        한국자원봉사자의 자원봉사활동 지속의지의 영향 요인

        본 연구에서는 한국자원봉사자들을 대상으로 자원봉사활동의 지속의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 자원봉사자의 중도탈락을 줄이고 지속적인 활동을 유지하기 위하여 자원봉사활동에 대한 인정보상과 참여동기가 자원봉사자의 참여지속의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 직무만족은 어떠한 매개효과를 나타내는지를 실증적으로 살펴본다. 이를 위해 자원봉사활동의 인정보상요인, 참여동기요인을 독립변수로, 직무만족도를 매개변수로, 참여지속의지를 종속변수로 모형을 구성하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 인정보상요인은 자원봉사자의 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 참여동기요인은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족도 는 자원봉사자의 참여지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to understand factors which have influences on Korean volunteers's will to continue their activities, what effects approval and compensation, and participation motivation have on their continuance will and what mediating effects their satisfaction have on it in order to decrease their falling off and promote them to continue their participation. For the purpose, this study used the model with approval and compensation, and participation motivation as independent variables, job satisfaction as a mediating variable and continuance will as a subordinate variable. As a result of the analysis, it was discovered that approval and compensation had a significant influence on their job satisfaction while their participation motivation did not have a significant influence on their job satisfaction. Also, their job satisfaction had a significant influence on their continuance will.

        흰쥐에서 아리스톨로킨산이 생식기능에 미치는 영향

        The toxicity of aristolochic acid (ArA) has attracted considerable attention since the case of nephropathy regarding diet pill preparations was reported. The present study was performed to determine the reproductive toxicity of ArA in female SD rats. ArA was administered orally to female rats at 2, 8 or 16 mg/kg b.w./day and the females were mated with untreated males and their reproductive status was determined. ArA is well known as PLA2 inhibitor, toxic effects of such a relationship are not yet clear, and in vivo study on this matter are scarce. For this study, ArA was administered to pregnant rats at 10 or 20 mg/kg b.w./day, because premating treatments were not conducted. Administration of 20 mg/kg b.w./day caused infertility or abortion. In ArA-treated groups, PGF2a productions were inhibited and apoptosis were suppressed. Collectively, this study may help to further define the roles of sPLA2 in reproductive organs and to determine the toxic mechanisms of ArA.

        Preliminary Design of Tracking Mount for Movable SLR

        In this paper, we present the result of preliminary design of tracking mount for ARGO-M which is a movable satellite laser ranging (SLR) system developed by Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). The tracking mount consists of a couple of core parts such as driving motors, encoders and bearings, and the requirements of each parts are determined on the basis of the technical consideration. 2D and 3D models for tracking mount were preliminarily designed using the selected core parts. In order to evaluate the validity of the preliminarily design, the simulator to test the elevation axis was designed and manufactured. The test to check the tracking performance and system accuracy of the simulator was performed, and it was confirmed that the preliminary design meets the operating specifications. Additionally, it was found that the repetitive errors and hysteresis errors need to be improved by the additional control algorithm.

      • 옥수수 수염의 물 추출물이 혈압에 미치는 영향

        Zea mays Linne, which belongs to Graminae family, has been ordinarily used as edibles and fodder. Its stigma, Maydis Stigma, has been discarded without any special application with the exception of being used as diuretic in the sphere of Chinese medicine. Moreover, the pharmacological research toward Maydis Stigma as a medicinal herb has not been regretfully undertaken at all. The authors hereby paid attention to this point of view and made experiment to find out whether the water extract of Maydis Stigma might possess some pharmacological effect on the blood pressure of the rats or not. $LD_{50}$ to the mice was determined and the experiment was performed making the use of several agents related to the blood pressure such as atropine, Avil, dichloroisoproterenol and hexamethonium. The blood pressure of the rats and rabbits was recorded with the equipment of polygraph (Grass model 7 DAB) and its accessory, Statham pressure transducer. The results of the experiment are as follows. 1. $LD_{50}$ to the mice weighing 20g is determined 1,125 mg/kg. 2. The blood pressure manifests the gradual decrease by the rate of $-15.50{\pm}3.32,\;-22.14{\pm}8.73$ and $-46.25{\pm}5.17\;mmHg$ in proportion to ZW 25, 50 and 150mg/kg administered to the rats. 3. The blood pressure also manifests the same gradual decrease in proportion to ZW administered to the rabbits. 4. It is of significant difference to manifest the increase of $+5.14{\pm}4.65\;mmHg$ in the rats pretreated with atropine as compared with $-22.14{\pm}8.73\;mmHg$ of control group when administered each ZW 50mg/kg. 5. The administration of ZW 50 mg/kg to the rats pretreated with Avil, dichloroisoproterenol and hexamethonium does not manifest the significant difference in comparison with the control group.

