Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Artemisia capillaries on gene expression of lipid metabolism in rats. Methods : The author performed several experimental items to analyze the total cholesterol and triglyceride in liver tissue, the gene expressions of CYP7A1 and HMG-CoA reductase. Results : 1. In Artemisia capillaries group, the levels of total cholesterol in liver tissue were significantly decreased. 2. In Artemisia capillaries group, the ratios of CYP7A1, HMG-CoA reductase were as same as the normal group. Conclusions : From the above results, Artemisia capillaries can be used to treat hyperlipidemia.

This study was to evaluate a case of foot drop treated with placenta pharmacopuncure. After thirteen times of treatment, I evaluated this case by the angle of dorsiflexion, the total sum of gaiting points, the time of heel standing. As a result of evaluation, the angle of dorsiflexion, total sum of gaiting points, time of heel standing were improved. The placenta pharmacopuncture can be used for foot drop and other peripheral nerve palsy.

깊이 정보의 획득은 다양한 3차원 콘텐츠 제작을 위해서 필수적이다. 깊이 획득은 깊이 정보를 어떻게 획득하느냐에 따라서 크게 두 가지 방식(능동적, 수동적 깊이 센서 방식)으로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 몇 가지 측면에서 깊이 정보를 획득하는 방법을 살펴보고, 이들 방식을 통해 깊이를 획득하는 방법뿐 아니라, 각 방식의 약점을 보완하기 위해 두 가지 접근 방법을 혼합하여 깊이 정보를 획득하는 방법도 제시한다. 또한 3차원 비디오에서 매 화면마다 독립적으로 깊이 정보를 추정하여 생기는 깜빡거림 현상과 시각적 피로도를 줄이기 위해서 시간적 상관도를 고려하여 정합 에너지 함수를 정의하는 방법과 후처리하는 방법도 제시한다. Depth information is necessary for various three dimensional contents generation. Depth acquisition techniques can be categorized broadly into two approaches: active, passive depth sensors depending on how to obtain depth information. In this paper, we take a look at several ways of depth acquirement. We present not only depth acquisition methods using discussed ways, but also hybrid methods which combine both approaches to compensate for drawbacks of each approach. Furthermore, we introduce several matching cost functions and post-processing techniques to enhance the temporal consistency and reduce flickering artifacts and discomforts of users caused by inaccurate depth estimation in 3D video.

Background: The present study aimed to investigate the immediate effects of Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM) before Mobilization with Movement (MWM) on ankle ROM, pennation angle, balance in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 22 subjects were randomly assigned to one of two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received intervention STM before MWM. STM was applied for one minute, MWM was applied one set of six times, in a total 3 sets. The passive ankle joint range of motion (ROM) was measured using a goniometer, the pennation angle was measured using RUSI, and the balance was measured using Timed Up & Go Test. Results: The ROM of the ankle dorsi-flexion, muscle tissue (pennation angle) and balance were significantly increased. Conclusion: In this study, it was confirmed that the ankle dorsi-flexion ROM, pennation angle of the medial gastrocnemius muscle, and balance were significantly improved in the group where STM was performed before the MWM intervention. Therefore, the physiotherapists should consider these results in their intervention. If MWM is applied to stroke patients, applying STM first is a better intervention.

Constipation is a common symptom, but stroke patients are especially susceptible to constipation due to colon ineutia as a result of prolonged bed rest. In these two cases, patients diagnosed as Gieumliangheu had bowel complaints and defecated a small quantity of loose form. Therefore the patients were treated with Boemyikgijeon. Patients showed improvement in this symptom, so Boemyikgijeon is cited for the better treatment.
여성 근로자의 연령, 업무 및 생활 특성에 따른 골밀도 분석

Objective: This study was designed to analyze the bone mineral density(BMD) of women workers. The Ages of workers are between 20s and 50s. Method: The subjects consisted of 1122 women workers who had answered about questionnaires of job position, age, the state of drinking, smoking and exercise. The BMD was examined by OSTEOPRO and classified to 3 groups. the groups consist of ``osteoporosis``, ``osteopenia``, and ``Normal``. I analyzed the relationship between job positions, ages, the state of drinking, smoking, exercise and BMD using χ2-test of the SPSS ver. 17.0. Results: Regarding the relationship between ages and BMD, the rate of ``normal`` was decreased according to aging, and ``osteopenia`` was increased, Otherwise, the rate of ``osteopenia`` was not low in 30s and 40s. In job positions, states of smoking, drinking and exercise, there were no significant differences. Conclusion: According to these results, we manage not only women of menopausal period but also 30s and 40s, With the outcomes of experimental study with pharmacopuncture, we do create the preventive and curing clinical methods of Korean traditional medicine.

전 세계적으로 채식의 수요량이 증가함에 따라 다양한 공간에서 식물을 재배할 수 있는 스마트 팜 기술이 주목받고 있다. 스마트 팜 운영이 활성화되며 스마트 팜의 관심이 높아졌으나 개인이 신기술이 적용된 농업에 대한 정보를 입수하기에 어려움이 크다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 팜 구축을 위한 개인들을 대상으로 반응형 웹 기술과 WebGL 기술을 활용하여 가상공간에서 사용자에게 스마트 팜 운영에 필요한 설비와 식물의 생장에 필요한 요소에 대한 정보를 제공하고 이를 시험해 볼 수 있는 서비스를 제안한다. As the demand for vegetables increases around the world, smart farming technology that can grow plants in various spaces is drawing attention. Although smart farming have been activated and interest in smart farms has increased, it is difficult for individuals to obtain information on agriculture with new technologies. In this paper, we propose a service that allows individuals to use reactive web technologies and WebGL technologies to provide users information on the facilities and plant growth necessary for smart farm operation in a virtual space and test them.

In a port logistics environment, containers are stacked in multiple layers to maximize the use of limited space. To handle the lower-layer cargo in a multi-layer stacking situation, the cargo stacked on top must be moved to another location. This process is called container re-handling, and as it incurs costs, container terminal operators aim to minimize re-handling. This paper proposes a reinforcement learning model that recommends and selects loading positions to minimize re-handling while stacking containers in multiple layers. The proposed reinforcement learning model optimizes the loading order by considering the yard departure date of the containers, ensuring that the containers in the lower layer do not depart before those in the upper layer. This can reduce logistics costs and time during the container storage process.
