이션 모델표준을 도입하여 내부 기능모듈의 유기적인 사슬구조를 형성한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모델 개발환경의 개념을 위해 적용된 핵심요구사항을 반영하기 위한 표준화 전략, 현대적 소프트웨어 기술적용 전략, 시스템 구성, 입출력 데이터 흐름, 자동화 프로세스를 설명한다. This paper introduces result from a conceptual study for simulation model development environment, SMDE, which has function to create a model consisting of dynamic spacecraft system simulator with lunar mission validation. SMDE has a structure of tool chain internally by applying simulation portability standard to achieve high productivity and reusability. Underlying concepts how to adapt the standard, how to use modern software technology, how to construct the whole system, how to make data flow between input and output and how to process automatic development are presented.
얇은 판요소 프로파일 각형강관을 이용한 CFT기둥의 부착 거동

The paper is presented experimental study results on bond behavior between thin walled profiled steel tube and in filled concrete in concrete filled tubular columns(CFT). An experimental program in which 13 pull out specimens were tested. The bond capacity is interrelated with slip at the steel concrete interface. The factors influencing the mechanism of bond stress transfer were the cross section shape, length/diameter, and diameter/thickness. The results of experimental program indicated that the profiled steel and concrete. The second region occurs after the chemical debonding. Bond stress transfer in this region was governed by frictional resistance between profiled steel and concrete and cross section shapes. the important factors influencing the magnitude of frictional resistance are the profiled steel shapes and length/diameter.

Objective: Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) is a fatal disease associated with high mortality. Lung Injury Prediction Score (LIPS) is a validated prediction model to allow early identification of patients at high risk for developing ARDS. In this study, we analyze the value of LIPS in predicting ARDS among medical intensive care unit patients. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, we included all adult patients (≥18 years old) admitted to the medical intensive care unit at a single tertiary center study, from March 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. ARDS was defined using the Berlin definition. LIPS was calculated for all patients and analyzed. Logistic regression models and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were used to evaluate the ability of LIPS to predict development of ARDS. Results: Of 1318 patients, 179 (13.5%) developed ARDS. The average LIPS for patients who developed ARDS was 7.9 ± 2.5 versus 5.5 ± 2.8 for those who did not (p<0.001). For every 1-unit increase in LIPS, the odds of developing ARDS increase by 1.34 (95% confidence interval: 1.284, 1.457, p<0.001) and odds of ICU mortality increase by 1.19 (95% confidence interval: 1.135, 1.249, p<0.001). LIPS discriminated patients who developed ARDS from those who did not with an AUC of 0.73 (p<0.001). A LIPS greater than or equal to 6.5 has 73% sensitivity, 59% specificity, 22% positive predictive value and 93% negative predictive value. Conclusions: LIPS is reliable for predicting development of ARDS in medical intensive care unit patients

COMS On-board FDIR(Failure Detection, Isolation and Recovery) functions are implemented on the on-board software to satisfy the autonomy and failure tolerance requirements. This paper presents concepts of COMS Failure Management with hierarchical layers and addresses the characteristics of the FDIR layer from low level to high level. It is aimed at giving the reader the understanding how the COMS FDIR was designed and how works. It first recalls what are the system level applicable requirements, which are based on the COMS mission requirements. Then it describes the philosophy and structure of the FDIR and subsequently breaks it down into the several FDIR layers. It could be used as an important and useful reference of the information to design and develop an automatic FDIR mechanism in the future.

That is called the assignment order is a method of conversion that follow an order of attachment for money credit. The execution court issue this order. This order is a juistice that transfer seized credit to execution creditor by way of compensation pay back execution credit with the face of a bill. The assignment order and collection order are method of execution measure. The other one that an execution creditor can draw one's seized credit from the desinterested lapse of execution creditor can draw one's seized credit from the disinterested lapse of execution creditor that not execeed the limitation of collection. Also this order acknowledge allotment on demand untill execution creditor report an collection. On the contrary the one lapse execution credit while assigned credit is in existence and complete execution procedure. After this the assignment order claim no room for allotment, the execution creditor bear risk by a third debror's lack of fund. But because the execution creditor evade seized creditor's allotment and has a right to oneself, utilization of assignment order increase as if he take preferred repayment. The Civil Proceedings Act in korea are based on creditor's equalitarianism, but the assignment order make an exception in this Act. Consequently this system make a severely application because the system of assingment order in Korea is against the broad principle of compulsory execution-creditor's equalitarianism. Therefore this research can be extended further.
