Noonan syndrome is a condition involving facial, cardiovascular and skeletal abnormalities that may pose problems to anesthesiologists during surgery. Propofol, which is used as an induction agent for noncardiac surgery, produces little or no change in the heart rate. Remifentanil decreases the sympathetic and somatic responses to noxious stimuli and can be given in high doses without negative inotropic effects. We report successful management of a patient with Noonan syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and atrial fibrillation, undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy using the the total intravenous anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil.
인지무선 시스템에서 부사용자의 거리에 따른 가중치가 적용된협력 스펙트럼 센싱

In this paper, we propose weighted detection probability with distance between primary user and secondary users by usingcooperative spectrum sensing based on energy detection. And we analysis and simulate the result. We suggest differentdistance between primary user and secondary users and the wireless channel between primary user and secondary users ismodeled as Gaussian channel. From the simulation results of the cooperative spectrum sensing with weighted method makecoverage bigger compared with non-weight, and We show higher sensing efficiency when we put weight detection probabilitythan before method 본 논문은 에너지 검출 기반 협력 스펙트럼 센싱을 이용하여 주사용자와 부사용자 사이의 거리에 따른 검출 확률에 가중치를 부여하는 기법을 제안하고, 이에 따른 분석 및 모의실험 결과를 나타낸다. 주사용자와 부사용자 사이의 거리는 모두 다르다고 가정하였고,이들 사이의 무선 채널은 레일레이(Rayleigh) 채널로 모델링하였다. 제안하는 가중치 부여 기법을 적용한 협력 스펙트럼 센싱을 수행한 결과가 가중치를 적용하지 않은 스펙트럼 센싱을 수행한 결과에 비해 커버리지를 확대 할 수 있고, 이 검출 확률에 가중치를적용한 것이 가중치를 적용하지 않은 이전의 방식에 비해 센싱 효율이 향상 되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

As the domestic aviation industry grows, the aviation maintenance field is also growing rapidly. This change calls for more aircraft maintenance technicians, and interest in safety accidents is also increasing. Individual safety climate indicates the importance of safety in the organization. We expect that three individual factors (training effectiveness, procedure effectiveness, and work pressure) relate to safety behavior in the workplace via individual safety climate. The purpose of this research is investigating the relationship between individual factors and aircraft maintenance technician’s safety behavior. Previous studies related to individual factors were examined for literature review. Based on the previous studies, research model was constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effected data from 305 samples were employed for final survey. The results show that individual factors were meaningful factors to effect perceived safety behavior, and safety knowledge & safety motivation were related to safety compliance & safety participation.
수치해석을 통한 연약지반용 부력식 기초 방파제의 거동 분석

For conventional gravity type offshore structures constructed on the soft ground, which is located on the western and/or southern Korea, the excessive consolidation settlements are caused by the self-weight of the structures and so additional ground treatment methods are generally needed. Several types of improved foundation systems utilizing buoyancy applicable to even the soft ground were introduced for economical and efficient design of the offshore structure. In this study, a series of numerical simulations on the consolidation and lateral behaviors of breakwaters with the improved foundation systems utilizing buoyancy were carried out. From the results of numerical simulations it is found that the foundation systems utilizing buoyancy are efficient for reducing the maximum consolidation settlements without reducing lateral safety.
