중국판 챗GPT 어니봇 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 E-SERVQUAL 요인 실증연구

This study empirically verified the structural relationship between service quality and continuous use intention in China's Generative AI service environment, which has overcome the limitations of these previous studies and continues to grow rapidly, focusing on the fact that most of the research on ChatGPT has focused on the value of use and the development of technology itself. As a result of the analysis, first, most of the E-SERVQUAL sub-variables affected both trust and satisfaction, but efficiency and ease of use differed according to the model, but accessibility and privacy consistently affected trust and satisfaction in all models. Second, trust and satisfaction were found to affect the intention to continue using the chatbot service, demonstrating that trust and satisfaction with the service must precede in order for users to use it continuously. Third, most of the E-SERVQUAL sub-variables influenced the intention to continue using it through trust and satisfaction. This demonstrated that the efficiency, ease of use, accessibility, and privacy of the chatbot service are important in order for users to use it continuously, but first of all, trust and satisfaction with E-SERVQUAL are key factors for users to continue using the chatbot service. 본 연구는 그동안 챗GPT에 대한 연구가 대부분 챗GPT의 활용 가치 및 기술 자체의 발전에 초점을 두고 이루어지고 있는 반면, 일반 대중들의 사용 요인, 즉 서비스 품질 차원에서의 연구는 제한적인라는 점에 착안하여 이러한 선행연구의 한계점을 극복하고 고속 성장세를 이어가고 있는 중국의 생성형 AI 서비스 환경에서 서비스 품질 차원과 지속사용의도 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, E-SERVQUAL 하위 변수 대부분이 신뢰와 만족에 모두 영향을 미쳤으나 효율성과 용이성은 모형에 따라 결과에 차이를 보였지만 접근가능성과 프라이버시는 모든 모형에 일관되게 신뢰와 만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째. 신뢰와 만족은 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 챗봇 서비스를 사용자가 지속적으로 사용하게 하려면 서비스에 대한 신뢰와 만족이 선행되어야 함을 실증하였다. 셋째, E-SERVQUAL 하위 변수 대부분이 신뢰와 만족을 매개로 하여 지속사용의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 챗봇 서비스를 사용자가 지속적으로 사용하게 하려면 해당 서비스의 효율성과 용이성, 접근가능성, 프라이버시도 중요하지만 우선적으로 E-SERVQUAL에 대한 신뢰와 만족이 결국 챗봇 서비스를 사용자로 하여금 지속적 사용하게 하는 핵심 요체임을 실증하였다.
TAM모형을 활용한 중국 MZ세대의 로보어드바이저 사용의도에 관한 연구: 팬텀변수를 활용한 다중매개효과를 중심으로

This study verified the intention to use the robo-advisor of the MZ generation in China using the technology acceptance model. The results of this study are as follows. First, external factors had a significant effect on the perceived ease of use, external factors on the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use, but the perceived usefulness did not affect the attitude of use. This seems to be because the MZ generation in China already recognizes the usefulness of robo-advisors. On the other hand, it is believed that the perceived ease of use influenced the attitude of use because they know that it is useful, but they think it should be easy to use. Therefore, industries using robo-advisors should put more effort into promoting the ease of use rather than promoting the usefulness of robo-advisors. Second, as a result of indirect effect analysis, the perceived ease of use between external factors and the attitude of use showed an indirect effect, but the perceived usefulness did not. This can be seen as a result of perceived ease of use affecting the attitude of use, but not the perceived usefulness. In addition, as a result of multi-mediation effect analysis, perceived ease of use influenced the intention to use through perceived usefulness and attitude of use. This is a result of proving that once the MZ generation in China considers the use of robo-advisors to be easy and simple, it will be perceived as useful for their financial design, and that the perception of usefulness affects the positive attitude toward the use of robo-advisors, and that a positive attitude toward the use of robo-advisors can eventually lead to the degree of use of robo-advisors.
Study on side collision reconstruction using database based on deformed shape information

A side collision reconstruction algorithm using a database based on the deformed shape information from experiments is suggested. A deformation index related to the deformed shape is developed to set the database for the side collision reconstruction algorithm. Two small-sized model cars are developed to carry out the side collision test. Several side collision tests according to velocities and collision angles are performed for establishing side collision database. A high speed camera with 1000fps is used to capture the motion of the car. Side collision reconstruction algorithm is developed and applied to find the collision conditions before the accident occurred. Several collision cases are tested to validate the database and the algorithm. A database from computer simulation is verified with experiments. According to comparing errors between simulation and experiment, it is satisfied within 6.6%.
