차세대(5G) 디스플레이의 발전으로 인하여 데이터 전송량이 점차 증가하므로, 신호전송이 빠른 대역대인 고주파 대역을 사용한다. 신호전송을 위한 회로는 동박과 폴리이미드 필름으로 이뤄진 유연동박적층판(FCCL)이 사용되는데, 고주파는 표면으로 신호가 흐르므로 두 소재 사이의 계면 조도를 낮춰 경로를 최소화하여야 한다. 그러나 저조도 동박을 사용하면 동박과 폴리이미드 수지와의 접착 강도가 떨어지게 되므로 이러한 문제점을 보완해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 동박과 접착력 향상을 위해 다양한 폴리이미드 구조를 설계하고, 아민계 실란 기능기를 도입한 폴리아믹산을 합성하였다. 다양한 구조의 폴리아믹산은 pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA), 3,3"4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylicdianhydride(BPDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride(6FDA)와 m-tolidine(mTB), 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl)-[1,1"-biphenyl]-4,4"-diamine(TFMB) 등의 조합으로 합성하여, 이를 동박에 코팅하고 이미드화하여 FCCL을 제조하였다. 접착력에 대한 특성은 다양한 폴리이미드 구조에 따른 박리 강도 시험과 분리된 계면에 대한 AFM, SEM, 접촉각 측정으로 상관관계를 비교 해석하여 확인하였다. Since the development in mobile display requires high data transmission speed, there is a growing need in the development of flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL) for flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) that has a high signal propagation at high frequency range. The circuit for signal transmission uses FCCL which is composed of copper foil and polyimide film. The surface roughness of copper foil has to be low to reduce the pathway of signal because the current flows near the surface at high frequency range. However, such low roughness of the copper foil results in poor adhesion to polyimide, which is a problem that should be addressed. In this study, the poly(amic acid)s (PAAs) having various structures were synthesized and the silane functional group was introduced as end group to investigate the enhancement in the adhesion with the copper metal. Various polyimide structures were synthesized with the combinations of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (TEOS), 3,3",4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), m-tolidine (mTB) and 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl) biphenyl-4,4"-diamine (TFDB). The synthesized PAAs were casted on the copper foil and were imidized for the fabrication of polyimide for FCCL. The adhesion strength between the polyimide and the copper foil was investigated by peel strength test and interfacial characteristics was investigated with AFM, SEM, FTIR and contact angle measurement.

Effects of Houttuynia cordata on the level of lipid peroxide and the enzyme activities of the liver were investigated in bromobenzene-induced rats. Lipid peroxide content in liver was increased by bromobenzene. It was decreased when the methanol extract from the aerial parts of H. cordata was treated to the rat. The methanol extract reduced the activities of aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase that increased by bromobenzene, however did not affect glutathione S-transferase activity. The methanol extract recovered the activity of epoxide hydrolase activity that decreased significantly by bromobenzene. We suggest that under our experimental conditions the extract might play an important play in the prevention of hepatotoxicity by reduction of aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase activities as well as enhancement of epoxide hydrolase activity. Six phenolic compounds have been isolated from H. cordata and identified by means of spectral analysis as protocatechuic acid, quercetin, apigenin, afzelin, hyperoside and quercitrin.

The performance study shows the result using two different methods which are used to control missile or aircraft. One is the Thrust Vector Control(TVC) method for the aviation of next generation and the other is the present effective Shroud Jet-vane System(SJVS) method for the satellite effector development. The research was done through the performance estimation using the numerical simulation analysis, the modelling, the performance measuring using the model, the investigation of the flow visualization and aerodynamic performance with the enforced power to the vane and the result comparison.
2015 개정 국어과 교육과정에 따른 교과서 개발 방향 -작문 영역을 중심으로-

In this paper, I suggest the direction for developing Korean Language textbook based on ``The 2015 Korean Language Curriculum`` focused on ``Writing`` subject. The first is to develop Korean Language textbook for developing the core competencies of writing. In chapter Ⅱ, I propose the development direction of textbook that considering organic integration between the writing and other area. The second is about using the media in writing more practically and specifically. In chapter Ⅲ, I propose the development direction of textbook that considering about using the media as ``multimodal text`` not just ``means``. The third is to develop Korean Language textbook in consideration of the ``skill`` that be learning outcomes and subject of assessment. In chapter Ⅳ, I propose that to emphasize the ``skill`` is the key of developing the core competencies of writing, and to develop the workbook that learning and assessment is linked.
평가자 일관성에 따른 설명문 평가 예시문 선정의 차이 연구

