Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between cervical spine lateroflexion and upper limb numbness after whiplash injury by traffic accident. Methods : Outpatients who visited Jaseng korean medicine hospital after traffic accident took cervical MRI. Patients who had Normal disc and bulging disc were reviewed to measure the cervical lateroflexion by C2-C7 Cobb's angle & scalenus muscle's length through neutrality AP X-ray views. For statistics, we used SPSS version 18.0 for windows. Results : Groups classified into difference of scalenus muscle's length were showen statistical significance than into cobb's angle. Means of numbness group's length difference are $4.18{\pm}2.26mm$ and that of non-numbness group is $1.59{\pm}1.17mm$. Unilateral numbness group had greater angle and longer of length's difference than non-numbness group. Conclusions : The more severe the lateroflexion of the upper extremity numbness occurs well. Group classifed into difference of scalenus muscle's length has more tendency of occurrence of upper limb numbness than that into cobb's angle. And upper limb numbness occurs more frequently at the same direction of lateroflexion.
다양한 형상을 가지는 Wave perfobond rib 전단연결재의 전단강도 평가

This paper deals with the shear capacity of wave perfobond rib as the shear connector in composite structures. Wave rib is modified as perfobond rib shear connector type to evaluate the shear capacity. A total 11 push-out specimens with perfobond rib and wave perfobond rib connector were fabricated. Then, the influences of hole-crossing bars, concrete dowel, depth of wave shape and diameter of wave rib on the shear capacity were evaluated experimentally. As result the shear capacity of corrugated rib specimens improved as high to 51% compared to the perfobond rib shear connectors. Also, the hole-crossing bars were effective on the improvement of concrete dowel action and consequently, shear capacity increased by 31%.
물류센터 리드타임 관리를 위한 배송 작업 대기시간 분석-대기행렬모형을 중심으로-

본 연구는 발주 요청에 따라 재고 품목을 소비자에게 배송하는 물류센터의 리드타임을 분석한다. 물류센터내의 리드타임은 재고 물품의 분류와 포장, 선적에 필요한 작업시간과 대기시간으로 이루어진다. 그런데 배송 요청이 몰리는 경우 리드타임 중에서 대기시간이 차지하는 비중이 크다. 그리고 배송 준비 작업을 위한 서버는 작업준비시간과 서버종료시간을 두고 있으며, 유지보수 또는 다른 작업을 위한 휴가기간을 갖는다고 가정한다. 이러한 물류센터의 운영 상황을 고객의 도착과 이에 대한 서비스 제공으로 표현하는 대기행렬시스템으로 모델링 한다. 특히 복수 개의 발주 품목에 대한 배송 요청이 포아송 프로세스로 발생한다고 가정하고, 제한된 횟수의 복수 휴가와 작업준비 및 종료시간을 갖는 Mx/G/1 대기행렬의 평균 대기시간을 분석한다. 수치 예제를 통해 휴가기간과 주문 도착률에 따른 대기시간의 변화 패턴을 분석한다. This study presents a lead time analysis for logistics centers that ship items from inventory to consumers. "Lead time" consists of waiting time and service time of sorting, packaging and shipment. Also, servers that prepare shipments need setup time and closedown time for maintenance or other operations. In this paper, we describe the operation process of a logistics center using a queueing inventory model. We assume that orders for the release of items from inventory at a logistics center occur via a compound Poisson process. We formulate an Mx/G/1 multiple adaptive vacation queueing system with setup and closedown time. We analyze the queueing model and derive the mean waiting time using the arrival time approach and the property of stochastic decomposition. Finally, we obtain some numerical examples that indicate the effect of the limited number of multiple vacations on the mean waiting time.

The heat transfer performance and pressure drop characteristics of brazed-plate heat exchangers with 20 and 30 plates were experimentally measured and analyzed in this study. The mass flow rates of the heat exchangers with 20 and 30 plates were fixed at 0.6 and 0.9 kg/s for the low temperature side, respectively. The mass flow rate for the high temperature side was controlled from 0.2 kg/s to 1.2 kg/s. The inlet temperatures for the high and low temperature sides were 10℃ and 7℃, respectively. The heat transfer characteristics were not influenced by the number of plates. The pressure drop at the heat exchanger with 30 plates was slightly higher than that with 20 plates. The values calculated from the correlations based on gasket plate heat exchangers were compared with the experimental results. It was found that the predicted Nusselt numbers for the gasket plate heat exchangers were about 5% to 20% lower than the measured Nusselt numbers for the brazed plate heat exchangers. However, a pressure drop comparison showed that the calculated pressure drops at the gasket plate heat exchangers were less than half of the measured pressure drops at the brazed plate heat exchangers.
다꾸지 실험계획법을 이용한 자동차 내장품 covering shelf 의 형상 설계

In order to improve deflection stiffness of covering shelf in car interior, this presents a DOE optimal design process to find design spec for satisfying car interior spec. Covering shelf is located between rear seat and rear window. It is support the small stuffs such as book, tissue etc., so it is designed to resist deflection. After determination of design variables, numerical simulation is carried out by using DOE which is followed method of Tacushi orthogonal array. As a results of that, statistical analysis of regression is performed. If design space is required for out-boundary of initial level, reliability of regression is lowed so that verification is required. It is very important to decide adequate design parameter and level when DOE is used. This study is shown that DOE method and statistical analysis is good design tool for determine design space and various approach is possible to increase reliability.
