        디젤엔진용 연료분사장치 제조업체의 근골격계 질환 유해요인 조사 사례연구

        The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an diesel engine manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the diesel engine fuel injection system manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

        인간공학적 접근을 통한 어묵 제조업체의 작업관련성 근골격계 질환 유해요인 개선

        The goal of this study is to propose the improved scheme that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a fishcake manufacturing company, A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. Suggested improvement plan was applied to the workplace step by step and it is confirmed that improvement plan can removes the injurious factors of musculoskeletal diseases effectively.

      • 소아에서의 갑상선 종양

        Objectives: We'd like to give help in diagnosis and treatment of children's thyoid tumor through our clinical experiences and reference consideration. Materials and Methods: The authors report their experiences with 33 cases of thyroid tumor in patients younger than 16 years of age who were treated at Presbyterian Medical Center from 1979 to 1995. Results: 1) Girls were more predominant than boys by a ratio of 5.6:1. The peak incidence was in the 15 years old of age. 2) The final diagnosis in the 33 patients were thyroid carcinoma in 12 cases, nodular goiter in 6 cases, adenoma in 6 cases, Graves disease in 4 cases, Hasimoto's disease in 4 cases and cyst in 1 case. 3) All of 12 patients with thyroid cancer had nodular tumor. 4) In 5 of 6 patients with palpable cervical lymphadenopathy, the final diagnosis was thyroid carcinoma. 5) Delayed diagnosis arose in 6 of 12 thyroid carcinomas which were treated for long periods as benign disease. 6) The surgical procedures were total thyroidectomy in 3 cases, subtotal thyroidectomy in 13 cases and thyroid lobectomy in 17 cases. 7) 11 of 12 patients with thyroid carcinoma had subtotal or total thyroidectomy with lymphnode dissection and only one had lobectomy. 8) The overall rate of postoperative complication was 3%(1 of 33 patient). 9) Postoperative 131I therapy was done in 7 case because of recurrence and distant metastasis in six and severe local invasion in one. 10) In thyroid cancer, the metastatic rate of lymph node at initial surgery was 81%(9/11) and rate of recurrence was 50%(6/12). 11) Patients with thyroid carcinoma were followed up for a mean of 12 years but only one died as a result of thyroid carcinoma 3.5 years later. Conclusion: The authors suggest that thyroid tumors in childhood should receive the benifit of joint management by endocrine pediatrician and experianced surgeons with an agreed protocol of diagnosis and management. We, also, recommend aggressive surgical and 131I treatment as the most effective regimen for children with thyroid carcinoma.

        One of the major requirements in preventing Work-related MusculoSkeletal(WMSDs) is to know definitely what vigorous exertion requirements are contained in a job. This requires improved job analysis tools which can accurately evaluate potentially harmful stresses to the enough to motivate job changes, Therefore, the development of ergonomic evaluation tools for the jobs are important to ergonomics. The main objective is compared of the ergonomic evaluation tools which were developed in the foreign. There are many various anthropometric characters, cultural background knowledge, and scope of ages. So, it is priory needed to research of the ergonomics about Korean characteristic work by physiology and biomechanics.

        대칭과 비대칭 인양시의 생체역학적 요추부하 비교

        N/A The purpose of this study was to quantitatively prove the asymmetric lifting acts on the risk factor of low back pain by a comparison of muscle activities of spinal loading and muscle strength(hand grip and back strength) between two types of lifting tasks(symmetric and asymmetric). Fourteen male subjects were participated in the experiment. We analysed and compared hand grip force, back strength, EMG(Electromyography), and IEMG(Integrated Electromyography) values for the stoop posture between symmetric and asymmetric lifting tasks using paired t-test. As the result, the back strength decreased in twisting posture. According to the result of EMG analysis, there were significant differences between right and left erector spinae muscle in asymmetric lifting task regardless of load. When subjects lifted boxes of right side, EMG values of left muscle were higher than those of right muscle. As twisting angle increased, EMG values of left muscle increased and EMG values of right muscle decreased. The results of IEMG analysis were similar to the results of EMG analysis. The results of EMG values during lifting indicated that the take-of stage was most stressful.

        근골격계질환의 실태조사 및 분석연구

        N/A The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of the evaluation methodology in order to apply the ergonomic program for industrial workplace. The result is helpful to establish the improvement alternatives that considered the assessment tools suitable work characteristics in order to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in workplace. The approach of this study will help to more precise assessment of the ergonomic work postures when establishing the ergonomic improvement plan.

        갯벌의 콘크리트용 혼화재 및 채움재로서의 활용가능성에 대한 기초적 연구

        본 연구에서는 갯벌의 콘크리트용 혼화재 및 채움재로써의 활용 가능성에 대한 기초적 연구를 실시하였다. 먼저, 혼화재로서의 활용 가능성에 대해 화학 성분 분석을 실시한 결과 잠재수경성 및 포졸란 반응에 필요한 성분들이 함유되어있었지만 플라이애시 및 고로슬래그의 성분 분석 결과와 비교한 결과 성분 함유량이 소량으로 반응을 하기에는 부족한 양이었다. 또한, 물리적 실험 분석 결과 갯벌 치환율이 증가할수록 압축강도 및 인장강도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 갯벌의 혼화재로서의 활용 가능성은 화학 성분분석에서 예상한 결과와 마찬가지로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 채움재로서의 활용 가능성에 대한 시험을 실시한 결과 재령28일 압축강도를 측정한 결과 갯벌의 채움재로서 활용가능성에 대한 분석을 통해 갯벌 치환율 10~30% 까지 벽돌의 압축강도 기준인 8MPa 이상의 강도를 발현하여 벽돌 등2차 제품에 활용 가능할 것으로 판단되며, 향후 벽돌제작 등의 추가적인 실험이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 플로우 시험결과에서는 갯벌 치환율이 증가할수록 플로우 값이 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 염화물 함유량 분석 결과를 통해 갯벌 자체의 염분 함유량이 많아 갯벌을 치환할 경우 철근 사용구조물에는 적용하기에는 부적합한 것으로 판단되며, 내장벽돌 등 철근을 사용하지 않는 제품에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, review on viability of various industrial by product and natural materials as raw material for concrete has been actively done in aspect of environment-friendly issue and depletion of natural resource. This study conducted fundamental study on the possibility of utilizing mud flat as admixture and filling material for concrete. First, chemical analysis on the viability of mud flat as admixture was done and the researchers compared it with the substance of fly ash and blast furnace slag. According to the result, substance content was proven to be inadequate. In addition, as the replacement rate of mud flat increased, compressive strength and tensile strength decreased. According to the estimated result of chemical substance analysis, possibility of utilizing mud flat as admixture was low. According to the result of experiment done as filling material, 10% ~ 30% replacement rate of mud flat manifested more than 8 ㎫ of compressive strength of block which may be utilized for secondary product. However, additional experiment such as making block is required afterward. According to the result of flow experiment, as the replacement rate of mud flat increased, flow value decreased, and through chloride content analysis test, it was proven that mud flat is inappropriate to be applied as steel beam using structure since it has high content of sodium. It may be utilized as products that does not use steel beam such as internal brick.
