        초등학생들의 빛에 대한 개념조사

        초등학생들의 광원, 그림자, 시각에 대한 개념을 알아보고, 학년별 개념수준을 비교 하기 위해서 G 지역에 위치한 A, B, C, D 초등학교 3 학년:120명, 4 학년: 120명, 5 학년: 120명, 그리고 6 학년: 120명 총 480명을대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 광원의 개념에 대한 정답률은 학년간 차이는없었다. 그림자 개념에서는 정답률이 4 학년, 6 학년, 3 학년, 5 학년순으로 나타났으며, 시각개념에 대한 정답률은 3 학년, 6학년, 4 학년, 6학년 순으로 나타났다. 조사된 초등학생들의 광원에 대한 개념은 일차적광원에 대해서만 비교적 잘 인식하고 있었다. 빛이 어떻게 작용하여우리가 물체를 볼 수 있는지에 대해서는 대다수의 초등학생들이 학년에관계없이 정확하게 설명하지 못하는 경우가 많았다. 광원, 그림자, 시각개념에 대한 이유를 빛의 반사와 직진과 같은 빛의 성질과 관련한 과학적용어나 개념을 사용하여 설명하는 것이 부족하였으며, 학교의 과학실험시간에 관찰한 현상을 예로 들어 설명하기 보다는 자신이 일상생활에서경험한 한도 내에서 직관적으로 설명하였다. A questionnaire study was performed with 480 students, including 1203rd grade, 120 4th-grade, 120 5th-grade and 120 6th-grade students of the elementary schools A, B, C and D located at the G-region, to examine their concepts of a light source, shade and vision and to compare the concept levels by grade. The correct answer rate for the concept of a light source showed no difference between grades. For the concept of shade, the correct answer rate varied from highest to lowed an follwos: 4th grade, 6th grade, 3rd grade and 5th grade. The correct answer rates for the concept of vision were in the order of 3rd grade, 6th grade, 4th grade and 5th grade from highest to lowest. For the concept of a light source, comparatively students recognized only the initial light source well. Regardless of grade most students failed to provide correct explanations for how light acted and how objects could be seen. Students had insufficient capacity to explain a light source, shade and vision by using scientific terms or concepts and provided only intuitive answers within the limits of their own experiences.

        보리 (Hordeum vulgare L .) 유식물의 녹화에 미치는 오존의 영향

        The effects of 0.2 ppm ozone on the developing chloroplast of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) seedling during greening were examined by chlorophyll contents, photosynthetic electron transport activity, Fo, Fv and fluorescence quenching coefficient. Chlorophyll contents of seedling treated with ozone were not changed in comparison with the control during the 96 h greening experiment, but PS Ⅱ activity of the chloroplasts of seedlings treated with ozone was decreased by 15%. Fo was slightly decreased but Fv was decreased by 13% in comparison with the control. In fluorescence quenching analysis, qP and qE were decreased by 11% and 19%, respectively, in comparison with the control. These results suggest that oxidation site of PS Ⅱ is the site affected mostly and PQ pool is also affected slightly by 0.2 ppm ozone.

      • 에탄올이 자주양달개비(Tradescantia reflexa) 화분관 발아에 미치는 영향

        The effect of ethanol on the germination of pollen tubes in Tradescantia reflexa was investigated by microscope and image analysis system. The effects of various concentration of sucrose and treatment temperature were also investigated. The germination rate of pollen tube was mostly higher in the 8-10% sucrose concentration. but seriously inhibited by 20% sucrose concentration. The most adaptable temperature of pollen tube germination was 20℃, but at the 35℃ was seriously inhibited. Pollen tube germination was increased by the concentration of ethanol from 0.1 to 0.4%, but over 0.4% ethanol was negatively affected. Especially, pollen tube was not germinated at the concentration over 1.0% ethanol.

