        일반논문 : 추재 조수삼의 『경원총집(經원總集)』에 대하여

        이 논문은 추재 조수삼이 1793년에 직접 정리한 그의 초기 저작 『경원총집(經원總集)』에 대한 검토이다. 먼저 『경원총집』의 체재와 발간 경위, 그리고 그것이 『추재집(秋齋集)』과 맺고 있는 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 『경원총집』에 실려 있는 작품세계를 고찰하고 그것이 지닌 자료적 가치 등을 모색하였다. 『경원총집』은 2권으로 이뤄져 있는데 권1에는 『죽서수창(竹西酬唱)』·『다산집유(茶山輯遺)』, 권2에는 『연행기정(燕行紀程)』·『청야만영(靑野漫詠)』이 실려 있다. 먼저 『죽서수창』과 『다산집유』에서는 세속에서 벗어나 자연 속에서의 삶을 영위하고자 하는 은거의식과 함께 신분의 벽을 절감하며 끊임없이 내면의 자아와 세계의 갈등 양상을 엿볼 수 있다. 권2의 『연행기정』편에는 1789년 1차 연행 당시의 견문을 고스란히 담아냈을 뿐만 아니라 그 과정을 순차적으로 기록하고 있어 연행노정을 쉽게 알게 하였다. 이러한 첫 연행은 그의 세계관을 변모시키는 계기가 되었다. 『청야만영』에서는 다양한 교유관계가 드러나는데, 무엇보다도 젊은 시절 실학자 이덕무와의 교유는 추재에게 있어서 현실 사회에 대한 관심을 불러일으키는데 보다 결정적인 역할을 하게 된다. 추재의 문학 연구가 주로 후반기 작품들에 집중되어 있어 전반기 작품들에 대해서는 논의된 바가 거의 없었다. 이러한 점에서 초기 저작 『경원총집』은 추재 문학의 연구 자료로써 상당한 가치를 지닌다. 또한 『경원총집』은 추재가 자신의 저작을 연대순으로 구성한 것이어서 『추재집』의 연대기순 편찬론의 재고는 물론이고 추재 문학 전반에 대한 재검토를 필요로 하게 한다. This study examines 『Gyeongwonchongjip』, one of the early writings by Chujae Jo Su-sam, a middle class literary man in the 18th-19th centuries. This work was authored by Jo himself in 1793. First, I investigated the structure of 『Gyeongwonchongjip』, the procedure of its publication, and its relation with 『Chujaejip』. Based on these, I examine the literary world of the works in 『Gyeongwonchongjip』, and explore their literary values. 『Gyeongwonchongjip』 consists of two volumes <volume 1> contains 『Jukseosuchang』, and 『Dasanjipyu』, and <volume 2> 『Yeonhaenggijeong』, and 『Cheongyamanyeong』. As the date of the writing of 『Yeonhaenggijeong』, which contains the report of the first travel to Khanvalikh in 1789, is clear, it is necessary to reconsider the claim that 『Chujaejip』, which was published in 1939, is edited chronologically. With the 19th century as the middle point, Chujae`s poems in the first half take life in nature as their subject matters, and those in the second half realistic life in the. We can observe a clue to such a change in Chujae`s poems from 『Gyeongwonchongjip』. First, along with the hermitage consciousness that pursues a life in nature beyond the mundane world, we can see aspects of the poet`s incessant conflicts with the inner ego out of his keenly feeling the great wall of social classes from 『Jukseosuchang』, and 『Dasanjipyu』. On the other hand, in <Goryeogungsa> in 『Dasanjipyu』 he expresses his interest in historical conventions. In addition to this, the first travel to Khanvalikh in 1789 would have greatly changed his mind. 『Cheongyamanyeong』 reveals his various friendly relations with others; especially, his association with Lee Deok-mu, a Silhak scholar, is the most prominent. In Chujae`s younger days, his association with Lee would have played a decisive role in making him interested in real society.

        휘도대비가 가독성에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험 연구 - 화면 크기와 가독량을 고려한 휘도대비 가이드라인 -

        The study investigates the effects of luminance contrast, which is the contrast between text color and background color, on readability in VDT environments. Our research goals are to prove that the relationship between luminance contrast and readability is not linear and to explore the best luminance contrast level for optimal readability. We conducted two pretests before the main experiment to determine the operational readability and luminance contrast levels. We also conducted a controlled main experiment, in which luminance contrast, reading amount and screen size were tested in terms of its relation with readability. The results of the main experiment indicate that the readability has a non-linear relation with luminance contrast, and the optimal readability is obtained when the contrast is equal to 0.951. Furthermore, the non-linear function and optional point stay constant regardless of screen size and reading amount. The paper ends with implications of the results that maximal contrast does not always mean the optimal readability.

