To research the characteristics of ion currents induced by Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang, nystatin-perforated patch clamp technique under voltage-c(amp condition was used. Periaqueductal gray neuron was dissociated from Sprauge-Dawley rat, 10-15 days old. Cytotoxicity of Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang showed incubation time and concentration dependent manner. Ion current activated by Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang were inhibited by bicuculline and strychnine and CNQX. It can be suggested that Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang modulate inhibitory and excitatory neurotransmitters-, GABA, glycine and non-NMDA, acticvated ion channels. Modulatory effect of Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang was more greater in inhibitory neurotransmitters. Low concentration of Bujaijung-tang which dose not elicit ion current itself, activated GABA and glycine induced chloride currents. In this study, we can found that the activation of Bujaijung-tang and Bojungikgi-tang on non-NMDA subtypes of glutamate receptor is its major action mechanism and can be used as very effective Herb treatment on Myasthenia gravis patient.

갱년기 발한과다를 호소하며 일개 한방병원에 입원한 환자 21명에 대한 치료 분석

Objectives: Hot flush and sweating is the most of common symptoms and the main cause of treatment in Menopause. This study aims to report the therapeutic effect of Korean medicine for menopausal sweating by analysis for the patients hospitalized in a Korean Medicine Hospital. Methods: To analyze treatment of menopausal sweating, we studied 21 patients complaining of menopausal sweating hospitalized in Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong from 1^st January 2015 to 31^th May 2020 with retrospective chart review. Results: All 21 subjects are treated by acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping therapy during hospitalization for an average of 11.3±9.14 days. The most common used korean herbal medicine was Gwibi-tang-gagambang, Soyo-san-gagambang, and Dangwiyukhwang-tang-gagambang, every 6 case (20%), followed by Ojeok-san with 2 cases (6.7%). The improvement rate averaged 56.4% for daytime sweating and 53.6% for night sweating. Conclusions: The results suggest that menopausal sweating could improve by treatment of korean medicine, confirming significant treatment effects.

냉동 블루베리 분말과 검정콩 안토시아닌 혼합 파운드 케이크의 항산화 활성과 품질 특성

A study is undertaken to examine the effects of the additional frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans to quality attributes of pound cakes. Frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans are being added to the flour at a ratio of 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5% respectively. The antioxidant activity is highly correlated with the total phenolic and total flavonoids contents of frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans of pound cakes, respectively (r=0.8423, p<0.001 r=0.9449, p<0.001). The quality characteristics of the specific volumes decreased significantly with increasing substitution levels of frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans (p<0.01). The lightness significantly decreased with increasing frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans of pound cakes' crusts and crumbs (p<0.01). The hardness, chewiness and gumminess tend to reduce, while the cohesiveness increase in both powders. The consumer acceptability score for 0.5~3.5% of frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from black beans pound cakes ranked significantly (p<0.01) higher than those of the other groups according to taste, flavor and overall preferences. These results show that frozen blueberry powder and anthocyanin powder extracted from the black beans are a good ingredient for increasing consumer acceptability and overall healthy.

Objectives : Acupuncture is expected to have somewhat like the efficacy parallel increasing activity of immune system in Western modem medicine. There, already, are many animal researches on activating effect of acupuncture for the immune system in peripheral organs. So, we carried out this experiment to see whether acupuncture has controlling effect on interleukin-6(IL-6) activity in rat's brain. Methods and Results : We had topical application of IL-6(1U=lpg, $10{\mu}l$) on brain of rat. It reduced afferent sensory transmission to the primary somatosensory(SI) cortex from periphery. Whereas, electrical stimulation(ES, 2Hz, 1.5V, 15min) of ST36(足三里) with application of IL-6 prominently activated afferent sensory transmission. ES of non-acupoint(proximal tail) with IL-6 showed suppression of afferent transmission. ES of ST36 without IL-6 application also exerted facilitation of afferent transmission to the SI cortex. Conclusions : Electoacupuncture(EA) on ST36 has noticeable influences on modulating activation of IL-6 in central nervous system, which do major role in immune system.