        UV-B가 보리 (Hordeum vulgare L .) 잎의 광합성 전자전달에 미치는 영향

        The effects of various intensity of UV-B on barley seedling were investigated by PS I and Ⅱ activities and chlorophyll fluorescence. The inhibitory effect of UV-B radiation on electron transport activity was increased as the intensity of UV-B irradiation was increased. Especially, PS Ⅱ is more sensitive to UV-B radiation than PS I is. By the addition of artificial electron donor, DPC, to the chloroplasts of the barley seedlings treated with UV-B, the photoreduction of DCPIP was recovered by only 11% on electron transport activity. However, the activity of PS Ⅱ was inhibited by 45% by the treatment with UV-B, but recovered it only 11% by the addition of DPC. These suggest that other sites besides the oxidation site of PS Ⅱ may be affected more by UV-B irradiation. As the intensity of UV-B was increased, Fo was increased while Fv was decreased, and thus Fv/Fm was decreased. This means that photochemical efficiency was reduced. With this parameters, it might be that UV-B radiation affected adversely to around PS Ⅱ.

        제7차 초·중등학교 과학 교과서에 나타난 동물 학습 소재 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide implications for developing science textbooks and curriculum. The textbooks of elementary and secondary school Science were analyzed for their animal-related learning contents. Among learning materials, 165 kinds of animals were presented in Science of elementary school textbooks (37 kinds in Inquiry life, 162 kinds in Science), 167 kinds in Science of middle school, 486 kinds of high school (172 kinds in Science of high school, 180 kinds in Biology I, 366 kinds in Biology II). There are most kinds of animals in Biology II textbooks than in other textbooks. It was appeared that animal species were diverse in order of Class Insecta, Mammalia, Aves in the elementary school Science textbooks, Mammalia, Insecta, Aves in the middle school, Mammalia, Aves, Pisces in the high school.

      • <日本의 中國占領地 阿片政策의 諸樣相; 中日戰爭期를 중심으로>

        日本在中國占領區所實行的鴉片政策是根據中日戰爭爆發之前在日本植民地所實行的鴉片消費地和生産地分離結構而模倣的. 卽把各占領區分成生産地, 生産消費地和消費地而實行的鴉片政策. 中日戰爭之前蒙疆地區不僅是鴉片的消費和通過地區戰略上也是重要地區, 因而日本爲了解決僞蒙疆政權的財源不足問題而被重視成鴉片生産地 華北占領區雖然是主要鴉片消費地, 可是在華北的日本統治力量不穩定而無可奈何在華北叉採用消費地和生産地的分離結構. 因華北占領區所需要的鴉片消費量太多, 不得己讓華北的一定地區內生産鴉片了. 華中占領區雖然興華北占領區相似, 而在這地區內不生産鴉片是興英美化國際社會(흔)有關. 卽這地區過去以來因英美的利益非常多的關係, 不得己抛棄生産鴉片而採用消費爲主的鴉片政策 總之在中日戰爭時期日本爲了確保財源而在中國占領區所旅行的鴉片政策是在當地日本統治力量的不穩定和國際社會的批判等變數所反映出來的. 在這鴉片政策所獲得的鴉片收入不僅有志日本的中國占領區也在日本的侵略戰爭中做了一定的作用.

        An Analysis of Recent Oriental Medical Research on Dysmenorrhea

        Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate oriental medical research on dysmenorrhea published within 10 years to analyze the trends of study on dysmenorrhea at home and abroad for progress in future clinical research. Methods & Results: Publication research was carried out on several online database systems using keywords like 'dysmenorrhea', 'traditional medicine', 'herb', 'acupuncture', 'CAM', 'complementary and alternative medicine', 'moxibustion' within 10 years(2002-2012). 32 Korean journal articles and 29 oversea journal articles were selected. Conclusions: This study concludes that more well-designed randomized-controlled studies and diverse approaches are necessary to make accumulation of evidence on oriental medical therapy of dysmenorrhea.