      • Purification and Characterization of Apolipophorin-III in the Hemolymph of the War Moth, Galleria mellonella L.

        Two molecular species of apolipophorin-III (spoLp-III) were purified from the last instar larval hemolymph of Galleria mellonella by gel permeation chromatography (Sephadex G-100), ion exchange chromatography (DE-52), heat treatment (90C for 30 min) and Mono S FPLC, and were named apoLp-III-a and apoLp-lll-b, respectively. They were indistinguishable by SDS-PAGE but could be separated by native PAGE. The molecular mass of apoLp-III determined by SDS-PAGE was approximately 18 kDa. The N-terminal amino acid sequence of apoLp-III-b revealed high similarities with the apoLp-III from Manduca sexta.

        Real Time On-line Quality Assurance System for HDR Brachytherapy

        고선량률 후 장착 근접치료 과정에서의 필수적인 정도 관리(QA) 과정은 Ir-192 선원 위치의 정확성을 검증하는 것이다. 눈금자나 방사선 사진(autoradiograph), 비디오 모니터(video monitor) 등을 이용한 여러 방법들이 Ir-192 선원의 위치적인 오차를 점검하기 위해 사용됨이 보고되고 있다. 본 논문에서는, fluorescent screen 과 CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) PC 카메라를 이용하는 방법을 새로운 고선량률 근접치료의 정도 관리 (QA) 도구로 사용할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 연구하였다. 계획된 dwell position 과 그 측정값은 1 mm 이내에서 일치함을 보였고, dwell time의 정확성은 0.4초 이내였다. 이번 연구의 결과는 CMOS PC 카메라를 사용하여 새롭게 제작된 정도 관리(QA) 시스템이 선원의 위치와 dwell time점검이 실시간으로 가능한 정도 관리(QA) 도구로 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다. An essential quality assurance (QA) procedure in high dose rate (HDR) remote after-loading brachytherapy is that of the verification of the Ir-192 HDR source positioning accuracy. A number of methods using mechanical rulers or autoradiograph and video cameras have been reported to check the positional error of the Ir-192 source. In this study, the feasibility of a CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) PC camera, with a fluorescent screen, was investigated. The agreement between the planned and measured dwell position was better than 1 mm and dwell times better than 0.4 sec. Our results indicate that the CMOS PC camera system could be used as a QA tool for the on-line determination of the source position and dwell time.

        치주조직 재생용 플루르비프로펜 함유 키토산 비드의 제조 및 용출특성

        N/A With the aim of improving periodontal regeneration efficacy, as a biodegradable local drug delivery device, drug releasing chitosan beads were prepared. Chitosan beads were prepared through the formation of intermolecular or intramolecular ionic interaction between chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate and were loaded with flurbiprofen. The mean diameter of the beads was 250 ㎛. Drug loading efficiency was improved by regulating the pH of tripolyphosphate solution. The drug release kinetics mainly depended upon the hydrophobic properties of the flurbiprofen, that is, the release of flurbiprofen showed initial burst with rapid release for the first day followed by a levelling off of the release rate. However, the release rate could be controlled by the formulation factor including the pH, concentration of the tripolyphosphate solution, gelation time, drug contents. From these results, flurbiprofen loaded chitosan beads were anticipated as biodegradable local drug delivery devices for periodontal regeneration.

        광주광역시 지역암등록 시행 5년간의 암 발생과 질적평가에 대한 연구

        Objectives: This study is conducted to identify the cancer incidence in Gwangju during the 5-year period from 1998 to 2002 and to assess the completeness and validity of the cancer registry data during this time period. Methods: All cases that had a diagnosis of invasive cancer (ICD-10 sites C00-C97) during the study period were retrieved from the records of the Gwangju Cancer Registry (GCR), which theoretically includes all the cancer cases in Gwangju. All the cases during the study period were analyzed by gender, age group and cancer sites. The completeness (mortality/incidence ratio and age-specific incidence curve) and validity (histologic verification, primary site unknown, age unknown and death certificate only) of the cancer registry in Gwangju were analyzed by gender, age group and cancer sites for the 5-year period. Results: The overall cancer incidence was higher in the males than in the females (age-standardized incidence rates (ASR) 299.8 and 172.4 per 100,000, respectively). In males, the most common cancer was stomach (ASR: 65.8), followed by liver (ASR: 50.5), bronchus and lung (ASR: 50.5), colo-rectum (ASR: 26.7), oesophagus (ASR: 10.6), and bladder (ASR: 10.3) in descending order. In females, the most common cancer was stomach (ASR: 26.8), followed by thyroid (ASR: 20.7), breast (ASR: 20.4), cervix uteri (ASR: 14.3), bronchus and lung (ASR: 13.0), liver (ASR: 10.7) and colo-rectum (ASR: 17.2) in descending order. The overall quality (completeness and validity) of the cancer registry was at the in 'good' level. Conclusions: These results will be useful in the overall context of planning and evaluating of cancer control activities in Gwangju.