Recently many companies competitive is raised from competence improvement for a task and cost-cutting for electronic data processing system. Moreover, sudden increase of internet-user need effective management information system and share information because of network connection. Accordingly, it needs to get out of text base information system from multimedia base system and it need to introduce E-catalog system of merchandise information. In addition, it is required technological development and merchandising with movement, real time omnipresent. carrying. In this paper, established portable B2B system with movement of precious metals and jewels field's portable terminal from mobile technology. 산업 분야에서의 업무 전산화 이전에는 원시적인 기입식 장부정리로 비효율적인 상품관리와 인적 자원낭비가 심하였다. 그러나 최근 많은 업체들이 전자적인 문서관리 시스템 도입으로 업무능력 향상과 비용절감 효과로 업체의 경쟁력이 높아지고 있으며, 최근 인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 많은 시스템들이 네트워크로 연결되어 정보의 공유와 효율적인 정보관리를 필요로 하고 있다. 기존의 텍스트 기반 정보에서 벗어나 멀티미디어 기반의 정보를 요구하고 있으며, 상품 정보의 전자카탈로그(E-Catalog) 시스템 도입으로 실시간 상품 이미지와 정보를 제공해 판매자와 고객간의 신뢰할 수 있는 정보가 제공되며, 모바일(Mobile) 통신의 장점 인 이동성, 편재성, 실시간성, 휴대성 등을 활용한 기술개발과 상품화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기술을 활용하여 휴대용 단말 장치를 이용한 귀금속$\cdot$보석분야의 이동성이 보장되는 휴대용 B2B 시스템을 구축하였다.

본 연구는 스마트폰 기반의 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육을 위한 디지털 교과서를 설계하고 구현한 것으로서, 디지털 교과서의 장점인 상호작용성을 극대화하여 개인의 수준과 선택에 따라 자율적으로 공부 할 수 있는 자기주도 학습능력을 배양할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 디지털 교과서의 콘텐츠로 본 연구에서는 엑셀의 차트 기능을 활용하였다. 구현된 디지털 교과서를 초등학교 학습자들을 대상으로 평가해본 결과 기존에 활용되던 인쇄형 자료에 비해 차트를 작성하는 과제의 수행시간이 단축되었다. This study is the design and implementation of digital textbooks for elementary school computer education based on smart phone. It suggests how to cultivate self-directed learning ability depending on the level and selection of individuals by maximizing on interaction as advantage of digital textbooks. As the content of the digital textbooks, this study used Excel's charting capabilities. As a result of the evaluation of elementary learners having a implemented digital textbook, execution time of creating a chart is reduced in comparison with paper-based textbook user group.

Protein B23 is one of the major nucleolar phosphoproteins associated with pre-ribosomal particles, and is localized in the granular region of the nucleolus. Recent studies suggest that protein B23 shuttles between nucleus and cytoplasm and also interacts with HIV Rev. These findings indicate that protein B23 is important in nucleocytoplasmic relationship and viral replication. However, the exact function of protein B23 is not clear yet. In acute nucleolar hypertrophy of rat liver, treated with thioacetamide, there was observed an increase of not only protein B23 but also B23-like protein p45 when anti-B23 monoclonal antibody (MAb) was used for identification. On the basis of the large B23 specific epitope structure composed of 68 amino acids, a hypothesis was formulated to examine that p45 is the pre-B23 resulting from excessive production of B23. In an attempt to investigate the precursor of B23, we analyzed the subcellular fractions and microsomal subfractions. Subsequently, we analyzed the finger printings of B23-like proteins using the tryptic peptide mapping. The results are summarized: 1) Using B23 MAb, we observed the presence of B23-like proteins in nucleolar fraction, nucleoplasmic fraction and microsomal fraction. 2) In the further microsomal subfractionation, we could partially purify B23-like protein in 2M layer of sucrose gradient. 3) When ion exchange chromatography was employed, there were protein species 80kDa(p80), 65kDa(p65) and 60kDa(p60). 4) Based on the tryptic map analysis of $^{125}I$ labeled proteins, the similarity between B23 and p80 was found only in 9 out of 14(B23) and 21(p80) peptides, and difference was found in the remaining peptides. p80 and p60 had 18 common peptides, and all the peptides of p60 were similar to those of p80. From these results, it is proposed that p45 is an abnormal metabolite resulting from carcinogenesis by thioacetamide, and it is not the precursor of B23. In addition, we suggest that p80 may be a precursor of p45.
