In this paper, we studied the absorption abilities of sheet-type EM wave absorber with Carbon and MnZn-ferrite for DSRC at 5.8 ㎓. we predicted optimum ratio of Carbon, MnZn-ferrite and CPE for developing EM wave absorber. we designed and fabricated EM wave absorber. An EM wave absorber with composition of Carbon: MnZn-ferrite : CPE = 15 : 40 : 45 wt.% has the thickness of 3.38 ㎜ and absorption ability higher than 20 ㏈ at 5.8 ㎓.

최근 지능형교통체제(ITS : Intelligent Transport System) 실현을 위해 ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)를 사용하여 차량의 무정차 자동요금징수를 추진하고 있지만 전파의 다중반사로 인한 전파간섭이 발생하여 시스템 에러가 생기는 등 요금을 제대로 징수하지 못하는 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 교통 시스템을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 주고 있다. 이러한 문제들은 전파흡수체를 사용으로 해결할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주재료로 Carbon과 MnZn Ferrite를 지지재로 CPE(Chloronated Polyethylene)를 사용하여 재료정수를 분석한 후, 그 값을 토대로 전파흡수체를 설계하고 실제 제작한 결과 조성비가 Carbon : MnZn Ferrite : CPE = 12 : 43 : 45 wt.%일 때 두께 3.85 mm의 전파흡수체가 5.8 GHz에서 30 dB이상의 전파흡수능을 나타내었다. Recently, vehicle's non-stop electric toll collection is in process of ETC system to realize ITS. But it has various problems such as system error by EM wave interference or multi-path reflection. The EM wave absorber is able to solve these problems, therefore, we designed and fabricated EM wave absorber using Carbon and MnZn ferrite. EM wave absorber with composition of Carbon : MnZn ferrite : CPE = 12 : 43 : 45 wt.% has the thickness of 3.85 mm and absorption ability higher than 30 dB at 5.8 GHz.
퍼멀로이를 이용한 94 ㎓ 레이더용 전파흡수체 개발에 관한 연구

In this paper, we fabricated the EM wave absorber for 94 ㎓ radar sensors using Permalloy of magnetic material with chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), and S-parameter was measured. The complex relative permittivity and permeability are calculated by the measured data. Absorption abilities are simulated according to different thickness of the EM wave absorbers, and the EM wave absorber was manufactured based on the simulated design. Simulated and measured results agree very well. As a result, we developed the EM wave absorber with the thickness of 1.15 ㎜ which has an absorption ability of 18 ㏈ at 94 ㎓.

The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager`s leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

The Namgang hydroelectric power plant which is 7㎿×2 a cross axile bulb type generates 42 GWh per year. While checking the Namgang hydroelectric power plant outside substation main transformer as thermal image camera, there was heating phenomenon in side of generator bus bar flange. In this paper, electromagnetic analysis based on Maxwell equation investigates the cause of Namgang hydroelectric power plant outside substation main transformer bus bar flange heating phenomenon as eddy current and Maxwell program simulation come up with and ideal material flange that compared to three types material different relative permeability and conductivity.
