        농촌초등학생의 식습관 및 식품기호에 관한 연구

        This study was undertaken to assess eating habits of 230 rural elementary school students living in ChunNam province. Anthropometric data showed that their mean height of girl students was significantly higher than that of boy students. Irregular eating pattern of girl students was noted. There was a significant difference in concerning on weight control between girls and boys. Girls especially view themselves as too obese even though their weight was in normal range and they were more concerned on weight control due to appearance. Nutrition education at school was an important factor ruling out peaky eating habits in participants. More effective nutrition education might be suggested to form a good eating habit which result in maintenance of ideal weight and promote health for rural elementary school students.

        여고생의 비만도에 따른 식습관과 식품섭취에 관한 연구

        This study was undertaken to assess eating habits and food consumption pattern of 365 adolescent girls in Kwangju area. Subjects were divided into 3 groups based on relative body weight as obesity index. Anthropometric data showed that mean height and weight were 161.9±19.0㎝ and 53.3±7.2㎏ respectively which are similar to those in the Korean Standard Growth data. Mean BMI and relative body weight were 20.50 and 97.1%. Age of menarche in the subjects significantly influenced the obesity index. Food habit score in the underweight group was significantly lower than that in the normal group at α=0.2 level by multiple range test. Obesity was significantly associated with more frequent and irregular eating. It seems that students in the obese group were concerned on their body weight and tended to consume much vegetable. Obese group consumed more fruits, less butter and fruit juice compared to other groups. It might be suggested that more effective nutrition program might be developed and implemented to ensure good food habit of adolescent girls including obese as well as underweight group.

        제한적 목적지 이미지의 다차원적 접근 모델- 북한관광 빅데이터 사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to provide academic basis for understanding and measuring multi-dimensional tourism images of restricted destinations. As we approach North Korea tourism as a case area, to derive the dimension of tourist image related to tourism between the two Koreas. And based on this, there is a purpose and significance to present the logic of the policy and institutional direction of North Korea tourism and Unification tourism. Using self-developed web crawling through the Java programming language, the data was collected as a search term for 'North Korea tourism' among the articles posted on Naver and Daum's blogs and cafes from January 01, 2014 to December 31, 2018. And text mining analysis was performed using the Netminer4 program. Using the analyzed nouns and adjective texts, explained various dimensions that form a holistic image of North Korea tourism, one of the restricted destinations. Restricted destinations differ from general tourist destination image forming systems due to their specificity such as psychological distance and structural constraints. Therefore, proposed a multi-dimensional approach model of the limited destination image approaching not only the cognitive and emotional dimension but also the emotional and perceptual structural dimension and the motivational image dimension. 본 연구는 제한적 목적지의 관광이미지를 다차원적으로 이해하고 측정하는 학술적 근거를 마련하는 한편, 북한관광을 사례지역으로 설정하여 접근함에 따라 남북관광과 관련한 관광객의 관광이미지의 차원을 도출하고 이에 근거한 북한관광 및 통일관광의 정책적·제도적 방향에 대한 논리의 근거를 제시하는데 그 목적과 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 Java 프로그래밍 언어를 통해 자체 구축한 웹크롤링을 활용하여 2014년 01월 01일부터 2018년 12월 31일로 5년간 국내 대표적인 포털사이트인 네이버와 다음의 블로그와 카페에 게시된 글 중 ‘북한관광’을 검색어로 데이터를 수집하였으며, Netminer4 프로그램을 이용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 명사 및 형용사형 텍스트를 활용하여 제한적 목적지인 북한관광에 대한 총체적이미지를 형성하는 다양한 차원을 제시하였다. 이는 이미지의 다차원성에 기인하였으며, 제한적 목적지는 심리적 거리, 구조적 제약 등의 특수성으로 인하여 일반관광목적지 이미지 형성체계와 차이가 존재하므로, 인지적·정서적 차원뿐만 아니라 감성적, 지각적 구조 차원, 동기촉진 이미지 차원으로 접근하는 제한적 목적지 이미지의 다차원적 접근 모델을 제시하였다.

        질적 접근을 통한 한반도 통일관광에 대한 인식 연구

        본 연구는 한반도 통일관광에 대한 인식을 파악하여 한반도 통일관광 정책의 방향성을 제고하고자 하는 정책적 관심에서 비롯되었다. 통일관광 인식에 대한 연구가 대부분 설문 문항을 통한 양적연구로 이루어지고 있으나 국민들의 한반도 통일관광에 대한 다양한 인식 측면이 존재할 것으로 판단되어 질적 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료 된다 . 이에 본 연구에서는 한반도 통일관광에 대한 국민들의 인식을 파악하기 위하여 질적 연구를 실시하였으며, 한반도 통일관광 정책의 방향성 설정에 기여하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 Nvivo10을 사용하여 범주를 분류하였으며, 노드별 가중치를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 참가자들이 인식하는 한반도 통일관광 요인은 자원요인, 인프라요인, 문화요인, 여가요인, 안전성요인, 경제요인으로 분류되었다. 국민들이 한반도 통일관광에 대해 경제적, 문화적 측면에서 매우 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 강한 기대감을 가지고 있었다. 이에 북한관광에 대한 논의 시 금강산, 개성에만 국한 될 것이 아니라 한반도 관광을 광범위하게 다루어야 함을 시사한다. 또한, 북한의 인프라 구축에 있어 남한의 참여에 대한 기대감에 부응하기 위해서는 북한이 법을 개정 하여 외국자본과 남한 자본을 차별하지 않도록 요구 할 필요가 있다. 하지만 문화갈등과 경제격차에 대해 부정적으로 인식하고 있었으며, 안전성 문제에 대해 불안감을 가지고 있었다. 경제 격차로 인해 발생할 수 있는 갈등에 대해 미리 점검할 필요가 있으며, 사전에 자본주의에 대한 교육이 시행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 마지막으로 안전성 문제에 대한 해결을 위해 신변 안전에 대한 남북 간의 합의와 제도적 장치가 우선적으로 마련되어야 할 것이다. 통일 시대에 대비한 한반도 통일 관광에 대한 국민들의 인식을 반영한 정책이 요구된다.