이 연구는 예비국어교사들의 중학생 설명문 평가 자료를 분석하여 예비국어교사 평가자들을 일관성 여부에 따라서 평가 예시문을 산출하고, 집단 간 평가 예시문 선정의 차이를 조사하는 것에 목적이 있다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 적합한 일관성을 보이는 예비국어 교사는 국어교사들보다 더 엄격한 평가를 하였지만 예비국어교사 내에서 부적합 및 과적합 일관성을 보이는 집단은 일관성 적합 집단보다 전반적 으로 더 관대한 평가를 하였다. 둘째, 일관성 적합 집단과 일관성 부적합 및 과적합 집단에서 선정된 평가 예시문 중에서 최저점에 해당하는 예시문과 최고점에 해당하는 예시문에는 큰 차이가 없지만 최저점과 최고점사이에 해당하는 글의 경우에는 상당한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 이 연구에서는 향후 평가 예시문의 선정 시에는 평가 일관성이 적합하다고 검증된 평가자 집단의 자료만을 활용 할 것을 제안한다. The aim of this paper is to select anchor papers for middle school students` expository writing assessment according to the consistence of rater and analysis the differences of anchor papers. The finding which can be drawn from this analysis are these. First, the conformity consistence group show higher severity than the group that teacher of Korean in previous study. And the unconformity consistence group show higher severity than the conformity consistence group. Second, there isn`t striking differences in the highest grade and lowest grade but, there is a broad distinction in the mean of the top 30%, the average of whole, and the mean of the bottom 30%. Our conclusion could be stated thus: the researcher of anchor papers selection need to look more closely at this rater consistency to overcome shortage of exist assessment that had reliability low in writing assessment.

Tsunamis are ocean waves generated by movements of earth"s crust Several geophysical events can lead to Ms kind of catastrophe: earthquakes, landslides, volcano eruptions and other mechanisms such as underwater explosions. Most of the damage associated with tsunamis is related to their wave run-up at the shoreline. Therefore, well prediction of maximum wave run-up is an important aspect of any seismic sea wave mitigation effort. In this study, the numerical simulations of the behaviors of a floating body near quaywall during Tunami are investigated by using a particle method. First, the wave run-up with solitary waves are validated though the comparison with experiments and theoretical formulation. Then the behaviors of a floating body with different draft are investigate numerically.

본 연구에서는 구조가 간단하고 소형화 제작이 용이한 소형보행 로봇용 구동원을 제안한다. 두 개의 직교방향 모멘트를 핀조인트 구조의 다리에서 회전벡터로 변환하여 이동표면에 타원궤적이 발생하도록 설계하였고, 다른 구동원 대비 효율성과 에너지밀도가 높은 압전 세라믹을 활용하여 압전벤더 액츄에어터를 제작하였다. 또한 사용된 압전 벤더 액츄에이터는 유한요소해석을 통한 자체 무게대비 최대의 출력을 낼 수 있도록 재질 및 형상을 최적화하였다. 두 개의 다리로 구성된 단위 액츄에이터는 모듈화 되어 여러 개의 액츄에이터로 결합이 가능하고 매운 빠른 속도로 이동 및 거친 지형에서도 운용이 가능하다. 실험결과로 T자형 로봇 액츄에이터의 다양한 속도 (2 mm/sec.에서 266 mm/sec까지)와 운송능력(최대 10 g에서 50 mm/s까지)을 확인 하였다. I proposed small ambulatory robot actuators using piezoelectric benders. In order to make the motion of the biomimetic robot legs similar to the movements of the cockroaches or similar insects, two pairs of legs in the diagonal direction in the four leg structures are required to make the same movement. And elliptical displacement is realized by taking into account horizontal and vertical displacement of multimode oscillations and driving them by electrical signals with differences step by step, for example of 90° the T-shaped robot actuator showed wide range of speed (From 2 mm/sec. up to 266 mm/sec.) and ability of transportation (up to 10 g with 50 mm/s). Locomotive performance of the robot was competitive to the preceding robots, and moreover, the modular type actuators of a segmented myriapods robot could be added and removed for different tasks or performances.
