대도시 한국인 상용식이에 고지방 식품을 첨가했을 때 흰쥐의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the level of total serum cholesterol and triglyceride of rats as different Korean high fat diet sources. Young male rats were supplemented Soybean oil(30% of total Cal.), Mayonnaise (30% of total Cal.), Samgeupsal (30% of total Cal.), Butter (30% of total Cal.), Sesame oil(30% of total Cal.), on Korean diet for 4 weeks. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1) The standard group showed the highest food efficiency and body weight gain whereas the Sesame oil group and the Butter group showed the lowest. 2) The standard group showed the highest liver, heart, kidney, sex organ weight except spleen weight, but the Sesame oil group and the Butter group showed the lowest organ weight. 3) The Standard group were significantly higher than the Mayonnaise group in HCT but all groups were not significant. 4) There were not significant difference in albumin, glucose, total protein triglyceride values. 5) The Mayonnaise group were lower than the Standard group significantly in cholesterol level.

This study was designed to compare the effect of animal protein diet on the body growth and metabolism in arbino rats. Forty males of arbino rats weighing 64.48±0.04 were divided into five experimental groups. The rats were fed for 10 weeks with five different diet; the meat diet; the sea mussel diet, the short-necked clam diet, the corb shell diet and the ark shell diet. The protein contents of all diet were made equivalent. The results are as follow: 1. The sea mussel diet group showed the highest food intake whereas short-necked clam diet group and meat diet group showed lower food intakes than those of other groups Body weight gain values were in proportion to food intakes. 2. There were almost no significant differences in F.E.R(Feed Efficiency Ratio) and P.E.R.(Protein Efficiency Ratio) values. 3. Components (cholesterol, glucose, triglyceride) in the serum of shell fish diet groups showed higher than those of meat diet group. Albumin value in serum was the oppsite. Hematology showed the differences among the groups. 4. Final organ weight and femur length of meat diet group were lower than those of shell fish diet groups. 5. Organs and mussel had almost the same nitrogen contents in every groups. 6. The sea mussel diet group and the meat diet group showed higher values than those of other groups in the lipid contents of the liver.
표면 광자기 커 효과를 이용한 교환결합형 강자성/반강자성 박막에서 교환바이어스 형성 메커니즘 연구

Fe$_{50}$Mn$_{50}$ 반강자성층을 사용하는 Ta/Ni$_{81}$Fe$_{19}$/Co$_{90}$Fe$_{10}$/Cu/Co$_{90}$Fe$_{10}$/Fe$_{50}$Mn$_{50}$/Ta 구조의 상부 스핀밸브(top spin valve)와 강자성/반강자성/강자성의 구조를 지니는 Ta/Ni$_{81}$Fe$_{19}$/Fe$_{50}$Mn$_{50}$/Co 다층 박막을 초고진공 스퍼터링(ultrahigh vacuum sputtering) 및 전자빔 증착(e-beam evaporation)으로 제조하였다. 제조한 두 종류의 시편에 대한 교환바이어스 (exchange bias) 형성 메커니즘을 연구하기 위해 표면 광자기 커 효과(surface magneto-optical Kerr effect)를 이용하여 커 회전 이력곡선(Kerr rotation loop)을 측정하였다. 박막 증착 시, 또는 blocking 온도 이상에서 냉각 시 인가한 자기장에 의해 강자성 박막의 일방향 이방성(unidirectional anisotropy)이 형성되는 교환바이어스 현상을 관찰하였다. 강자성/반강자성 박막을 blocking 온도 이상에서 자기장을 인가하여, 강자성 박막의 포화 자화방향을 변화시키고 상온까지 냉각하면, 강자성층의 일방향 이방성은 바로 그 자화방향과 동일하게 형성되었다. Fe$_{50}$Mn$_{50}$ 반강자성층 양쪽에 보자력이 서로 다른 두 강자성층을 지니는 강자성/반강자성/강자성 다층박막에서, 양쪽 강자성 박막의 잔류자화 방향을 blocking 온도 이상에서 서로 상반되게 형성하여 상온까지 냉각하면, 각 강자성 박막에 작용하는 교환바이어스는 서로 반 평행하게 형성되었다. 이들 결과로부터 교환결합형 강자성/반강자성 박막에 형성되는 교환바이어스는 blocking 온도 이상으로 가열하였다가 냉각하는 동안 강자성 박막이 갖고 있는 자화방향에 의해 결정됨을 알 수 있다. We report on \emph{in situ} visible surface magneto-optical Kerr effect studies of exchange bias formation for a typical top spin valve having a layered structure of Ta/NiFe/CoFe/Cu/CoFe/FeMn/Ta and an exchange-coupled NiFe/FeMn/Co trilayer film, while cooling with or without an applied magnetic field through a blocking temperature. It is found that exchange bias and its unidirectional anisotropy can be set by saturating the magnetizations in ferromagnetic layers using external magnetic fields while cooling through the blocking temperature. In a NiFe/FeMn/Co film, oppositely-oriented exchange bias at both ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic interfaces can be set by the oppositely oriented remanent magnetizations of the two ferromagnetic layers while cooling through a blocking temperature. The results show that exchange bias is determined by the magnetizations of ferromagnetic layers in close proximity an antiferromagnetic layer during the film growth or subsequent cooling through a blocking temperature.