        기업성과에 영향을 미치는 기업지원서비스의 융복합 요인에 관한 연구 : 충남ㆍ세종 기업을 대상으로

        본 연구는 지역산업진흥정책의 기업지원서비스 수혜기업을 대상으로 기업지원사업을 통해 제공받은 서비 스의 융복합 요인이 종합만족도에 미치는 영향과 종합만족도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 기업지원 서비스 품질 요인 중 지원품질을 제외한 지원과정 및 지원결과 요인은 종합만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 분석되었으며, 종합만족도는 기업성과에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구는 기 업지원 서비스 품질 중 종합만족도 및 기업성과를 향상시키기 위해 보완되어져야 하는 서비스의 융복합 요인의 판 단 근거를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 지니고 있다. This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

        농촌 중학생의 식사양식, 영양지식 및 식품기호도

        This study was undertaken to investigate meal pattern, nutrition knowledge and food preference of 438 rural middle school students living in ChunNam area. As far as nutrition knowledge is concerned, most subjects did not answer correctly on the items of basic five food groups, animal fat and vegetable oil, empty source of soft drink, nutrient requirement and water's role in energy metabolism. However they responded well on the item of iron deficiency and dietary source of Ca. Male students were significantly better in the answering the items of dietary source of energy and nutrient requirement than females, while female students were significantly better on the items of water's role in energy metabolism related to obesity. Generally the respondents did neither consume oil often nor consider consumption of salty food. Furthermore, only 38.6% of subjects drink milk daily in spite of understanding dietary source of Ca, which suggested that they should incorporate nutrition knowledge into dietary behavior. The preferred foods for most subjects were fruit, kimbab and ice cream. Contrastingly the food that they did not prefer was fermented vegetable probably due to strong flavor.

        Associations of Obesity, Exercise Pattern and Nutrient Intakes in Korean Americans Living in North Western Parts of USA

        This study was conducted to find associations of obesity, exercise pattern and nutrient intakes in Korean American immigrants residing in North Western parts of USA. The structured survey forms and food frequency questionnaire that covered 67 food items were used. There was a significant difference in height for subjects by gender and age. However, the weight of females became heavier with increasing age in contrast to males. There was a great difference in BMI between the male and female group in the youngest adult group compared to the aging adults. Significant age difference in exercise pattern was shown. Dietary fiber and sodium intakes were higher in the elderly than young ones in female group. In the same young adult group Zn intakes was the highest in the male group and the lowest in the female group. Folate intakes were higher in females than in males. Strong positive correlations among height, weight and BMI were shown. Zn intake was significantly correlated with weight, height, and exercise pattern in the study. Furthermore, Zn was correlated with sodium, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin E and cholesterol.

        남녀 대학생의 음식선택기준과 외식행동

        This study was undertaken to assess eating out behavior and factors in food choices of 369 college students in Kwangju. 47.1% of subjects ate out at least once a day and lunch was the most frequent meal for eating out. Eating out expenditure was significantly associated with student's allowances. Significant differences were observed in frequency, expenditure of eating out and related factors in food preference between male and female students. Taste was the most considered factor but nutrition was the least considered in food selection of respondents. Among male respondents, the most important nutritive factor was protein followed by calorie and vitamin. However, female counterpart regarded calorie as the most important nutritive factor affecting food selection. Tendency of increased vegetable and fruit consumption was noted in subjects over past a few years. It might be suggested that effective nutrition education for college students be implemented to improve and develop eating out behavior related to nutrition in food selection.

        전남 초등학교의 급식유형별 급식관리 실태

        This study was undertaken to assess the school flood service management and its perception by dietitians. Questionnaries were developed and answered by 162 dietitians in elementary schools in Chollanam-do. The duration of the flood service system was the longest in remote areas followed by rural and urban areas. The average number of persons served a day was 680 per dietitians. More than three schools were supervised by 52.4% of dietitians. Lack of facilities, including restrooms for the flood service personnel and storage compartments for convenience products were indicated. Regardless of the type of school flood service system, the dietitians pointed out that they urgency needed gas fryers, gas griddles and vegetable cutters, which would be helpful in preparing fried flood for the students. Despite the dietitians' eagerness to teach nutritional education, 80.9% of the respondents did not provide nutritional education to the students, because of the lack of class roomtime. It was suggested that the teaching nutritional education by dietitians was desperately needed for the improvement of health and the nutritional status of school children.
