        WIPI는 한국 무선인터넷 표준화 포럼에서 개발한 표준 모바일 플랫폼이다. 본 고에서는 WIPI의 탄생 배경과 WIPI 플랫폼의 특징들을 기술한다. 또한 WIPI의 표준화 범위와 표준화 항목들을 기술하고 WIPI 2.0에서 새롭게 추가되는 기능 및 표준화 항목들을 정리한 후 향후 WIPI가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다.

        철도 차량 운전원의 소음노출 특성

        Personal noise exposure was assessed in railroad operators working in 40 operation units including the Gyeongbu line, Honam line, and Janghang line between 2004 and 2006. 8-hour TWA were assessed based on the MOL (Ministry of Labor) guideline on noise evaluation, and 17% of these measurements exceeded 85 dBA while 70% were over 80 dBA. When the ACGIH TLV is adopted, 40% of measurements were over TLV (85 dBA). The noise exposure risk of railroad operators was higher for diesel locomotive operation and longer operational distances; in addition, the risk was higher for passenger car operation compared to freight car driving. Given that in Korea, over the past 30 years diesel locomotives have provided most of the railway's motive power and that hearing protective equipment is not likely to be used by workers during operation, railroad operators are at a high risk of noise-induced hearing loss. The result of audiometric test among 568 railroad operators showed that 32.6% of those tested had a hearing threshold shift of more than 40 dB. In conclusion, this study calls for more fundamental measures including noise control countermeasures within the operation areas, development of equipment that generates less noise and adopting limitation on the operation distance for a work shift.

        체수분이 교차성 열효과에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the changes in body temperature through conductive heat applied to the body and clarified the influences of body fluid on the thermal effects. Body fluid was measured using the Segmental Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis method. The subjects consisted of 13 men and 14 women. TBW was 37.56 (4.35 L for men and 29.93 (3.12 L for women, with the former being significantly (p<0.01) higher. The amount of body fluid in the right and left legs was 6.46 (0.83 L and 6.39 (0.86 L for men and 4.78 (0.49 L and 4.78 (0.49 L for women, respectively, with men's values being significantly (p<0.01) higher than women's on both the right and left sides. The maximal change in the surface temperature was 33.93 (0.61(C at the start of a warm bath to 3407 (0.61(C after 14 min for men. In contrast, the maximal change was 33.38 (0.99(C at the start to 33.73 (0.86(C after 18 min for women. For the other sites, the maximal temperature in Depths 1 and 2 was attained earlier for men than for women. The decrease in body temperature after the end of warming was more remarkable for men. Men had fluid with a higher conductivity than women, indicating influences of body fluid on the changes in body temperature. There were few changes in body composition with a partial bath having a crossed effect, indicating that this is a safe therapeutic method for elderly people.

        중년여성의 체성분이 체력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study examined the relationship between body fitness and body composition as well as the body fluid and intracellular fluid (ICF) of extremities to determine body composition's quantitative criteria for body fitness. Multiple-frequency segmental bioelectrical impedance analysis and the physical fitness test provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology were used to measure body composition and physical fitness, respectively. The test results showed that in women in their fifties, the correlation between the amount of body fluid in the upper limbs and grip strength was r=.654 (p<0.01) for the right arm and r=.445 for the left while that between the amount of ICF in the upper limbs and grip strength was r=.708 (p<0.01) for the right and r=.323 for the left. Also, in women in their fifties, the correlation between the amount of body fluid in the lower limbs and the result of a repetitive side jump test was r=.730 for the right leg and r=.753 for the left (p<0.01 for both), and that between the amount of ICF and the counts for the right and left legs was even higher with r=.742 and r=.763, respectively (p<0.01 for both). The body fluid and ICF volumes in the right extremities exceeded those in the left, and physical fitness was correlated with both body fluid and ICF. These findings indicate a connection between physical fitness and body fluid and ICF, suggesting that body composition may help predict physical fitness.

