Bushings are structural elements which are used in automotive suspension systems. A bushing is, in effect, a hollow cylinder contained between an outer steel cylindrical sleeve and an inner steel cylindrical rod. Dynamics simulation of the automotive suspension system involves the interaction between many components. The accurate determination of the transmitted forces between components, the motion of the components, the stresses in the components, and energy dissipation is affected by the quality of the bushing model. Lianis carried out an extensive experimental program to determine the specific form of the Coleman-Noll nonlinear single integral constitutive equation and Pipkin and Rogers introduced a constitutive equation for nonlinear viscoelastic response of polymers. In this paper, Lianis and Pipkin-Rogers models have been studied for the automotive bushing.
통합수영교실이 지적장애아동의 자아존중감과 사회성에 미치는 영향

This study aims to provide basic materials for researches such as program development or evaluation to facilitate swimming activity integrated by exploring self-concept and sociality with intellectual disability. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of swim programs to integrate the activation for the children individual to enjoy and to provide opportunities of the physical movement. Nine were chosen for the control group with only disabled children. Based on analysis of a swimming activity integrated on physical self-concept and sociality with intellectual disability children using the above method the following results have been produced. First, the program swimming integrated was higher in both self-concept and sociality with intellectual disability children. Between sub-factors of self-concept, self-concept general, self-concept in the school, and self-concept social showed significantly affect, but self-concept at home has not difference between the experimental group and the control group. Second, it appears to be statistically significant sociality in the mixed swim class with intellectual disabilities. There has been an increase in sociability from pre-intermediate to post- test at each stage. The meaning of these results for the program swimming integrated showed positive effects in the sociality both the class mixed with non-disabled children and children with disabilities and the class only disables children. Third, the swim classroom integrated was significantly different in self-concept of children between mixed group and only with intellectual disabilities. Mixed group were a higher in self-concept. The program swim integrated is able to affect self-concept both mixed group and only with disabilities, but appeared to be affection more mixed group. Forth, the swim classroom integrated was significant in sociality for children intellectual disability. The sub-factor of sociality: socialization, communication and self-help can be seen all statistically higher, but the factor of mobility has not difference between the groups.

A bushing is a device used in automotive suspension systems to reduce the load transmitted from the wheel to the frame of the vehicle. A bushing is a hollow cylinder, which is bonded to a solid steel shaft at its inner surface and a steel sleeve at its outer surface. The relation between the force and moment applied to the shaft and the relative deformation and rotational angle of a bushing exhibits features of viscoelasticity. Simulation of the automotive suspension system involves the interaction between many components. The accuracy of the bushing modeling affects the accurate determination of the transmitted loads among components, the motion of the components, the stresses in the components, and energy dissipation. Rotational angle-dependent moment relaxation function was obtained and expressed as the explicit combination of time and rotational angle. The viscoelastic model for torsional mode was obtained and the results of the viscoelastic model was compared with the experimental results.
비선형 점탄성 부싱모델의 회전방향모드에 대한 실험적 연구

자동차 부싱은 차체로 전달되는 하중을 줄여주는 역할을 하는 자동차 현가장치의 주요부품으로 바깥쪽 슬리브와 안쪽의 축 사이에서 가운데가 비어 있는 실린더의 형상을 가진다. 차축에 작용되는 힘과 모멘트에 대한 부싱의 상대변위 및 변형각도는 점탄성 성질을 나타내며, 부싱에서 힘과 모멘트와 이에 대한 변위와 변형각도의 관계는 다물체 동역학 시뮬레이션에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 자동차 부싱의 회전방향 모드에 대한 모멘트와 변형각도의 점탄성 관계를 변형각도에 의존하는 모멘트 완화함수를 통하여 부싱모델을 완성하였으며, 완성된 점탄성 부싱 모델은 회전방향 모드에 대한 실험값과 비교하여 검증하였다. Since a moment-rotational angle relation for a bushing is important for multibody dynamics numerical simulations, the simple relation between the moment and rotational angle has been derived from experiment. It is shown that the predictions by the proposed moment-rotational angle relation are in very good agreement with the experimental results.
