To enhance productivity and provide high quality production material in a GMA welding process, weld quality, productivity and cost reduction affects the number of process variables. In addition, a reliable welding process and conditions must be implemented to reduce weld structure failure. In various industries the welding process mathematical model is not fully formulated for the process parameter and on the welding conditions, therefore only partial variables can be predicted. The research investigates the interaction between the welding parameters (welding speed, distance between electrodes, and flow rate of shielding gas) and bead geometry for predicting the weld bead geometry (bead width, bead height). Taguchi techniques are applied to bead shape to develope curve equation for predicting the optimized process parameters and quality characteristics by analyzing the S/N ratio. The experimental results and measured error is within the range of 10% presenting satisfactory accuracy. The curve equation was developed in such a way that you can predict the bead geometry of constructed machinery that can be used for making tandem welding process.

One of the main challenges of the automatic arc welding process which has been widely used in various constructions such as steel structures, bridges, autos, motorcycles, construction machinery, ships, offshore structures, pressure vessels, and pipelines is to create specific welding knowledge and techniques with high quality and productivity of the production-based industry. Commercially available automated arc welding systems use simple control techniques that focus on linear system models with a small subset of the larger set of welding parameters, thereby limiting the number of applications that can be automated. However, the correlations of welding parameters and bead geometry as welding quality have mostly been linked by a trial and error method to adjust the welding parameters. In addition, the systematic correlation between these parameters have not been identified yet. To solve such problems, a new or modified models to determine the welding parameters for tandem GMA (Gas Metal Arc) welding process is required. In this study, A new predictive model called STACO model, has been proposed. Based on the experimental results, STACO model was developed with the help of a standard statistical package program, MINITAB software and MATLAB software. Cross-comparative analysis has been applied to verify the reliability of the developed model.
디지털 트윈을 적용한 식물공장 내 식물 성장 예측모델 연구

본 논문은 식물공장의 생산성 향상을 위해서 디지털 트윈을 적용한 식물 공장 내 식물 성장 예측모델을 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 현실 및 디지털 트윈 식물공장 테스트베드를 제작하였으며 4가지의 환경에서 식물 성장 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 식물 성장 데이터를 예측하는 머신러닝 모델을 구축하였으며, 구축한 모델을 사용하여 측정값과 예측값을 비교하여 정확성을 확인하였다.

In this study to improve the productivity, advantage Tandem circumferential weld process of seam tracking system was applied for the laser vision sensor. Weld geometry scanning laser vision sensor and PLC control unit are used to scan correct positioning of welding torch when the program is implemented so that it can correctly track the welding line. The welding experiment was conducted to evaluate the performance of laser vision seam tracking sensor in tandem welding process. The seam tracking several experiments was to determine the reliability of the system, welding experiments relatively good quality welding bead was confirmed. Furthermore, the PLC program for seam tracking was used to confirm the validity of the application of tandem welding process according to the benefits of increased productivity, which is expected to contribute to national competitiveness.

본 논문에서는 디지털 트윈 기술을 비닐하우스 환경 기반으로하여 스마트팜 IoT 재배 관리 환경을 개발하고자 하였다. 유니티를 이용하여 가상 객체를 제작하고 MQTT 프로토콜을 이용하여 데이터베이스와 앱, 가상 환경의 통신 환경을 구축하고, 두 환경을 동시 제어하는 시스템을 구현한 것을 다루고 있다. 이러한 재배 관리 환경을 구현하기 위해 아두이노와 각종 센서들을 사용하여 현실 물리 객체의 환경과 생육 데이터를 수집할 수 있게 하였다. 더 나아가 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 머신러닝을 활용하여 사용자에게 적절한 재배시기와 자동 예측 시스템을 도입한다면 차세대 디지털 트윈 스마트팜 의 시대가 열릴 것이다.
