        금융기관 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 -교육서비스품질의 매개효과와 신뢰의 조절효과 중심으로-

        본 연구는 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고 조직유효성을 고무시키기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 변혁적 리더십을 독립변수로, 교육서비스품질을 매개변수로, 조직유효성을 종속변수로, 신뢰를 매개변수와 종속 변수 간 조절변수로 하는 조건부과정 모형으로 분석하였다. 전국에 근무하는 금융기관 종사자들로부터 설문수집한 데이터를 SPSS v22.0 및 PROCESS macro v3.4를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 변혁적 리더십은 교육서비스품질에 정의 영향을 미치며, 교육서비스품질은 조직유효성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 카리스마와 혁신행동 간 관계를 제외하고는 변혁적 리더십은 조직유효성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 카리스마와 혁신행동 간의 관계를 제외하고는 교육서비스품질이 변혁적 리더십과 조직유효성 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 교육서비스품질과 혁신행동 간만 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 교육서비스품질의 매개효과를 신뢰가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 비대면 근무환경에서 교육서비스품질 관리의 중요성, 핀테크 등 혁신행동에 카리스마보다 개별적 배려의 중요성 등을 시사한다. This study is about the factors affecting organizational effectiveness and to suggest implications for encouraging organizational effectiveness. The conditional process model was analyzed with transformational leadership as an independent variable, educational service quality as a mediator, organizational effectiveness as a dependent variable, and trust as a moderator. The data collected from the financial institutions were analyzed using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4. As a result, transformational leadership has a (+) effect on educational service quality, and educational service quality has a (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Except for the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, transformational leadership affect organizational effectiveness. Excluding the relationship between charisma and innovative behavior, educational service quality mediate between transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness. Trust only moderates between educational service quality and innovative behavior. Trust moderated the mediating effect of educational service quality between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. The results suggest the importance of education service quality management in a non-face-to-face working environment and the importance of individual consideration in innovative actions.

        제국의 저널리즘과 일본어 번역/창작의 역학 -『오사카마이니치신문』 조선판 수록 `조선여류작가집`(1936)의 의미-

        본 논문에서는 일본의 유력 일간지 『오사카마이니치신문』 조선판에 수록된 `조선여류작가집`(1936.4.21~6.10)의 특징과 의미를 살펴보았다. `조선여류작가집`은 백신애, 최정희, 장덕조, 노천명, 박화성, 김말봉, 강경애 등 당대 활발히 활동하던 여성 작가들의 최신 단편소설로 구성되었다. 이 중 백신애, 장덕조, 노천명, 박화성, 김말봉의 소설은 조선어 원전을 번역해 실은 것이며, 최정희, 강경애의 소설은 원전이 발견되지 않은 창작물이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 두 장으로 나누어 텍스트 검토를 진행하였다. 그 결과 백신애, 박화성의 텍스트는 향토적 지방색을, 장덕조, 노천명, 김말봉의 텍스트는 현대적 여성성이라는 특징을 지니고 있음을 확인했다. 원활한 식민 지배를 위해 문명(일본) 대 야만(조선)의 도식을 유지하고자 했던 제국의 입장을 생각해 볼 때, 주체적인 현대 여성상을 부각시키거나 남성성의 권위를 무너뜨리는 장덕조, 노천명, 김말봉의 텍스트는 이색적인 번역물이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 실제 번역된 텍스트를 살펴볼 때 삭제, 누락, 변개 등으로 원전과 적지 않은 차이가 발견된다. 따라서 이는 상호 존중에 기반을 둔 문화 교류가 아니라 일본인 독자를 위한 정보 제공에 목적을 둔 기획물에 머물렀음을 알 수 있다. 한편 강경애와 최정희는 종래 자신이 지니고 있던 문제의식을 바탕으로 일본어 매체 수록을 위한 새로운 소설쓰기를 선보였다. 강경애는 「長山串」에서 식민지적 비참을 배경에 둔 채 일본인과 조선인의 연대 가능성을 모색했으며, 최정희는 「日陰」에서 근대-문명의 시각과 변별되는 여성의 시각으로 종교를 앞세운 남성의 이기심을 비판했다. 두 작가의 소설은 제국주의적 저널리즘의 지향과 일치하지 않는 식민지 여성 작가의 문제의식을 드러낸다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 향후 여성 문학의 일본어 번역 및 창작에 관한 연구는 작가별, 시기별, 장르별로 확대될 필요가 있다고 생각한다. This paper examined the characteristics and meaning of `Joseon Yeoryu Jakgajip(Collection of Joseon Female Writers)`(April 21st to June 10th 1936) included in the Joseon edition of Osaka Mainichi Newspaper, which is one of influential daily newspapers in Japan. `Joseon Yeoryu Jakgajip` consists of latest short stories of female writers who were active in creative writing at that time. Especially, the novels of Baek, Shin-Ae, Jang, Deok-Jo, Noh, Cheon-Myeong, Park, Hwa-Seong and Kim, Mal-Bong are translated from the Korean original texts and the novels of Choi, Jeong-Hee and Gang, Gyeong-Ae are creative stories with no original texts. Therefore, this paper is classified into two chapters to review the texts. As a result, it was found that the texts of Baek and Park have local colors and the texts of Jang, Noh and Kim are characterized by modern femininity. Considering the imperial stance to maintain the adversarial relationship between civilization(Japan) and barbarism(Joseon) for smooth colonization, the texts of Jang, Noh and Kim that emphasize independent modern femininity, or destroy the authority of masculinity, are unusual translations. But actually, there are considerable differences between the translated texts and the original texts due to deletion, omission and alteration. This means that they were merely the publications for information provision, not for cultural exchange. On the other hand, Gang, Gyeong-Ae and Choi, Jeong-Hee published new novels to be included in Japanese media, based on their original critical minds. In 「Jang San Got」, Gang explored the possibility of solidarity between Japanese people and Korean people, against the backdrop of the colonial tragedy and in 「Yil Eum」, Choi criticized selfishness of men, who put emphasis on religion, from the female perspective that is discriminated from the perspective of modern times and civilization. The novels of the two authors have significance by showing independent expressions of female writers in the colonial era that didn`t agree with the unilateral choice of journalism. It is thought that research on translation of female literature and Japanese creative writing needs to widen the scope depending on writers, time periods and genres in future.

