The purpose of this study is to examine the job performance of travel agent personels segmented by job stress. a survey was conducted from March 1 through to March 20. 2003 by distributing a total of three hundred questionnaires to respondents. 222 questionnaireswere usable and analyzed. The data analysis was done by SPSS/Win Ver 6.0. package. The results indicated that job stress affect job satisfaction. The results of this study will be helpful for the travel agencies which have needs to establish Employee policies.
호텔종사원의 교육훈련과 경력개발이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This study intends to examine impact of educational training and career development on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment as a method of human resource development for hotel employee. There are main results in this research for the case of deluxe hotel in Seoul given below; First, educational training and career development influenced job satisfaction. Second, career development did not significantly influence organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction significantly influenced organizational commitment. The results of this study would give suggestions and implications for managerial strategy set-up for the hotel management.
축제 방문객의 참여동기가 참여몰입 및 참여만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 축제 방문객의 참여동기가 참여몰입 및 참여만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실증조사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일상탈출, 신기성 요인이 높을수록 참여몰입도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이벤트매력성, 사교성, 가족친화성이 높을수록 참여몰입도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여만족에는 참여동기 중외적 동기보다 내적 동기가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참여몰입이 높아질수록 참여만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 축제 관계자에게 중요한 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visitors' motivation for attending festivals on their participation flow and satisfaction. Empirical researches have been done in order to accomplish the purpose. The results are as follows: First, the more a festival provides its visitors with escape from daily life and its uniqueness, the more their participation flow increases. Second, the attractiveness of the events of a festival and the promotion of intimacy among family members and visitors also lead to the increase of participation flow. Third, intrinsic motivation has more influence over the participation satisfaction of a festival than extrinsic one. Fourth, the degree of participation satisfaction is in direct proportion to that of participation flow. Such results could provide useful strategic findings for persons in charge of planning and arranging festivals.
구조물 변형에 따른 침목플로팅궤도(STEDEF)의 거동특성 연구

본 연구는 노반의 변형이 지하철 박스구조물 내에 부설된 침목플로팅궤도의 거동에 미치는 영향을 해석적으로 분석하고자 한다. 또한 노반 변형으로 인한 침목플로팅궤도-노반 상호작용 메커니즘을 분석하고자 한다. 모델링 구성은 상호작용 분석을 위해 레일부터 콘크리트 도상까지 정밀 3차원으로 모델링하였다. 본 연구에서는 레일과 도상의 상대변위량 분석을 통해 침목플로팅궤도-노반 상호작용 메커니즘을 입증하였다. 노반 변형에 의한 침목의 회전이 침목과 도상의 접촉조건 분석을 통해 콘크리트 도상 인장균열 및 전단파괴 유발 가능성을 분석하였다.
축제의 체험요소에 따른 방문객 만족이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to comprehend the influence of festival experiential elements on festival visitors` satisfaction and customer loyalty. Also, this study tries to suggest implications for festival planning, operating, and marketing through the findings. In order to examine its influence, the survey was performed in Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, the 15th Ondal Cultural Festival visitors in the festival period, 7-9 of July, 2011 and only 320 positive samples out of 350 were used, The main study results as follows, First, deviance, playfulness, immersion and placeness of festival experiential elements were statistically significant in affective festival visitors`` satisfaction, Second, festival visitors`` satisfaction was significant in customer loyalty Finally, this study suggests festival marketers should plan and execute to intensify playfulness and placeness of festival experiential elements.

This study aim to researching the Airline cabin crew’s job stress by emotion labor which were effect on service delivery level and turnover intention. Therefore, I selected the Airline hostess who were worked at the 2 major airlines in Domestic. The period were from 1st to 31st May on 2011. I collected and analyzed the 310 sheets of questionnaire among the total distributed 330 sheets. The results are as follows; The First, The job stress were increasing by the much more emotion labor’s attention of emotion expression, frequency of emotion expression and disharmony of emotion. The Second, The service delivery level were declining by the much more emotion labor’s attention of emotion expression, frequency of emotion expression and disharmony of emotion. The Third, The turnover intention were increasing by the much more emotion labor’s attention of emotion expression, frequency of emotion expression and disharmony of emotion. The Forth, The Airline hostess service delivery level were declining by the much more pb stress. The Fifth, The Airline hostess turnover intention were increasing by the much more job stress.
호텔企業의 變革的 리더십이 信賴 및 組織冷笑主義에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of transformational leadership, organizational trust, organizational cynicism through the empirical approach by searching various mutual relations. It is focused on providing a theoretical basis and strategic alternative ideas in the hotel organization. For the study, research data were collected from 430 in the hotel organization. Each variable is measured by Likert's 5-point scale. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The major finding and implication can be summarized as follows: First, as an empirical analysis result, charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration of transformational leadership have a significant negative effect on organizational cynicism. Secondly, organizational trust moderated relation between charisma, individualized consideration of transformational leadership and organizational cynicism. Finally, organizational trust has a significant negative relation with organizational cynicism.
