해조류 효소가수분해물질로부터 정제한 저분자 Peptide의 기능성

동해안 특산 해조류의 식품 또는 의약품재료로의 이용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 소화효소(pepsin)로 가수분해한 다음 저분자 peptide를 정제하여 여러 가지 기능성을 연구하였다. 쇠미역, 파래 및 지누아리의 효소가수분해물은 Bio-Rad P2 gel chromatography 상에서 3개의 peptide peak를 나타내었으나 김은 2개의 peak를 나타내었다. 항산화활성은 김 peak 1이 가장 높았으며 그 다음으로 김 peak 2 및 쇠미역 peak 2 순으로 높았다. ACE 저해활성은 김 peak 1, 파래 peak 3 및 peak 2 순으로 높았으며, 항갈변활성은 김 peak 1 및 2, 파래 peak 2가 가장 높았으며 그 다음으로 파래 peak 3이 높았다. 항암(종양)활성은 파래 peak 1이 가장 높았으며 그 다음으로 쇠미역 peak 2, 파래 peak 3, 지누아리 peak 3 순으로 높았다. 전반적으로는 김의 기능성이 가장 뛰어났으며, 이는 가장 높은 단백질함량을 가지고 있는 것도 한 이유라고 판단되며, 앞으로 저분자 peptide의 구조분석 및 아미노산 sequence의 규명도 필요하다고 본다. Functional activities of low molecular weight substances purified from pepsin hydrolysates of four different seaweeds; Costaria costata, Enteromorpha prolifera, Grateloupia filicina and Porphyra tenera, were investigated. Each pepsin hydrolysate of Costaria costata, Enteromorpha prolifera, and Grateloupia filicina resulted in three peptide peaks on Bio-Rad P2 gel chromatography pattern, while that of Porphyra tenera showed 2 peaks. Peak 1 of Porphyra tenera showed the highest antioxidative activity followed by peak 2 of Porphyra tenera and peak 2 of Costaria costata in order. Peak 1 of Porphyra tenera showed the highest ACE inhibitory activity followed by peak 3 and peak 2 of Enteromorpha prolifera in order. Peak 1 and peak 2 of Porphyra tenera, and peak 2 of Enteromorpha prolifera showed the highest antityrosinase activity followed by peak 3 of Enteromorpha prolifera. Peak 1 of Enteromorpha prolifera showed the highest antitumor activity followed by peak 2 of Costaria costata, peak 3 of Enteromorpha prolifera, and peak 3 of Grateloupia filicina in order. Porphyra tenera showed the highest functional activities, which is thought to be due to its high protein content. Structure and amino acid sequence of low molecular weight peptide of Porphyra tenera should be analyzed in the further study.

만 2세 영아를 위한 통합적 안전교육활동이 어린이집 내 비안전행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 만 2세 영아를 위한 통합적 안전교육활동이 어린이집 내 영아의 비안전 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 영아기에 주로 나타나는 안전사고와 관련한 안전교육활동을 구성하여 영아에게 실시하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 전라북도 익산시 M어린이집과 S어린이집 영아를 선정하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 ANCOVA를 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 만 2세 영아를 위한 통합적 안전교육활동이 어린이집 실내 흥미영역에서의 비안전행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 만 2세 영아를 위한 통합적 안전교육활동이 어린이집 실외 놀이영역에서의 비안전행동 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 결과적으로 본 연구의 통합적 안전교육활동이 어린이집 실내?외 영역에서 발생하는 영아의 비안전행동을 감소시키는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. This study configured the commonly occurring safety incidents in infancy related safety education activities and conducted an experiment on infants to verify and analyze the effectiveness and impact of Integrated Safety Education Activities on infants and infant Unsafe Behavior. Infants from M nursery and S nursery of Iksan, Jeollabuk-do were selected to study, and SPSS was used to ANCOVA the collected data. The results showed that Integrated Safety Education Activities on infants had a positive impact in the reduction of Unsafe Behaviors in the indoor area of interest. Secondly, the Integrated Safety Education Activities on infants had a positive impact on the reduction of Unsafe Behaviors at the outdoor play area. As a result, the result of this study shows that the Integrated Safety Education Activities on infant is effective to reduce the infants’ Unsafe Behaviors occurring in indoor area and outdoor areas of the nursery.

정상안 및 황반 질환에서 스펙트럼 영역 빛간섭단층촬영(3D-OCT 1000)의 황반 두께 및 부피 반복성

Purpose: To evaluate the repeatability of macular thickness and total macular volume measurements made using spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) in normal subjects and subjects with macular disease. Methods: Among a total of 108 subjects, there were 50 normal subjucts, 20 patients with diabetic macular edema, 10 patients with retinal vein occlusion, 15 patients with age-related macular degeneration, and 13 subjects with other conditions. Two serial macular measurements were obtained from each subject by a single experienced examiner using spectral domain OCT. The repeatability of the measurements was evaluated by comparing two consecutive foveal and perifoveal thickness measurements and total macular volume measurements. The intraclass correlation coefficient was also calculated to evaluate the repeatability of measurements made in normal and macular disease subjects. Result: Spectral domain OCT measurements of macular thickness and macular volume were found to be consistent. Measurements of normal subjects were the most consistent, followed by measurements of patients with age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, and diabetic macular edema. Conclusions: Although measurements made using spectral domain OCT were repeatable across all subjects, they were more consistent in normal subjects than in patients with macular disease. The differences in repeatability should be considered in the context of diseased pathologic anatomy. Physicians should remain cautious when using these measurements for clinical evaluation. 유도탄 구동장치는 구동장치 날개 펼침 시간과 위치가 유도탄의 초기 기동에 매우 중요한 요소가 되며, 유도탄 구동장치 점검은 구동 동작 수집 데이터 획득 정확성과 실시간성이 보장되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존 구동장치 점검 설계 및 구현방식과 데이터 수집장치 구동장치의 설계 구현방식 차이를 비교하고, 데이터 수집량, 실시간 데이터 수집 성능 차이를 획득 후 비교하였으며, 시험을 통해 나타난 데이터를 그래프로 변환한다. 획득된 데이터 구동장치 파형을 비교 분석하고, 분석된 데이터를 기반으로 기존 구동장치 점검과 데이터 수집장치 점검 중 실시간 응답 속도와 안정성이 보장된 데이터 수집장치 점검구성을 제안한다. In the missile actuator system, the time and position of the wings of the drive device are very important factors in the initial maneuver of the missile, and therefore, the missile actuator device must be inspected while ensuring the accuracy and real-time of motion collection data of the actuator. In this study, the difference between the design and implementation method for checking the existing actuator device and the design implementation method of the actuator device through the DAQ(Data Acquisition) device is compared, and the difference in data collection amount and real-time data collection performance is compared and tested, and the data shown through actual tests are compared. is converted into a graph, the actuator waveform is compared and analyzed, and based on the analyzed data, DAQ device inspection configuration that guarantees real-time response speed and stability during inspection of existing actuators and DAQ devices is proposed.
