PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons: PAHs) is the hydrophobic inorganic material composed of carbon and hydrogen that is easily adsorbed biological organisms in the ocean. Bivalves is the indicator of environment monitoring because of reflect growth, physiological response of bivalve followed their habitat environment. The aim of research is understand the change of oysters (Crassostrea gigas) physiological response under exposed PAHs concentration for control, 1, 10 and $100{\mu}g/L$. We investigated induced immune change response for oyster hemocyte and effect of tissue RNA/DNA ratio for mantle, gill and adductor muscle individually. As a result of experiment change of immune response the oyster hemocyte when exposed PAHs showed that viability and adhesion is no significant difference (ANOVA test, p < 0.05). However phagocytosis decreased under the over $10{\mu}g/L$ of PAHs concentration and ROS increased with the increase of PAHs concentration. The change of RNA/DNA ratio is R/D ratio decreased with the increase of PAH concentration in adductor muscle. However gill and mantle showed no change of R/D ratio with PAHs concentration. The oysters when exposed inorganic pollutant that decreased of physiological condition and damaged protein synthesis of adductor muscle.

This study was conducted to determine the physiological and histological characteristics of starry flounder Platichthys stellatus juveniles to undergo a short/long starvation period and subsequent re-feeding with 2 weeks interval for 65 days. All findings from this study indicate the possibility of a very rapid recovery possibility of starry flounder after short starvation period for 2 or 4 weeks. The mean body weight after 2 and 4 weeks starvation were not significantly different after 65 days. However, the body weight of 6 and 8 weeks starved fishes showed significantly low value than 2 weeks starved fishes. All biomarkers, liver somatic index,RNA/DNA ratio and blood chemistry, in this study showed fast recovery possibility after re-feeding of starry flounder. During the starvation and recovery process, they showed distinct increasing and decreasing tendency. From 21-28 days after re-feeding, most biomarkers reached to their maximum value and thereafter decreased again in 2, 4 and 6 weeks starvation and re-feeding groups. It could be interpreted as a compensatory growth and strategical action against starvation.

The monthly variations of blood characteristics and RNA/DNA of black sea bream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, habituated in Geojae costal area were analysed to determine health condition of natural stocks in terms of gonad maturation and spawning season from March 2010 to February 2011. Spawning season determinated by gonadosomatic index is from June to August. RNA/DNA ratio of black sea bream muscle was strongly correlated with spawning season. During the gonad maturation RNA/DNA ratio in dorsal muscle tissue was decreased contrast to rapid increase during spawning season. Blood composition factors increased in terms of gonad maturation are aspartate aminotransferase, cholesterol, triglyceride, total protein, glucose, globulin, alkaline phosphatase and inorganic phosphate. Other blood factors increased during spawning season are alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid and lactate dehydrogenase.
