Purpose: Based on a literature review of artificial intelligence (AI) applications within nursing tasks, this study delves into the feasibility of employing AI to improve nursing practice in Korea. Methods: We used nursing and artificial intelligence as keywords to search academic databases, resulting in 96 relevant studies from an initial pool of 940. After a detailed review, 35 studies were selected for analysis based on nursing process stages. Results: AI improves nursing assessment by enhancing pain diagnosis, fall detection, and movement monitoring in older adults. It aids nursing diagnosis through clinical decision support, risk prediction, and emergency patient triage. Further, it expedites the creation of precise plans utilizing predictive models in nursing planning. AI also forecasts medication errors and reduces the nursing documentation burden for nursing implementation. Additionally, it manages (re)hospitalization risks by assessing patient risk and prognoses in nursing evaluation. Conclusion: AI in Korean nursing can enhance assessment and diagnosis accuracy, promote a prevention-focused paradigm through risk prediction, and ease the burden of nursing practice amidst human resource shortages.

The leiomyoma of the vulva is a very rare benign tumor. A case of a 41-year-old woman with a leiomyoma of the vulva which was experienced in our hospital recently is presented with a review of literature.

1) Objective External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present South Korea. Therefore we would like to bring out its sphere of application and detailed method in the oriental medicine classics. 2) Methodologies We have researched external treatment history according to below the procedure. (1) Making a related words list: We have used existing external treatments technical books to make a list. It has been connected with external treatments. It includes not only technical terms, but also general terms. (2) Searching sentence: We have searched sentence that contain terms that related with external treatments. (3) Analysis of related sentence: We have searched and classified sentence by disease. (4) Analysis of external treatment methods. 3) Conclusions From long time ago people have used external treatment to cure various disease. According to the ${\ulcorner}Nei-Jing{\lrcorner}$, hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy and bathing therapy had been used to cure blockage syndrome, muscle disease, carbuncle and cellulitis. Thereafter, a sphere of external treatment had gradually enlarged. (1) After all its sphere had included dermatologic, psychologic, internal, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, pediatric and surgical diseases. (2) External treatment methods have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on. (3) Medication types of external treatment have contained ointment, juice, infusion, powder, suppository and so on.
무릎통증을 호소하는 여자에서의 방사선적 골관절염의 빈도

Objective: This study was done to evaluate the frequency and to examine the difference of radiographic findings between patellofemoral joint (PFJ) and tibiofemoral joint (TFJ) in radiographic change of knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods: 347 Korean women (694 knees) who visited our clinic with knee joint pain took anteroposterior (AP) weight bearing view of TFJ, lateral and skyline view of PFJ of the knees from Jan. to Dec. in 1999. Radiographs were read for features of OA using Kellgren-Lawrence. The difference of frequency in two joint`s radiographic changes of OA was examined using chi-square and Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: Radiographic knee OA was correlated with patient`s age (r=0.482, p<0.001) and with body mass index (r=0.123, p<0.001). Frequency of radiographic OA using lateral view of PFJ was 38.8%, using AP view of TFJ was 28% and skyline view of PFJ was 23.1% (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results show that lateral view of PFJ with AP view of TFJ increase the frequency of radiographic knee OA, but skyline view of PFJ doesn`t contribute to increase the frequency of radiographic knee OA.
소리 데이터를 기반으로 일상생활 문제를 해결하는 초등 머신러닝 교육 프로그램 개발

본 연구는 인공지능이라는 시대적 흐름에 따라 초등학교에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 인공지능 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 교육 프로그램은 ADDIE 모형의 단계에 따라 초등교사 70명 대상의 요구 분석결과를 바탕으로 목적과 방향을 설계하였다. 설문 결과 초등학생들이 인공지능을 처음 배울 때 생활 속에서 가장 접하기 쉬운 소리 데이터를 주제로 설정하고, 일상생활에서 소리 데이터를 활용하여 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 인공지능의 원리를 익히고, 그 과정에서 컴퓨팅 사고력도 키울 수 있도록 머신러닝 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 인공지능 교육의 필요성이 대두되는 요즘 본 연구에서 개발한 소리 데이터를 기반으로 일상생활 문제를 해결하는 초등 머신러닝 교육 프로그램을 통해 초등 인공지능 교육의 기반을 갖출 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to develop artificial intelligence education programs that can be easily applied in elementary schools according to the trend of the times called artificial intelligence. The training program designed the purpose and direction based on the analysis results of the needs of 70 elementary school teachers according to the steps of the ADDIE model. According to the survey, elementary school students developed a machine learning education program to set sound data as the theme of the most accessible in their daily lives and to learn the principles of artificial intelligence in solving problems using sound data in real life. These days, when the need for artificial intelligence education emerges, elementary machine learning education programs that solve daily life problems based on sound data developed in this study will lay the foundation for elementary artificial intelligence education.