        현대예술 확장에 의해 예술로 수용된 패션의 본질적 속성

        In researching the ontological status of fashion, a good grasp of fashion can decide the direction of fashion study. Fashion is sometimes considered an area of industry far from art from a point of view of purity of art, in spite of its aesthetic value and expression. However, art properties can be differentiated from the purity of art in modern aesthetics, and fashion properties which were the reason for that fashion to be considered as non-art can be affirmed as the same with properties of contemporary art properties. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to suggest the possibility that general properties of fashion can be accepted in the art arena through justifying art properties deviating from the purity of art. It can provide a boost to fashion``s cultural status. For the research method, a literature review and case analysis were carried out through specialty publications related to art history, aesthetics, and fashion, regular publications and websites specializing in fashion, and art museums. Through the research, art properties deviated from the purity of art, which are; tactile sense, impermanence, dailiness, and commercial viability, were justified as being the same as fashion properties. These art properties were not general properties of fine art in modern aesthetics, but the ones occurring in contemporary arts. These properties, now present in contemporary art, can no longer disqualify fashion as a non-art.

        패션에서의 낯설게 하기[Verfremdung]에 의한 창작

        The present study aims to apply the theory of Brecht`s ``Verfremdung`` or distancing effect to the process of fashion design. The distancing effect refers to an avant-garde artistic technique that enables artists to create their works by viewing particular objects separately from the phenomena that occur around those objects. Brecht encouraged a sense of purpose that involved shifting to the new society sought by modernism. He also suggested an artistic approach that isolates perception from judgment - ``Verfremdung`` - which reflects his approach well. In this paper, with the distancing effect considered as a method for creation, the author identifies the system of thought associated with the distancing method and applies this system to fashion design. To this end, the author first reviewed the concepts of ``Entfremdung`` (alienation) and the distancing effect and studied the backgrounds of the two concepts. Next, the author identified Brecht`s epic theory and its application. As a result, a method of perceiving objects as used with the distancing effect was noted, and this method was utilized to distinguish the relationship between the body and its clothes. Specifically of interest were parts of the human body and the related functions of clothes as well as the motor functions of the body and detailed decorations on clothes. Moreover, the author discovered a trend in the wearing of clothes that exists in the context of historical changeability by examining Brecht`s work as it relates to the types of clothes that are worn. Finally, the author applied the distancing effect to fashion design in consideration of the discovered trend.

        20세기 실존주의가 형성한 블랙의 패션 이미지

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the fashion image behind the colour black formed by existentialism in the 20th century. Human beings started to ask themselves questions about their nature and existence by undergoing two world wars in the 20th century. Existentialism was born out of these philosophical thoughts and in particular, French existentialists led the public discourse of the time and expressed their philosophical thoughts and ideas through black fashion. Therefore we revealed the existentialistic meanings of black by studying the French existentialist ideology and their black fashion. The thoughts of existentialism became popularized in France by French philosophers. Sartre especially played a big role in the popularization of existentialism in France. The black fashion worn by existentialists became popularized along with the ideology that it expressed. Sartre`s thoughts on existentialism are summarized in existence Precedes Essence, self-reliance, and engagement. From these, the fashion image behind the colour black formed by existentialism was analogized to resistant image, nihilistic image and self-reliance image.

