일반논문 : 대대장의 리더십이 장병들의 조직효과성에 미치는 영향: 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 대대장의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십이 신뢰를 매개로 장병들의 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 분석결과 군 조직에서 대대장의 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십은 장병들의 조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 신뢰가 매개효과를 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 변혁적 리더십이 거래적 리더십에 비해 조직효과성을 더 크게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났으며 신뢰는 영향관계의 매개를 통해 리더십이 조직효과성에 미치는 총효과를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 군 장병들의 조직효과성 증진을 위해서는 대대장의 변혁적 리더십을 증진할 수 있는 리더십 교육이 필요하며 장병들의 신뢰를 배양할 수 있는 관리 방안 마련이 필요하다고 할 것이다. This study examines whether and how leadership styles of the battalion commander, transformational and transactional leadership, and trust affect organizational effectiveness. Survey data from army are used to test seven proposed hypotheses. The results of covariance structural analyses clearly demonstrate that the leadership style is critical for organizational effectiveness. And trust on the battalion commander is mediating role between leadership style and organizational effectiveness.

사회적 경제 교과서와 교수·학습자료의 교육과정 표준안 적합성 분석 : 초등학교용 자료를 대상으로

경제적 목적과 사회적 목적을 동시에 추구하며 연대에 기초하여 특정 재화나 서비스, 지식을 생산하는 기업이나 조직을 우리는 보통 사회적 경제라고 한다. 이는 인간의 이기심을 바탕으로 이윤을 추구하는 시장경제와는 성격을 달리하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 경제는 시장원리가 지배적인 미국에 비해 유럽에서 발달하였고, 특히 시장의 실패로 인하여 더욱 주목받게 되었다. 우리나라도 1990년 후반 이후 중앙정부의 정책이나 법 제도에 의존하는 형태로 발전하기 시작하였고, 현재 많은 지방자치단체에서 시행중이다. 이에 교육계에서도 사회적 경제를 학교에서 가르치고자 하는 시도들이 나타났다. 특히 서울특별시와 서울특별시 교육청, 한국사회적기원진흥원에서는 교육과정 표준안과 교과서 및 해설서 등을 제작하였다. 본 글에서는 이들 자료들을 살펴보고 자료구성의 적절성, 현장에서의 적용가능성 등을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 사회적 경제에 대한 명확한 개념 정립과 이를 통한 자료구성, 그리고 정규 교육과정에 사회적 경제의 도입이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. Social economy is defined as company or organization that pursues both economic and social goals and produces certain goods, services, and knowledge based on solidarity. Social economy is different from market economy which puts top priority on profit seeking based on human selfishness. Social economy has more developed in Europe than in the United States where market economy has dominant power. After economic crisis triggered by market failure, social economy emerged as possible alternative. In Korea, Social economy has begun to develop with the support of legal system since 1990s and is now being implemented through many local governments. Thus, there have been attempts to teach social economy in schools. In particular, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education have produced 「Social Economy」textbook and teaching manuals. Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency has produced curriculum standards of 「Social Economy」. In this thesis, 「Social Economy」textbook, teaching manuals and curriculum standards of 「Social Economy」will be analyzed in terms of overall composition, and applicability in the fields of education. Furthermore, it is necessary to establish clear concept of social economy, organize appropriate data, and introduce social economy into the formal school education.

증례 : 호흡기 ; 색전술로 치료한 폐동맥 가성동맥류 1예

폐동맥 가성동맥류는 패혈성 폐렴의 드문 합병증으로 발생할 수 있으며 대량객혈로 이어질 위험성이 높아 치명적일 수 있다. 대량객혈을 동반한 폐동맥 가성동맥류의 치료는 색전술 또는 수술이지만, 색전술 시행 후 폐동맥 가성동맥류의 경과는 보고된 적이 없었다. 저자는 59세 남자가 패혈성 폐렴에서 회복 중 대량객혈을 하여 흉부 전산화단층촬영을 시행하였고, 폐동맥 가성동맥류를 발견하여 폐동맥 색전술로 치료하였다. 이후 외래 추적도중 시행한 단순흉부촬영상에서 색전물질에 의한 방사선 비투과성 병변은 수개월에 걸쳐 서서히 작아졌다. 결국, 색전술 후 14개월째 시행한 흉부 전산화단층촬영에서 폐동맥 가성동맥류와 색전물질이 완전히 사라졌음을 관찰하였다. Pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm (PAP) is a rare complication of septic pneumonia. It is potentially fatal because of the risk of massive hemoptysis. Treatment of PAP involving massive hemoptysis is by embolization or surgery. However, the progression of PAP after embolization has not been reported. A 59-year-old male who was recovering from septic pneumonia experienced massive hemoptysis. Computed tomography (CT) revealed PAP of the right pulmonary artery with surrounding consolidation, suggesting active hemorrhage. The patient was successfully treated with embolization of the right pulmonary artery. During outpatient follow-up, the amount of radiopaque embolized material gradually decreased on chest radiography. At 14 months after embolization, both the PAP and embolized material had disappeared on chest CT. (Korean J Med 2011;80:S214-S219)

광분광기 (OES)를 사용한 SBT 박막의 식각 특성 연구

본 논문에서는 SrBi_2Ta_2O_9 (SBT) 박막의 식각 (특히 Cl_2 가스에 대한)에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않아 RF 전력, dc 바이어스 그리고 Cl_2/(Cl_2+Ar) 가스 혼합비에 따라 고밀도 플라즈마를 이용하여 SBT 박막을 식각하였으며 OES (optical emission spectroscopy)를 이용하여 그 표면 반응을 연구하였다. SBT 박막의 식각 속도는 Ar 이온들의 물리적인 스퍼터링 (sputtering)보다는 Cl 라디칼과 SBT 박막의 각 성분과의 화학적 반응이 첨가되었을 때 더 효과적이었다. 가스 혼합비에 따라서 OES로 측정한 Cl 라디칼의 밀도 변화는 SBT 박막의 식각속도 변화와 잘 일치하였다. 그러므로 플라즈마 내의 Cl 라디칼과 SBT 박막의 각 성분들은 그 식각속도를 증가시키고 이러한 결과들은 XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) 분석으로 검증하였다. In this paper, since the research on the etching of SrBi_2Ta_2O_9 (SBT) thin film was few (specially Cl_2-base), we had studied the surface reaction of SBT thin films using the OES in high density plasma etching as a function of RF power, dc bias voltage, and Cl_2/(Cl_2+Ar) gas mixing ratio. The change of Cl radical density that is measured by the OES as a function of gas combination showed the change of the etch rate of SBT thin films. Therefore, the chemical reactions between Cl radical in plasma and components of the SBT enhance to increase the etch rates of SBT thin films and these results were confirmed by XPS analysis.
