This paper relates to the implementation of moving object position estimation by Pulsed LiDAR that can detect objects with high precision, speed, and spatial resolution. LiDAR measures the distance by calculating a return travel time when target is reflected. The retro-reflector, regardless of incident angle, can be reflected horizontally in the incident direction. This algorithm proposes a new approach method using LiDAR and retro-reflectors. According to the above algorithm, position can be determined by automatically detecting 90% of the reflected return beam intensity from moving objects to which the retro-reflector is attached. When this algorithm was applied indoors, it was possible to locate the position of the scanner accurately within ±5 mm error in 2,500 × 2,500 (mm) space. Also, it can detect a space of up to 5,000 × 5,000 (mm), making this an effective method for determining the position of a moving object in indoors.

본 논문에서는 CCTV설치 증가로 많은 양의 영상정보 데이터가 저장되고 있지만 활용되지 못하고 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해서 빅데이터 분석 동향과 기술을 조사 및 분석하였다. 이를 통해 영상정보 빅데이터 분석을 하고 소상공인 창업지원 서비스와 도시 인프라 개·보수 지원 서비스를 제공하는 도시고 도화 지원 시스템을 설계하였다.

The present study aims at measuring and analyzing the indoor acoustic characteristics of Won Buddhist sanctums and providing basic information for acoustic design. With its rapid development and expansion. Won Buddhism needs expansive sanctums to perform large-scaled religious ceremonies, and for this it requires optimal criteria for evaluating sound. Thus, this study plans to select three single-story sanctums and three balcony-typed ones, which area is over 1000㎡, and to determine the physical properties of their indoor sound.<br/> In conclusion, the six Won Buddhist sanctums were not designed on the basis of consistent evaluation criteria. so their indoor acoustic characteristics varied significantly. Even sound in the same sanctum was different according to seat. In addition, due to the use of echoic finishing materials. the reverberation time was long for high frequency bands, and the long reverberation time is considered to have great influence on the clarity of sound.

This Study purposes to provide the essential data for Sound Planning by means of measuring and analyzing of room acoustic character of Won Buddhist Sanctums by sound source. Those sounds of religious events which presently going on within Won Buddhist Sanctums are being delivered to the Buddhists mostly by PA System, therefore, it must be sufficiently considered not only the Building Acoustic Character made by those required elements such as concluding-material, volume, feature, etc which influencing to indoor sound, but also the Acoustic Character by PA System. Accordingly, this Research would intend to measure and analyze of Acoustic Character of Won Buddhist Sanctums by sound sources.<br/> According to the conclusion of this Research, Indoor Sound Character at Won Buddhist Sanctums, in cases of RT which concerned with the volume of vibration, and RASTI that concerned with the Understanding Degree by indoor background noise, while it can be appraised without any big influence by sound sources, but in cases of D50, C80 which related to Clearness, it appears as different due to the characters of the two sorts of sound, so that should be evaluated in parallel with the two kinds. On the other side, in case of EDT, despite of the appraisal index that related to the volume of vibration, it is considered that there is no relationship between the two sound sources on account of the characteristics which varying according to the feature of room, or its measuring location.
스마트 웰니스 시스템에서 데이터 수집 신뢰성 향상을 위한 데이터 추출 및 전송 알고리즘 설계

본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 급격한 확산과 함께 보급되는 다양한 SWD(Smart Wellness Device)로부터 파생된 데이터를 센싱하여 습득할 때 생기는 문제점을 개선하고 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위하여 관련 정보를 조사 및 분석하였다. 이를 통해 스마트 웰니스 시스템에서 SWD를 통해 수집된 데이터의 신뢰성을 잃는 문제점을 해결하고 신뢰성 향상을 위한 데이터 추출 및 전송 알고리즘을 설계하였다.
침수 위험 정보 공개가 주택가격에 미치는 영향: 서울 양천구와 강서구를 대상으로

Recently, The frequency of severe natural disasters has increased due to the climate change. In Korea, one of the most representative natural disasters is a severe rain storm. In this regard, many urban areas are vulnerable to inundation. Hence, it is necessary to provide natural hazard information so that people are more likely to aware of the risk in their neighborhood. However, some people are concerned about the fact that hazard information notice may decrease their property value. Therefore, this study investigates the effects of Inundation Hazard Information Notice on property value in Yangcheon-gu and Gangseo-gu, Seoul. The study analyzes the effects of inundation map provided by Seoul on property value by using a hedonic price model with multi-level regression and a difference-in-difference method. The results indicate that the inundation map does not influence housing values except for semi-basement. However, the effects of the inundation hazard on semi-basement`s values(8.9%) were already reflected before the information notice. Hence, this study may contribute to persuading people who oppose the policy of inundation hazard information notice.
