A series of catalysts, NiSO4/TiO2-ZrO2, for ethylene dimerization was prepared by the impregnation method using an aqueous solution of nickel sulfate. Calcination at 300-600 ℃ of coprecipitated Ti (OH)4-Zr(OH)4 resulted in the formation of an amorphous phase and further heating at 700 ℃ and above resulted in the formation of crystalline ZrTiO4 compound. The addition of nickel sulfate to TiO2-ZrO2 shifted the phase transition of TiZrO4 from amorphous to orthorhombic to higher temperature because of the interaction between nickel sulfate and TiZrO4, and the specific surfacearea and acid amount of NiSO4/TiO2-ZrO2 increased in proportion to the nickel sulfate content up to 10-20 wt% of NiSO4. Nickel sulfate supported on TiO2-ZrO2 was found to be very active even at room temperature, giving a maximum in both activity and acidity when catalyst containing 20 %NiSO4 was calcined and evacuated at 500 ℃. The high catalytic activity of NiSO4/TiO2-ZrO2 was related to the increase of acidity and acid strength due to the addition of NiSO4. The asymmetric stretching frequency of the S=O bonds for NiSO4/TiO2-ZrO2 samples was related to the acidic properties and catalytic activity.
차세대 에너지 산업에서의 열역학 심포지엄 : G-11 ; NiSO4/Fe2O3-ZrO2 촉매의 특성과 Fe2O3가 산촉매 반응의 활성에 미치는 영향

ZrOCl2와 Fe(NO3)3의 몰비가 다양한 혼합용액에 pH가 8이 될 때까지 암모니아 수를 첨가하여 Fe(OH)3-Zr(OH)4 공침전물을 만들어 수세 건조하였다. 건조된 공침전물에 NiSO4 용액을 함침시킨 후 건조 소성하여 NiSO4/Fe2O3-ZrO2 촉매를 제조하였다. 제조된 촉매의 특성을 XRD pettern으로 검토하여 본 결과 ZrO2에 Fe2O3를 첨가하면 ZrO2의 tetragonal phase로의 상전이를 억제시키고 있음을 알수 있었다. 제조된 촉매를 2-propanol의 탈수반응과 cumene의 dealkylation반응에 응용시켜 본 결과 ZrO2에 첨가되는 Fe2O3함량이 약 5 mol% 일 때와 NiSO4 함량이 15 wt% 일 때 최대 촉매활성을 나타내었다. 그리고 700 ℃에서 소성된 촉매가 최대 촉매활성을 나타내었다. 제조된 NiSO4/Fe2O3-ZrO2 의 산성질을 IR spectra로부터 조사하여 본 결과 Lewis 산과 Bronsted산 모두를 가지고 있었다. Fe2O3가 ZrO2에 소량 첨가됨으로 높은 소성온도에서 ZrO2의 표면적의 감소를 방지하고 ZrO2의 phase를 안정화시키는 것으로 생각된다.
유동층 3 : H-34 ; La2O3-ZrO2/WO3 복합 산화물에 담지된 NiO 촉매의 에틸렌 이량화 활성 및 산촉매 활성

La(NO3)3·6H2O와 ZrOCl2·8H2O를 몰비가 다양한 혼합용액을 pH 8이 될 때까지 암모니아수를 첨가하여 La2O3-ZrO2 공침전물을 제조하였다. 제조된 공침전물에 NiCl2·6H2O를 다양한 wt%로 함침하여 NiO-La2O3-ZrO2촉매를 제조하고, 제조된 복합 산화물에 ammonium metatungstate hydrate를 wt%별로 함침하여 NiO-La2O3-ZrO2/WO3 촉매를 제조하였다. 제조된 촉매의 특성을 표면적, XRD, IR, 산의양, 산세기 등으로 연구하였고, 2-propanol의 탈수반응과 cumene의 dealkyation 반응의 활성 테스한 결과 La2O3의 mol%가 5mol%, 25wt%의 NiO, 그리고 WO3가 15wt%일 때 2-propanol 활성의 경우 400℃에서, cumene의 경우 600℃에서 1.5시간 소성한 25NiO-5La2O3-ZrO2/15WO3 촉매가 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 에틸렌 이량화 활성을 테스트한 결과에서는 25NiO-5La2O3-ZrO2/15WO3-600 촉매가 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 또한 제조된 촉매에서 IR spectra로부터 조사한 결과 Lewis 산과 Bronsted 산이 공존하였으며 La2O3의 첨가는 ZrO2의 phase를 안정화시켜 열정 안정성을 나타내는 것으로 생각된다.
반응표면분석법을 이용한 감잎(Diospyros kaki L . folium) 에탄올 추출물의 최적화

The efforts were made to optimite ethanol extraction from persimmon leaf with the time of extraction(1.5∼2.5 hrs), the temperature of extraction(70∼90℃), and the concentration of ethanol(0∼40%) as three primary variables together with several functional characteristics of persimmon leaf as reaction variables. The conditions of extraction was best fitted by using response surface methodology through the center synthesis plan, and the optimal conditions of extraction were established. The contents of soluble solid and soluble tannin went up as the concentration of ethanol went up and the temperature of extraction went down, and the turbidity went down as the concentration of ethanol went down. Electron donation ability was hardly affected by the extraction temperature and had the tendency to go up as the concentration of ethanol went up. The inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase(XOase) had the tendency to go up as both the concentration of ethanol and the temperature of extraction went up. The inhibitory activity of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE), the significance of which still was not recognized, showed the maximum when the concentration of ethanol was 27%. In result, the optimal conditions of extraction was the extraction time of two hours, the extraction temperature of 75∼81℃, and the ethanol concentration of 33∼35%.
감잎(Diospyros kaki folium) 으로부터 분리한 Polyphenol 화합물의 카드뮴 제거효과

In order to investigate the removal effect of cadmium by polyphenol compound extracted from persimmon leaves(Diospyros kaki folium), animal test was done. Two fractions such as F-1 and F-2 from persimmon leaves were compared with their safety and function. The food intake of group F-1 and F-2 considerably decreased within 1% level. Cadmium addition influenced to rat growth(a tested animal), but food efficiency ratio(FER) wasn't shown any considerable difference in F-1 and F-2, as compared to the control. Cadmium content of liver, kidney and femur considerably decreased within 1% level in F-1 and F-2, compared to the control, cadmium content of liver decreased 25% in F-1, 28% in F-2 also decreased 22% and 25% in kidney. In femur, also decreased 53% in F-1 and 59% in F-2 respectively. The test of cadmium content in feces indicate that the content considerably increased within 1% level in both group F-1 and F-2, as compared to the control(42% in F-1, 54% in F-2). As shown the above results, have seen the removal effect of cadmium by polyphenol compound.
