Purpose: We analyzed the need for home care services and awareness of U-healthcare in nurses of the Catholic Parish Home Care Center to link the ubiquitous health care system and the home care. Methods: We recruited 46 nurses from a home care center in the catholic parish of the C medical center from April 4th to June 8th, 2007. Results: The highest needs were 'assessment and diagnosis of the problem', 'management of hypertension & diabetes patients', 'counseling of the patient', and 'counseling of major caregiver and family problems'. Therapeutic nursing showed the highest needs in bedsore care. Nurses want hospital medical records available through the ubiquitous health care system. Conclusion: Home care services are supported from the agency, with high needs in assessing and diagnosing the problem, counseling, and managing of hypertension & diabetes patients. Education and public relations efforts on the U-healthcare system should improve system awareness.

증강현실(AR)을 이용한 가상 피팅 시스템의 설계 및 구현

현대인들의 인터넷 사용률이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 소비자들은 오프라인 매장에서 의류를 구매하기보다 인터넷 쇼핑을 통한 구매를 선호하게 되었다. 그러나 온라인 구매로 인해 정확한 스타일 확인 불가 및 확신할 수 없는 사이즈로 큰 불편함을 겪고 있다. 따라서 최근 가장 떠오르는 기술 중 하나인 AR을 실생활에 적용하여 사용자가 매장에 가지 않고 집에서도 편하게 자신의 스타일링을 확인할 수 있도록 하는 AR 피팅룸을 구현하여 솔루션을 제안하고자 한다. 본 프로젝트에서는 3D 표현을 위해 Kinect Xbox 카메라를 사용하여 사용자의 신체정보를 추출한 후 unity와의 연동을 통해 사용자에게 편리함을 제공할 수 있는 AR-fitting 시스템을 설계하였다. 선택한 옷을 가상으로 입어 볼 수 있는 쇼룸 형태의 서비스를 제공하며 제스처 인식을 통해 보다 편리한 의류 선택 및 사이즈 조절 등을 가능하게 하였다. 또한, 사용자의 입력 정보에 따른 사이즈 측정 결과를 제공함으로써 사용자의 의류 구매를 보다 효과적으로 만들어 줄 수 있을 것이다.

이 논문은 서산지역 내포제 문화의 영역과 역사적 의미를 조망한 것이다. 서산지역에서는 민요, 시조, 판소리 등에 관련한 여러 가지 소리의 전통이 뚜렷하게 존재하는 고장임이 확인되었다. 민요는 논농사소리를 중심으로 이루어졌으며, 시조는 내포제라고 하는 특별한 시조의 유파가 있다. 판소리는 중고제라고 하는 특정한 소리가 전승되는 것을 확인할 수가 있었다. 세 가지 소리의 양상이 내포제 문화의 근간이 되는 것임이 확인된다. 세 가지 사실을 통해서 우리는 내포제의 소리문화가 일정한 지역의 권역 내에서 이루어지는 지역유형의 개념을 형성한다는 점을 인정할 수가 있겠다. 지역유형은 민속학갈래 내의 일반적 현상이고 다른 갈래에도 확대ㆍ적용할 수 있는 요긴한 개념이다. 지역유형이라고 하는 개념이 단일하고 균질감이 있는 것은 아니지만, 적어도 위에서 살펴본 지역유형의 대표적 개념 속에서 이루어지는 소중한 것이 아닐 수 없다. 다차원적이고 다면적인 지역유형이 내포제 소리문화에 동질적으로 등장하는 점은 소중한 성과이다. 하층문화인 토박이소리는 지역적 정체성을 중심으로 지역유형의 근간을 뚜렷하게 유지하고 있다. 그에 견주어서 내포제시조는 상층문화여서 전국적으로 획일화될 법도 한데, 실제로 보면 이들 문화의 공질성에 근거한 이질성이 더욱 두드러지는 내포제시조의 전통을 수립했다. 또한 판소리는 상층과 하층의 합작품인데, 독자적인 지역유형의 유파개념을 구성하고 있으면서 악조적인 근간을 수립한 것을 볼 수가 있다. 이 논문은 제주도 구좌읍 세화리 당신본풀이에 대한 연구이다. 당신본풀이에 나타난 식성 갈등은 중요한 주제 가운데 하나이다. 어떤 신은 육식을 하고, 어떤 신은 미식을 한다. 당신본풀이에 이러한 신들의 갈등이 있다. 이 갈등으로 신들의 거주 공간과 이 신에 대한 제물뿐만 아니라, 신들에 대한 일련의 인간 사회 갈등까지도 발생한다. 인간의 식성 갈등에 대한 통념과 신들의 식성 갈등은 서로 근본적으로 얽혀 있다고 하는 것이 이 논문에서 밝혀진 사실이다. 〈세화리당신본풀이〉에서는 남신은 육식을 하고 여신은 미식을 한다. 이 갈등이 단골의 사회적 갈등과도 관련되고, 근본적으로는 자연과 문화, 바다와 산, 육지와 섬 등의 대립항으로 변환되기도 한다. 이 갈등을 통해서 본풀이는 하나의 근본적 사유를 추구하며, 이 때문에 당신본풀이는 더욱 소중한 식성갈등의 근본에 존재하고 있음을 우리는 다시금 알 수가 있다. 이 본풀이는 갈등의 양상은 세 가지 하위본풀이로 보여주고 있는 점에서도 매우 중요한 의미를 가진다. 세 가지 본풀이인 〈천자또본〉 〈백주또본〉 〈금상님본〉 등에서 각기 일정한 본풀이적 의미를 가지고 있지만 근본적인 대립을 차례대로 변환하면서 새로운 의의를 가질 수 있도록 본풀이가 구성된다. 그런 점에서 이 당신본풀이는 가장 특이한 본풀이적 소인을 가지고 있다고 해도 지나친 말이 아니다.
