        This study recruited the elderly aged over 65 years living in Daegu Metropolitan City who had experienced one or more falls to determine effects of physical and psychological health condition on fall accidents. It collected data from April 1 2008 to April 30 2008 and analyzed them. The results were as follows. Knowledge on fall according to general characteristics was declined when they had higher educational background and lived in apartments and the knowledge according to health characteristics was reduced when they slept well and were healthy. Attitude on fall according to general characteristics was reported to be higher with older age and the attitude according to health characteristics was increased when subjects did not smoke, exercised, took meals regularly, slept well, were healthy and received health examination. Fall prevention activity according to general characteristics grew when subjects were older and lived in apartments and the activity according to health characteristics was increased when they exercised, took meals and received health examination. Fall accidents according to general characteristics happened more frequently when subjects were male, lived in multi-family living houses and had no job and the accidents according to health characteristics happened more frequently when they took meals irregularly, were not healthy and did not received health examination. Factors having a significant influence on fall accidents were employment status(b=-0.452), habits of taking meals(b=-0.367), health condition(b=-0.327), degree of physical function(b=0.235), instrumental performance of daily life activities(b=0.214), vision disorder(b=0.480), hearing disorder(b=0.162), gait disorder(b=0.240), balance disorder(b=0.258), going outside alone(b=O.444), using bathroom(b=0.255), sitting on a chair or standing(b=0.220), knowledge on fall(b=-0.521), attitude on fall(b=-0.298) and fall prevention activity(b=-0.688).

      • 요양시설 사회복지사의 Care-Management 직무 전문능력에 관한 연구

        This study is purposed to closely examine the professional competence needed for specializing care-management tasks by social workers at nursing facilities and to develop measures for professional competence under the conditions that specialized social workers are needed in order to improve management and the quality of service at nursing facilities of the aged and the severely disabled in the country. Therefore, this study attempted to first develop measures for social workers at nursing facilities in the country to achieve professional competence for care-management tasks, and secondly to apply the developed measures on social workers, and to find out the situations of their professional competence and to verify the distinctive measures. In order to develop the measures, three steps were taken. The first stage is to identify professional competence that are needed to specialize care-management tasks, and the second stage is to map out measures for professional competence, and the third stage is to develop measures by consulting with experts. The group of experts had confirmed the analyzed results of actual inspection through documentary study and focused group, and revised 18 items for essential measures of professional competence for care-management tasks after thorough discussions. And in order to check the validity of contents by the experts, each item was reviewed with 4 or 5 points, calculated into the ratio as CVR (Content Validity Ratio), and selected items with CVR 0.8 or more. By analyzing the data, 8 regular items with CRV 0.8 or more, and 40 items of index were selected as well. The five experts lastly developed 40 lists in 8 areas, basic knowledge of care-management, initial counseling, assessments, writing care-plan, service management, service evaluation, education and training, and other managements, through discussions and agreements.

        재난 현장 물리적 보안을 위한 딥러닝 기반 요구조자 탐지 알고리즘

        화재, 붕괴, 자연재해 등의 재난 발생으로 건물 내부가 붕괴하는 경우, 기존의 건물 내부의 물리적 보안이 무력해질 확률이 높다. 이때, 붕괴 건물 내의 인명피해와 물적 피해를 최소화하기 위한 물리적 보안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 연구되었던 장애물을 탐지하고 건물 내 붕괴된 지역을 탐지하는 연구와 인명피해를 최소화하기 위한 딥러닝 기반 객체 탐지 알고리즘을 융합하여 재난 상황의 피해를 최소화하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서 단일 카메라만을 활용하여 현재 로봇이 있는 복도 환경의 붕괴 여부를 판단하고 구조 및 수색 작업에 방해가 되는 장애물을 탐지했다. 이때, 붕괴 건물 내 물체는 건물의 잔해나 붕괴로 인해 비정형의 형태를 가지며 이를 장애물로 분류하여 탐지하였다. 또한, 재난 상황에서 자원 중 가장 중요한 요구조자를 탐지하고 인적 피해를 최소화하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 공개된 재난 영상과 재난 상황의 이미지 데이터를 수집하여 다양한 딥러닝 기반 객체 탐지 알고리즘을 통해 재난 상황에서 요구조자를 탐지하는 정확도를 구했다. 본 연구에서 재난 상황에 요구조자를 탐지하는 알고리즘을 분석한 결과 YOLOv4 알고리즘의 정확도가 0.94로 실제 재난 상황에서 활용하기 가장 적합하다는 것을 증명하였다. 본 논문을 통해 재난 상황의 효율적인 수색과 구조에 도움을 주며 붕괴된 건물 내에서도 높은 수준의 물리적 보안을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. If the inside of a building collapses due to a disaster such as fire, collapse, or natural disaster, the physical security inside the building is likely to become ineffective. Here, physical security is needed to minimize the human casualties and physical damages in the collapsed building. Therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm to minimize the damage in a disaster situation by fusing existing research that detects obstacles and collapsed areas in the building and a deep learning-based object detection algorithm that minimizes human casualties. The existing research uses a single camera to determine whether the corridor environment in which the robot is currently located has collapsed and detects obstacles that interfere with the search and rescue operation. Here, objects inside the collapsed building have irregular shapes due to the debris or collapse of the building, and they are classified and detected as obstacles. We also propose a method to detect rescue requesters-the most important resource in the disaster situation-and minimize human casualties. To this end, we collected open-source disaster images and image data of disaster situations and calculated the accuracy of detecting rescue requesters in disaster situations through various deep learning-based object detection algorithms. In this study, as a result of analyzing the algorithms that detect rescue requesters in disaster situations, we have found that the YOLOv4 algorithm has an accuracy of 0.94, proving that it is most suitable for use in actual disaster situations. This paper will be helpful for performing efficient search and rescue in disaster situations and achieving a high level of physical security, even in collapsed buildings.