        패션소품생산 분야의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed the process of development and verification of standards through the competency analysis of fashion accessories products in the development of ‘ National Competency Standards’(NCS), which was carried out in 2013 for the fashion industry. The NCS for fashion accessories production was developed through three Focus Group Interviews (FGIs) and fashion accessories production was defined as “the process of design, development and manufacture intended to produce items that improve the degree of completion of fashion products that are produced from textile fabric, knitted fabric, leather and other materials such as bags, belts, hats, gloves, scarves, neckties and socks with the exception of clothes”. The competency unit for fashion accessories production was analyzed in 11 categories: development of design; development of materials; production of prototype samples; calculation of cost; determination of mass production model and price; planning of main manufacture process; ordering of materials; planning for mass production; preparation for mass production; mass production; and inspection of completed products, and the verification was carried out on development outcomes through a survey carried out of on-site personnel. This study recommends the following direction for future improvements based on an analysis of the development process of the NCS for fashion accessories production. First, future development of standards should first provide a rational category system for each area of fashion good production based on the production process, which should be followed by a detailed competency survey. Second, in order to ensure a more efficient verification survey, an expert for each competency unit should be designated for the develop standard to induce a more sincere response. Also the questionnaire should require supplementation in order to collect the various additional opinions of experts of the field. Finally, this study concludes that it is urgent to procure an education infrastructure and specialized professors in order to apply the competency standard for fashion accessories production to the education sector. This study also con- cludes that the government will be required to provide systematic and consistent support aimed at supplementing development and forming a firm collaborative working environment for the industry and academia in order to improve the current education environment and build a more field-oriented education environment.

        일반논문 : 국민화의 문법과 여성문학, 그 불/일치의 궤적 -임순득 다시 읽기

        임순득은 1930년대 후반에서 1950년대 후반에 이르기까지 활동한 여성 작가이다. 이제까지 임순득의 일제말기 문학은 반(反)파시즘과 저항적 민족주의를 실천한 사례로 고평되었고, 해방 이후 북한의 작가로서 창작한 소설은 북한 국가 체제와 여성 현실 사이의 괴리를 그려낸 수준작으로 평가되었다. 그러나 현재 북한의 문학사에서 임순득은 삭제된 작가에 속한다. 이와 같은 임순득 연구사는 남한/북한의 민족문학 구성과 여성문학의 관계를 되짚어볼 필요성을 제기한다. 이 논문에서는 임순득의 문학 텍스트를 시대적 상황과 수록 매체의 성격, 당대 문단의 주류 담론 등 다양한 맥락 속에서 재독해함으로써, 임순득 문학속 여성성이 식민지 시기-해방기-전쟁기 젠더정치의 역학 속에서 지니는 의미를 규명하고자 했다. 우선, 임순득이 그려낸 여성해방이 민족해방과 반드시 일치한 것은 아니었으며 제국 일본의 국민 형성 원리와도 합치되지 않는 자리에 있었음을 살펴보았다. 또한 해방 이후 북한의 민족국가 성립 과정 속에서 이를 뒷받침하는 창작을 하고자 했음에도, 여성적인 시각이 문제시되는 한편, 남성작가에 의해 그것이 교정(다시 쓰기)되는 양상을 분석하였다. 임순득 문학은 시종일관 국가주의적 젠더정치의 좌장 안으로 소환되었으나 오히려 국가의 경계나 외부를 환기하였다. 이에 대한 당대 문단의 반응과 후대의 연구 경향은 남북한의 민족문학사가 특정한 여성성을 선택하고 배제하는 가운데 구성된 것이었음을 드러낸다. Im, Sun-deuk was a female writer, who wrote from the late 1930s to the mid 1950s. Thus far, Im, Sun-duek`s literature written in the end of Japanese imperialism was highly praised as a case to put anti-fascism and resistant nationalism into practice and the novel created by her as a North Korean writer after liberation was rated a high standard of literary work to describe the gap between the North Korea`s state system and the reality of women. On the contrary, Im, Sun-duek is regarded as a forgotten writer in North Korea. This research history of Im, Sun-duek presents the necessity of looking back on the relationship between national literature formations of South Korea/North Korea and women`s literature. This paper aims to investigate the meaning of the femininity in Im, Sun-duek`s literature in the dynamics of gender politics during the colony-liberation period-wartime by re-reading her literary texts in diverse contexts, including the circumstances of the times, characteristics of media included and dominant discourses of literary circles of the time. Firstly, it was demonstrated that women`s liberation thought by Im, Sun-duek did not essentially correspond with national liberation and was not even in accord with the principle of (Japanese) nation building. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the femininity, which was emphasized as a residue in the process of building the nation state after liberation and the aspects that it was corrected(re-written) by male authors. Im, Sun-duek`s literature was cited in the discussion over nationalistic gender politics from beginning to end, but this clearly reveals that the history of South Korean and North Korean national literature was formed through selection and exclusion, by awakening the boundary or outside of the country.