        싱글모드 파이버 레이저를 이용한 SUS304와 Cu의 고속 겹치기 용접에서 접합부 및 인장시험 파단부의 특성에 관한 연구

        To develop and understand dissimilar metals joining of Stainless steel and Copper, ultra-high speed laser lap welding was studied using single mode fiber laser in this study. SUS304 and Cu have large differences in materials properties, and Cu and Fe have no intermetallic compounds by typical binary phase of Cu and Fe system. In this study, ultra-high speed lap welds of SUS304 and Cu dissimilar metals using single-mode fiber laser was generated, and weldability of the weld fusion zone was evaluated using a tensile shear test. To understand the phenomenon of tensile shear load, weld fusion zone of interface weld area and fracture parts after tensile shear test were observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis system. And it was confirmed that Cu was easily melting and penetrating in the grain boundaries of SUS304 because of low melting temperature. And high thermal conductivity of copper occurred dissipate heat energy rapidly. These properties cause the solidification cracking in weld zone.

        노인 전신마취 환자의 회복실 체류에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인

        This study is a descriptive investigation for understanding factors influencing the length of stay in the postanesthesia care unit of elderly patients. Retrospective investigation was conducted on 300 patients aged 65 or older among those who had received an operation under general anesthesia and treated in postanesthesia care unit of hospital C located in Gyeonggi-do, from January 1 to December 31, 2014. The patients' average postanesthesia care unit stay was found to be 48.4 minutes and the 30-59 minute section accounted for the highest part with 58.0%. The postanesthesia care unit stay time according to intra-operative factors showed significant differences depending upon muscle relaxants, transfusion, ABGA, body temperature and total hours under anesthesia. Concerning the post anesthesia care unit stay length according to post-operative factors, significant differences were observed depending upon complications, PCA device, and circulatory drug use. In order to find out factors influencing the post anesthesia care unit stay length, the multiple regression analysis was conducted. As a result, the circulatory drug use and intra-operative lower body temperature were found to have an effect on the post anesthesia care unit stay length with the total explanatory power of 13%. Based on these findings above, it is deemed helpful to carefully monitor factors related to the post anesthesia care unit stay length and provide swift response accordingly for shorter post anesthesia care unit stay time of elderly general anesthesia patients. 본 연구는 노인 전신마취 환자의 회복실 체류시간에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인들을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 경기도 소재 C대학병원에서 2014년 1월 1일부터 2014년 12월 31일까지 전신마취하에 수술을 받고 회복실에 입실하였던 환자 중 65세 이상인 환자 300명을 대상으로 후향적으로 자료 수집을 하였다. 회복실 체류시간은 평균 48.4분으로 나타났으며, 회복실 체류시간 30-59분이 58.0%로 가장 많았다. 수술중 요인에 따른 회복실 체류시간 정도는 근이완제, 수혈, 동맥혈가스 검사, 체온 그리고 총 마취시간에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수술후 요인에 따른 회복실 체류시간 정도는 합병증, 자가 통증 조절기, 순환기계 약물사용에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회복실 체류시간에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 수술 후 '순환기계 약물사용', '수술 중 저체온'이 회복실 체류시간에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 설명력은 13%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 회복실 체류시간 관련요인들을 모니터링하고 신속하게 처치하여 교정하는 것이 노인 전신마취 환자의 회복실 체류시간의 단축에 기여할 것으로 사려된다.

        싱글모드 파이버 레이저를 이용한 Cu 와 Ni의 고속도 이종재료 용접부의 기계적 특성

        As the industrial technology has been developed, a dissimilar welding has been received huge attention in various engineering fields. To understand the mechanical properties and possibility of applications of dissimilar metals joining, the laser welding of Cu and Ni dissimilar metals was studied in this paper. Cu and Ni have differences in materials properties, and Cu and Ni make no intermetallic compounds according to typical binary phase of Cu and Ni system. In this study, lap welds of Cu and Ni dissimilar metals using single-mode fiber laser with high welding speed were tried, and mechanical properties of the welds zone were evaluated using a Vickers hardness test and a tensile shear test. To recognize the relation between hardness and tensile shear load, weld fusion zone of interface weld area were observed. And it was confirmed that the ultra-high welding speed could make good weld beads and higher hardness parts had higher tensile shear load under the all conditions.
