An improved low coherence interferometer system and a new analysis method for the accurate measurement of the optical path difference error of an AWG (Arrayed-Waveguide Grating) are described. The use of software simplifies the experimental setup by eliminating the hardware (clock generator). In addition, the actual distances between the peak positions of the adjacent interference signals are calculated using interpolation methods. The wavelength transmission characteristics of the AWG are calculated assuming the measured phase errors. The calculated AWG characteristic is quite similar to the actual measurement result, confirming accuracy of the proposed measurement setup. 고밀도 AWG (Arrayed-Waveguide Grating)의 광 경로차 에러를 정확히 측정하기 위하여 개선된 형태의 저간섭 광원 간섭계를 구성하였고, 새로운 해석방법을 제시하였다. 소프트웨어적인 방법을 이용하여 하드웨어면에서 실험장치를 간략화할 수 있었다. 또한 인접 간섭신호들 사이의 실제 피크 위치 차이를 보간법을 이용하여 정확히 측정할 수 있다. 특정 AWG의 위상 에러를 측정하였고, 이 에러를 가정하여 계산한 파장 투과 특성이 실제 AWG의 파장투과 특성과 유사함을 보임으로써, 제시한 측정 장치의 정확성을 입증하였다.

This paper proposes an AI-based welding robot 3D vision module and manipulator control system for welding automation. With conventional welding robots, welding is performed only at the designated welding points through robot teaching; however, the difficulty with this method is that the position of the welding point changes due to the tolerance (gap) of the welding object. To solve this problem, we automatically recognized the welding points using a deep learning-based object detection model called YOLOv4. The time required for labeling was thus reduced through a deep learning labeling tool that uses an existing learned weights file. To control the robot with the recognized welding point, a hand/eye calibration method calculating the homogeneous transformation matrix between the robot and the camera was adopted. Additionally, to correct the final robot control error caused due to calibration and camera depth errors, the control precision at the welding point was improved through interpolation method. The system has been verified by conducting sufficient number of experiments in a non-destructive formwork welding environment.

개방형 분산 객체 환경에서 수행되는 응용들에는 다양한 형태의 보안성 위협 요소들이 상존하고 있으며, 이에 대한 대책으로 분산 객체 환경에서 사용자 인증, 접근 제어, 암호화 등과 같은 보안 서비스의 필요성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)에 기반하는 분산 객체 응용들에 다양한 보안 서비스들을 제공하는 보안 플랫폼에서 불법적인 사용자의 정보 접근을 통제하는 접근 제어 기능을 설계하고 구현한 내용을 기술한다. 보안 플랫폼의 구현된 접근 제어 기능은 CORBA의 보안 표준에서 정의한 권리 기반 정책을 수용하며, 접근 제어시 사용자의 권한을 얻는 과정에서 통신망의 부하를 감소시키기 위해서 푸시 모델에 기반하여 구현된다.

In this study, we developed an AI deep learning-based fighting behavior recognition method for a video surveillance system and proved its effectiveness through various experiments. The proposed method consists of a two-step fighting behavior recognition framework. First, continuous video frames of the target surveillance video are transmitted to the Inflated 3D ConvNet (I3D) network, which shows a good behavior-recognition performance, to extract the spatiotemporal features. These extracted 3D features are then used as the inputs in the next step, where a fight situation is detected using a classification model consisting of a fully connected layer. To use the proposed aggressive behavior detection framework effectively, first, it is necessary to train the fight detection model. However, it is not possible to collect sufficient fighting videos in various outdoor environments. To overcome this limitation, we generated a large amount of learning data through data augmentation. Therefore, instead of directly learning from the training videos transmitted to the I3D network, the classifier trains itself to recognize various fighting actions using the Kinetics video dataset. That is, the action features are extracted from the transmitted consecutive frames using the pretrained I3D network and subsequently used to train the fully connected layer classification model. In addition, we proposed a learning method that includes recognizing ambiguous conflict boundaries using multiple instance learning to mitigate the ambiguous starting and ending of the contention videos. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through several experiments by drawing comparisons between the present results and those of the previously reported studies.

N/A Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are both associated with a variety of muscle abnormalities, from myalgia to myopathy. There are several reports of autoimmune thyroiditis associated with various rheumatic disorders, such as systemic sclerosis. Polymyositis, however, has been reported in very few cases, if any, especially after the treatment for active hyperthyroidism. A 22-year-old woman developed idiopathic polymyositis during the treatment of Graves' disease with propylthiouracil. She developed severe proximal muscle weakness during the treatment for hyperthyroidism. Her serum creatine kinase level was elevated. Electromyography, muscle biopsy and the clinical course of the patient's illness were consistent with idiopathic polymyositis. Whether this coexistence of Graves' disease and polymyositis represents a cause-effect association or a chance occurrence is unknown.
전력전자상거래(VSEM)를 위한 웹기반 미터링/과금 시스템의 보안성 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 제4세대 미터링(Metering) 기술을 이용한 전력전자상거래 즉 VSEM(Value Storage Electricity Meter)을 위한 웹기반 미터링 시스템의 보안성 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구이다. 특히 수요자 측면에서 스마트카드(지불결제)를 이용한 본인 확인(SIM카드), 키 값 확인, VSEM서버에서의 각 수요자와 공급자 데이터 사이의 무결성 확인(Integrity)과 부인 방지 (Non-repudiation)를 위한 기존 시스템의 보안 문제를 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.

The usage of object models for the development of software has been growing due to the prevalence of the object oriented paradigm. The object models produced as results of requirements analysis and design activities are very beneficial to the implementation phase. It is even possible for source code to be generated automatically if object models are concrete enough. Therefore system analyzers and designers should make an effort to refine the abstract object model defined at an early stage in order to achieve a more concrete object model. In general, refining an abstract object model into a concrete model depends too much on the designer''s informal experience. In this paper, we present the refinement techniques required for concreting an abstract object model based on OMT(Object Modeling Technique)''s notation. We will discuss the definition of the abstraction level of an object model and the transformational rules of refinement. These transformational rules are currently applied to the design of a software tool, named Process Modeler, which is a major component of the software development process modeling system for ICS(Information Communication Service). Finally we can achieve a concrete object model which can easily be translated into C source code.