        국민문학 작가의 해방 이후 글쓰기 전략 연구 -이무영, 이석훈, 정인택을 중심으로-

        일제 말기 국민문학 작가 이무영, 이석훈, 정인택은 해방 이후 조선어글쓰기로 복귀하면서 과거 청산이라는 과제를 안게 된다. 본 논문은 이들이 자신의 과거에 대해 각각 은폐, 고백, 비유의 전략으로 대응하는 양상을 분석함으로써 해방기 민족남성주체성의 재구성 문제를 생각해 보았다. 우선 이무영은 자신의 일본어 텍스트를 해방기 세태에 맞게 개작한 「굉장소전」에서 사리사욕만 추구하는 기회주의적 인간형을 풍자하고자 한다. 그는 흠집 있는 주인공을 관찰하고 논평함으로써 지식인작가의 위치를 고수하고 있는데, 친일 행위를 포함한 주인공의 모든 오류를 기질에서 비롯된 것으로 묘사함으로써 현실의 민감한 문제에 대해 직접 발언하길 회피한다. 반면 이석훈은 「고백」이라는 수필을 통해 공개적으로 반성을 표명한다. 그는 일제 말기 국민으로서의 충성심을 보증해 주던 ‘생활의 어려움’을 협력의 이유로 바꿔 내세우면서, 자신의 정체성을 지식인작가에서 매문업자로 끌어 내리고 관용을 구한다. 이후 생업을 위한 글쓰기만 수행하던 그는 미국식 관용과 실용주의를 통해 농촌 계몽의 해법을 모색하는 소설 「문화촌」을 통해 재출발의 신호를 알린다. 마지막으로 정인택은 「황조가」, 「필맹」 등에서 왜소해진 남성성을 ‘몸을 파는 여성’에 비유하며 과거와 단절하고자 하는 욕망을 드러내나, 「천직」을 통해 볼 수 있듯이 남성 주체의 위치를 회복하는 데 어려움을 겪는다. 보도연맹에 가입하여 전향한 후 그는 이석훈과 마찬가지로 미국이라는 새로운 기준점을 수용하고 있다. 이무영, 이석훈, 정인택은 공통적으로 초창기 대한민국의 작가로 편입된다. 그러나 대한민국의 제1공화국이 일제 잔재를 청산하지 못한 채 출범했듯이 그들도 자신의 협력 행위에 대한 진지한 성찰을 이어나가지 못했다. 그들의 1940년대 문학은 암흑에서 광복으로 이어지는 민족사의 격변 속에서 여러 번 전향을 거쳐야 했던 한국 문인들의 내면을 확인할 수있게 해 준다. Kukminmunhak writers at the end of Japanese imperialism, Lee, Moo-Young, Lee, Seok-Hoon and Jeong, In-Taek were given the tasks of clearing up past affairs, after returning to Korean writing after liberation. This paper considered the problems of reconstitution of the national-male identity in the age of liberation by analysing their hiding, confessional and metaphoric strategies to deal with their old times. First of all, Lee, Moo-Young tried to satirize the opportunistic human who only sought for selfish interests and desires, in 「Gwingjangsojeon」 which was adapted from his Japanese text to the social conditions of the liberation period. He retained his place as an intellectual and a writer by observing and commenting on the flawed protagonist and especially, avoided expressing his opinion about sensitive issues of the reality by describing that all the errors of the protagonist including his pro-Japanese behaviour came from his temperament. On the contrary to this, Lee, Seok-Hoon reflected on himself in public through his essay, 「Confession」. He relegated his identity to a literary hack from a writer and an intellectual, and asked for tolerance, confessing that ‘the difficulty of living’ guaranteeing his loyalty to the Japanese government at the end of the Japanese imperialism was the reason for cooperating with them. Afterwards, he continued his writing only for livelihood, but reported his restart with 「Munhwachon」, a novel to find how to enlighten farming areas, based on American tolerance and pragmatism. Lastly, Jeong, In-Taek revealed his desire to cut off himself with the past, likening the weakened masculinity to ‘a woman prostituting herself’ in 「Hwangjoga」, 「Pilmang」 and so on, but had difficulties in restoring the male-dominated position, as 「Cheonjik」 demonstrates. Like Lee, Seok-Hoon, he accepted a new reference point, the U.S., after joining the National Guidance Alliance and turning into an anticommunist. Lee, Moo-Young, Lee, Seok-Hoon and Jeong, In-Taek were all incorporated into the group of Korean writers, in the initial period. But they failed in continuing serious introspection on their cooperation, as the First Republic of Korea was launched without clearing off the vestiges of Japanese imperialism. Their literary works of the 1940s show the inner side of Korean writers who had to go through many conversions during the upheaval of national history from the darkness through the independence.