        실리콘 제조 공정에서 발생한 실리콘 슬러지를 활용한 용강 SiC계 승온제 제조 연구

        반도체 산업의 실리콘(Si) 제조과정에서 실리콘과 실리콘 카바이드(SiC)를 포함하는 폐 슬러리가 발생하게 된다. 폐 슬러리는 단순히 시멘트로 고형화하여 보관하거나 매립하는 방법이 있지만, 본 연구에서는 제강공정의 부원료인 승온제로 사용하는 방안이 제시되었다. 폐 슬러리를 정제하여 분말을 만들어 SiC계 슬러지 브리켓으로 재활용하였다. SiC계 슬러지 브리켓은 화학적 성분을 분석하고 투입시기와 투입량에 따른 승온제 특성을 관찰하였다. 이 결과 SiC계 슬러지 브리켓은 제강공장에서 저비용과 고효율로 용강온도를 높이는 효과가 있었다. Most Waste slurry is produced in the process of silicon manufacturing for semiconductor industry, containing silicon (Si) and silicon carbide (SiC). Waste slurry is simply stored with solidifying by cement or buried. On the other hand, it was suggested in this study that the waste slurry should be used for heating source as supplementary material in steel making process. The waste slurry was refined and pulverized, which was recycled into SiC-based sludge briquette. Chemical composition for SiC-based sludge briquette was analyzed and the feature of heating source was observed in accordance with the injection time and input amount. As a result, SiC-based sludge briquette in terms of low cost and high efficiency had an effect on increasing liquid steel temperature in steel making plants.

        Al 2013-T8 합금에서 Zr 첨가에 따른 기계적 특성 분석

        In this study, the recently developed Al 2013 alloy was T8-tempered and, to improve the strength and corrosion-resistance, slight amounts of Zr of 0.2 wt% and 0.5 wt%, respectively, were added and the mechanical properties were analyzed. For microstructure and precipitate analysis, OM observation, XRD analysis, and TEM analysis were performed, and for the mechanical property analysis, hardness and tensile strength tests were done. Also, in order to determine the corrosion rate according to the Zr content, a potentiodynamic polarization test was performed and the properties were compared and analyzed. The size of the precipitate varied with the content of Zr and was finest at Zr content of 0.2 wt%; it grew larger at 0.5 wt%, at which point the hardness value accordingly showed the same trend. On the other hand, as calculated from the aspect of chemical bonding among atoms, it was confirmed that the tensile strength and the corrosion-resistance increased with the same trend.

        유리생산공정 폐주석산화물에서 건식제련에 의한 주석회수기술

        현재 국내에서 소비되는 주석의 대부분은 수입에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 평판 유리, LCD 패널 유리 기판 생산시 발생하는 주석 용탕에 함유된 주석산화물을 건식법으로 회수하는 공정을 조사하였다. 환원반응온도를 변화시키며 주석의 회수율을 조사한 결과 $1350^{\circ}C$에서 최대 회수율을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 주석 산화물의 1차 제련과 슬래그의 2차 제련을 통해 88%의 회수율을 얻었다. 건식공정으로 회수된 조주석을 전해정련처리하여 99.9%의 순도를 지닌 주석 금속을 제조하였다. Most of the domestic need for tin rely on imports. In this work, a pyrometallurgical process was investigated to recover pure tin from the tin oxides in tin bath which results from the production of flat glass and LCD panel. From the results on the effect of reaction temperature, the highest recovery percentage of tin was obtained at $1350^{\circ}C$. The recovery percentage of tin was improved to 88% by employing the first and second smelting step. Electrorefining of the crude tin thus obtained led to pure tin with purity higher than 99.9%.

        본 연구에서는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 주석을 평판 유리, LCD 패널 유리 기판 생산에 사용되는 주석 용탕에서 발생하는 주석 산화물을 건식제련법을 적용한 환원공정을 통해 주석을 회수, 분리하였다. 환원 온도에 따른 주석의 회수율은 1350℃에서 최대 회수율을 얻을 수 있었으며, 주석 산화물의 1차 제련과 슬래그의 2차 제련을 통해 회수율을 88%까지 확보 할 수 있었다. 또한 조주석의 전해정련을 통해 일부 불순물을 주석으로부터 분리하여 순도 99.9%를 확보하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