      • MgCO₃염의 적용을 통한 복합 기체 투과막의 이산화탄소 투과도 및 CO₂/N₂선택도 향상

        A cost-effective, easy method for enhancing the CO2 permeance and CO2/N2 selectivity of mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) was fabricated using commercially available MgCO3 crystals. The MgCO3 crystals were homogenously dispersed in polymer matrices via mechanical stirring to prepare MMMs. In particular, an amphiphilic comb polymer (CP) consisting of poly(ethylene glycol) behenyl ether methacrylate (PEGBEM) and poly(oxyethylene methacrylate) (POEM) was shown to be ideal matrix because of the interactions between its carbonyl oxygen atoms and MgCO3. Through SEM, HR-TEM, WAXS, DSC, FT-IR, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm measurements and Raman spectroscopies, the MgCO3 and CP/MgCO3 hybrids were characterized. The CP/MgCO3 MMM with 45 wt% MgCO3 exhibited the highest CO2/N2 selectivity of 93.8 and CO2 permeance of 30.9 GPU.

        In this work, economical, facile and eco-friendly technology for gas separation was utilized, especially for propane and propylene. This materials are commonly used in petrochemical process as principle and base sources. In present state, adsorption or cryogenic distillation method are used for their separation, however, intensive energy cost and complex process are needed. In particular, we fabricated polymeric composite membrane with high scalability, propylene and propane gases are effectively separated. Whats more, Ag ion is pivotal materials with pi complexation effect. MgO nanosheet was incorporated for enhancing and activating Ag ion in polymer composite membrane. Lastly, Ag-friend polymer matrix was used for getting higher perm-selecetivity.

        SW 교육 훈련특성이 개인 특성과 교육 결과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 관한 연구

        최근에는 교육 훈련에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시기이다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 코딩이나 관련 교육들이 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고, 활용되고 있는 지에 대한 의문 또는 실제 기업과의 연관성에 대한 부분들에 문제 점은 사회 현실적인 문제에 봉착하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련특성들을 세분화시켜 개개인의 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고, 이를 통해 교육 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 보고자 한다. 그 결과 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수는 개인 특성 중 전공역량과 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, SW 교육환 경은 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인 특성은 교육 결과에 만족에는 모두 정(+)의 영향을 불만족에 는 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수에 대한 중요성을 강조하 는 결과이며, SW 교육환경에 대한 부분에 대해 다시 한번 생각하게 하는 결과로 보여진다. Today is the era that the importance of education and training is emphasized. However, the problem of the issues on the question how the coding or related educations according to the 4th industrial revolution era are applied or utilized actually or that the correlation with the actual enterprises is facing with social and realistic problem. Therefore, this study intended to identify what impact the characteristics of the education and training has on the educational outcomes on the characteristics of individual by segmentalizing the characteristics of education and training, through which, this study examined what impact it has on the educational outcomes. As a result, it was shown that the SW education course has positive (+) impact on the major competence and learning performance out of the characteristics of individual and SW educational environment does not have nay impact. In addition, it was shown that the characteristics of individual have positive impact on all the satisfaction of educational outcomes and the negative impact on all the dissatisfaction of educational outcomes. These results emphasizes the importance of the SW educational course and SW education teaching and deemed to be results to make us to think about the SW educational environment again.

        Chat GPT의 e-서비스 품질이 지각된 가치와 혁신성을 통해 학습성과에 미치는 영향

        In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, AI technologies, such as Chat GPT, have moved beyond assisting to actively analyzing data and providing solutions. This research assessed Chat GPT's e-service quality's influence on perceived value, innovativeness, and subsequent learning outcomes. Findings revealed that while ease of use and responsiveness weren't significant, safety and reliability were positively related to perceived value and innovativeness. A negative correlation was found between trustworthiness and perceived value. Users who saw Chat GPT as valuable and innovative experienced enhanced learning. The study emphasizes the need for guidelines in deploying Chat GPT academically. Given Chat GPT's recent introduction, further nuanced research is necessary.
