친수성과 소수성을 동시에 갖는 아세틸화 셀룰로스 에테르(ACE)를 합성하여 유기용매 용해도 및 거동 평가와 물에 대한 젖음성을 평가하였다. 친수성 고분자인 셀룰로스 에테르에 에스테르화 반응을 통해 아세틸기를 치환시켰으며, FT-IR 분석결과 수산화기의 감소와 카르복실산의 증가를 통해 아세틸화 반응을 확인하였다. 열분해 거동 분석결과 $800^{\circ}C$까지 셀룰로스와 셀룰로스 에테르와 유사한 분해거동을 보여 셀룰로스 주사슬의 구조변화 없이 치환 반응이 일어난 것을 확인하였다. 18.5~26.4의 solubility parameter의 값을 예상할 수 있는 ACE는 유기용매의 solubility parameter 값에 의해 탁도와 점도가 결정되었다. 합성한 ACE의 접촉각은 셀룰로스 에테르 보다 높은 값을 보였으나 시간에 따른 접촉각 변화는 유사한 경향을 보였다. 이는 치환된 아세틸기에 의한 소수성, 무수 글루코스 단위체 내의 반응하지 않고 잔존하는 수산화기에 의해 친수성을 동시에 가지는 것을 알 수 있었다. Acetylated Cellulose Ether (ACE), cellulose-based amphiphilic polymer with hydrophilic and hydrophobic, was synthesized and investigated in terms of its solubility and wettability for organic solvents and water. Acetyl group was substituted to the cellulose ether in a hydrophilic polymer by esterification. As a result of FT-IR, the peak corresponding to the hydroxyl group decreased and carboxyl acid peak increased with increasing reaction time and temperature, which signified the increase in the degree of acetylation of the ACE. There were similar thermal decomposition behaviors before and after esterification reaction until $800^{\circ}C$ so that the reaction occurred without significant structural changes of cellulose backbones. The solubility parameter of the ACE had a range of 18.5~26.4, and its viscosity and turbidity were controlled according to the solubility parameter of organic solvents. The ACE showed the hydrophilicity because the contact angle of the ACE was higher than the cellulose ether. These results confirmed that the ACE had the hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity due to the ether which was glucosidic bonding between the glucose units and un-reacted hydroxyl functional groups in the ACE.

During the drying process of sized yarn, the film of sizing agent begins to form from the outpost side of the sized yarn. When the film of sizing agent has formed, drying rate decreases rapidly. In the constant drying rate region, drying rate can be obtained theoretically from the energy balance. Drying rate in the falling-drying-rate region, however, depends on the mass fraction of water at the plastic paste surface and therefore is obtained through the experiments. Predictions of drying rate using the developed empirical correlation show good agreement with the experimental results.

대장 내시경 검사에서 장 정결은 필수적인 조건이며, 이를 위해선 장 정결제가 반드시 필요하고 정결제는 각기 다른 특성을 지니고 있다. 따라서 정상 신기능을 가진 환자라도 대장 내시경의 목적 및 환자의 증상에 따라 장 정결제 선택에 주의를 해야 할 것으로 생각된다. Most reported cases of hypermagnesemia are related to laxative abuse and impaired renal function, while hypermagnesemia is uncommon without iatrogenic magnesium administration and decreased renal function. Magnesium-containing bowel-cleansing agents are widely used before colonoscopy, usually without complications. However, we experienced a case of symptomatic hypermagnesemia with normal renal function after using a bowel-cleansing agent. A 74-year-old man with normal renal function complained of lethargy and motor weakness after taking a bowel-cleansing agent containing 14 grams of magnesium before a colonoscopy for hematochezia. His magnesium level was 12 mg/dL. Fluid stasis in the gut due to colonic obstruction might have caused the hypermagnesemia. He was treated successfully with a bowel enema and intravenous calcium. We should be cautious when prescribing drugs for colonoscopy if colonic obstruction is suspected. (Korean J Med 2016;91:306-310)

We present results of a combined experimental and theoretical investigation of the dynamics of acapsule carried by fluid in a vertical pipe. We develop a physicla model for a capsule falling in a vertical pipe, which predicts the dependence of the capsule velocity on the volume flowrate through the pipe and the gap distance between the capsule and tube. The model shows a good agreement with experimental measurements with a vertical pipe with an inner diameter of 3.2 ㎝ with various flow rates of water. Our results thus provide the parameter to control the capsule speed, which can be used for hydraulic transportation of sludge, hazardous material and probe.

We report a study on the dynamics of the transport of a capsule immersed in a vertical pipe. Techniques to convey objects through liquid flow pipes using a hydraulic mean are used to transport sludge and hazardous materials. For the better understanding of the techniques, we developed a theoretical model to predict the transport speed of a cylindrical capsule in a vertical pipe. The comparison of the model prediction with the experiments shows that our model using the lubrication approximation precisely describes the experimental observations in cases where the gap between the capsule and pipe wall is sufficiently small. Our study suggests parameters to control the falling speed and thus enable an accurate control of the capsule speed in hydraulic transport systems.

급격하게 성장하고 있는 오픈 리소스인 링크드 데이터는 최근 선진국 정부의 많은 관심 속에 데이터 공개 및 상호운용성 확보를 위한 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 신뢰할 수 있는 개체 식별 기술의 부재로 링크드 데이터의 양적 성장에 비해 개체 수 대비 링크의 수가 적은 현상과 일부 데이터 셋에 링크가 집중되는 현상을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 링크드 데이터의 문제를 해결하기 위해 개체 간 관계(owl:sameAs, owl differentFrom 등)를 이용하거나 Curation 방식을 사용하는 기존 링크드 데이터 기반 개체 식별 방식의 문제를 다중 온톨로지의 개체 식별이 가능한 자동화된 개체 식별 방식을 통해 개선하고 저자 개체의 대응 속성과 개체 유형의 논리적 특성을 활용하여 개체 식별 정합성을 검증할 수 있는 다중 온톨로지 기반의 실시간 저자 식별 방법을 제안하고 평가한다. 본인의 확인을 거친 29명의 저자 정보를 이용해 개체 식별 정확성 결과를 평가하여 평균 0.8533 (K measure)의 긍정적인 성능을 보였다. In recent years, Linked Data that is published under an open license shows increased growth rate and comes into the spotlight due to its interoperability and openness especially in government of developed countries. However there are relatively few out-links compared with its entire number of links and most of links refer a few hub dataset. These occur because of absence of technology that identifies entities in Linked data. In this paper, we present an improved author entity resolution method that using representative properties. To solve problems of previous methods that utilizes relation with other entities(owl:sameAs, owl:differentFrom and so on) or depends on Curation, we design and evaluate an automated realtime resolution process based on multi-ontologies that respects entitys type and its logical characteristics so as to verify entities consistency. The evaluation of author entity resolution shows positive results (The average of K measuring result is 0.8533.) with 29 author information that has obtained confirmation.