        무선 통신을 이용한 맨홀 관리시스템 설계 및 구현

        How to manage manhole is to estimate the part without observation and maintain the sewer. To get the information about current flow rate, visiting and measuring specific manhole is positively necessary. Also, there are some problems that accurate measurement of flow rate is difficult and obtaining the information about real-time whole flow rate is impossible. This thesis will easily grasp the accurate location and type of manhole to solve the problems, and provide the manhole system conveying information through direct radio communication with a manhole cover to renewal information of manhole properly. Besides, it intends to save the information about management of waterworks, maintenance of facilities, data for flow rate, and structure of manhole. Using these, it is supposed to offer how to handle manhole. Thus, this thesis delivers the information to manhole and into central servers directly without wire and provides the system and management method for effective maintenance of manhole.

        풍하중에 의한 손상해석을 이용한 기하형상에 따른 자연 습식 냉각탑의 구조성능 평가 - Part II : Two-Shell 기하형상

        The result of the previous work leads to the idea that the inner area of the hyperbolic shell generator should be minimized for the cooling tower with higher first natural frequency. In this study the inner area of the hyperbolic shell generator was graphically established under varying height of the throat and angle of the base lintel. From the graph, several shell geometries were selected and analysed in the aspect of the natural frequency. Three representative towers reinforced differently due to different first natural frequencies were analysed non-linearly and evaluated using a damage indicator based on the change of natural frequencies. The results demonstrated that the damage behaviour of the tower reinforced higher due to a lower first natural frequency was not necessarily advantageous than the others.

        단안의 후극부 망막 이상이 있는 환아의 양안 안저 소견

        Purpose: To study the fundus findings in the peripheral retina using examination under general anesthesia in patients showing vitreoretinopathy in the unilateral posterior pole of the eye. Methods: The records of 27 patients showing vitreoretinopathy in the unilateral posterior pole of the eye were retrospectively reviewed. Analysis of the records for the fundus finding was performed using indirect ophthlamoscopy at the outpatient clinic, fundus findings and results of fluorescein angiography during examination under general anesthesia. Results: The viteroretinopathies in the unilateral posterior poles were retinal vascular and vitreous abnormality including avascular area in seven eyes (16%), retinal dragging in 14 eyes (32%), retinal folding in 21 eyes (48%), and total tractional retinal detachment in two eyes (5%). The final clinical diagnoses were familial exudative vitreoretinopathy in 33 patients, incontinentia pigmenti in four eyes, and idiopathic vitreoretinopathy in seven eyes. Abnormal findings in the peripheral retina of the contralateral eye were observed in 27 eyes (61%) when examined under general anesthesia. Leakage in fluorescein angiography was found in 17 contralateral eyes (39%). The treatment including diode laser photocoagulation and cryotherapy was performed in eyes showing active leakage. Conclusions: Examination of the bilateral fundus is important in patients showing vitreoretinopathy in the unilateral posterior pole. The examination under anesthesia was helpful for diagnosis, evaluation and treatment in patients showing vitreoretinopathy in the unilateral posterior pole of the eye.         As a society of knowledge and information has been developed rapidly, because of changing from web environment to ubiquitous environment, a lot of countries across the world as well as S. Korea for national information with electronic Government have a variety of changes with big data. So this study is about development for national information and e-government of S. Korea with public data as big data analysed by the application of scenario planning. And then this research focused on the strategy consulting of national information with e-Government of S. Korea for utilization of public data as big data analysed by the application of 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. As a result, the future policy for utilization of public data as big data for national information with electronic government of S. Korea is to further spur the development of technology for linked data with semantic web for 'understanding of machine' than 'understanding of man'. 최근의 웹에서 유비쿼터스로의 지식정보화사회의 급속한 진행에 의한 IT와 컴퓨팅기술에 있어서의 빅데이터 시대라는 새로운 패러다임 도래는 한국 정부 및 각국 정부에 있어, 전자정부 및 국가정보화 추진에 있어서의 주목할 만한 전환점이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 미래예측방법으로 많이 활용되고 있는 시나리오 플래닝 방법론을 적용하여 한국 전자정부 및 국가정보화 발전의 바람직한 미래상을 도출하였다. 곧 빅데이터 시대에 합당한 한국 전자정부 및 국가정보화의 상대적 미래우위전략을 찾고자, 정부의 빅데이터인 공공데이터의 활용에 대한 발전방안을 모색하였으며, 그 결과 한국의 전자정부 및 국가정보화에 부합하는 공공데이터를 활용한 대국민공개강화 전략을 도출하였다. 또한 '인간의 이해'보다는 '기계의 이해'를 지향하는 시멘틱웹 기술과 함께하는 링크드데이터 기술의 적용 아래에서의 개발을 제안하였다.

        플렉스타임제의 도입 : 기대효과 및 적용한계에 관하여

        본 연구에서 저자들은 플렉스타임제와 관련하여 다음과 같은 질문들에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 첫째, 공무원은 이 제도의 기대편익과 비용을 현재 각각 어떻게 인지하고 있는가? 둘째, 어떤 곳을 적용곤란 영역으로 보고 있는가? 그리고 세째는 누가 반대하는가, 이들의 속인적 특성과 그 이유는 각각 무엇인가 등이 그것이다. 분석 결과, 플렉스타임제의 도입에 대한 찬성자와 반대자들은 기대편익과 비용의 인지를 놓고 적지 않은 태도차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 이러한 현상은 기대효과의 부정적 인지에 대해 두드러졌고, 긍정적 측면의 경우는 자기능력의 개발, 대민서비스의 향상, 근무효율의 증가 등의 항목에서 그 차이가 뚜렷했다. 또 공무원들은 대민규제 및 봉사부서를 이 제도의 적용이 가장 곤란한 영역으로 생각하고 있었다. 그리고 반대자들에 대한 분석결과, 주로 재직기간이 길거나 나이가 많은 사람일 수록 이 제도에 대하여 부정적 태도를 갖고 있음을 관찰 할 수 있었다. 이들의 반대는 주로 내부관리상의 우려와 민원인의 불편 등의 때문인 것으로 드러났다.

        SWOT분석을 통한 한국 마이크로 로봇의 발전방안

        마이크로 로봇은 인간의 다양한 질병과 진단에 있어 유용한 도구로서 활용이 가능한데, 이러한 이유로 현재 세계의 많은 국가들은 마이크로 로봇의 제작과 개발에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 한국정부 역시 이러한 세계적 추세 속에서, 마이크로 로봇 개발에 대한 기술정책을 만들고 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 따라서 본고는 SWOT분석을 통해, 한국의 마이크로 로봇 기술동향과 개발현황을 분석하여 미래 한국의 마이크로 로봇에 대한 가장 합당한 발전방안을 모색한다. 연구결과, '박테리아 기반기술의 마이크로 로봇(C형-2)'과 '무배터리 자체추진기 자율이동 마이크로 로봇(C형-3)'과 같은, 한국에서 관련 최신 특허로 등록받은 마이크로 로봇에 대한 보다 집중적인 지원이 필요하며, 이 양 분야 모두 현재 세계적인 수준으로 성장하고 있으므로 지원 중인 마이크로 로봇 개발에 관한 예산을 더욱 늘리는 한편 보다 적극적으로 관련 기술개발을 추진해야 한다. Micro-robots are utilized as useful tools in diagnosis and treatment of various human diseases. At present, lots of countries are developing and making many micro-robots. Government of S. Korea are trying to push ahead with the plan as technology policy, for the same reason. So this study examined about micro-robot technology development and trend of S. Korea, by using the method of SWOT(Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threat) analysis. As a result, the future policy for micro-robot of S. Korea is to further spur the development of new micro-robot technology and more improvement of the technology level of micro-robots registered by patent as 'micro-robot of bacterium base for lesion treatment' and 'micro-robot moved by compressive fluid'. Finally, It was already confirmed as high level, technology of 'micro-robot of bacterium base for lesion treatment' and 'micro-robot moved by compressive fluid' invented at S. Korea.
