        성견의 치조 연상 임플란트주위 결손부에서의 탈회냉동건조골과 e-PTEE막의 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the adjunctive combined effect of demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft(DFDB) in guided bone regeneration on supra-alveo-lar peri-implant defect. Supra-alveolar perio-implant defects, 3mm in height, each including 4 IMZ titanium plasma-sprayed implants were surgically created in two mongrel dogs. Subsequently, the defects were treated with 1 of the following 3 modalities: Control) no membrane or graft application, Group1) DFDB application, Group2) guided bone regeneration using an expanded polytetra-fluoroethylene membrane, Group3) guided bone regeneration using membrane and DFDB. After a healing period of 12-week, the animals were sacrificed, tissue blocks were harvested and prepared for histological analysis. Histologic examination were as follows; 1. New bon formation was minimal in control and Group 1, but considerable new bone formation was observed in Group 2 and Group 3. 2. There was no osteointegration at the implant-bone interface in the high-polished area of group2 and Group 3. 3. In fluorescent microscopic examination, remodeling of new bone was most active during week 4 and week 8. There was no significant difference in remodeling rate between group 2 and group 3. 4. DFDB particles were observed, invested in a connective tissue matrix. Osteoblast activity in the area was minimal. The results suggest that guided bone regeneration shows promising results in supra-alveolar peri-implant defects during the 12 week healing period although it has a limited potential in promoting alveolar bone regeneration in the high-polished area. There seems to be no significant adjunctive effect when DFDB is combined with GBR.

        심폐소생술 전화 지도를 포함한 119구급상황관리센터 이용 현황 분석

        Objective: Analyses of the status of 119 emergency situation control center (119 ESCC) usage are lacking. Therefore, this study investigated the status of the 119 ESCC usage, including dispatcher-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DA-CPR) instructions. Methods: The emergency activity daily reports and emergency instruction sheets of 119 ESCC from January to December 2016 were reviewed. For more accurate status analysis, the computerized data of the 1339 Emergency Medical Information Center from January to December 2011 were also reviewed. Results: In 2016, the total usage of the 119 ESCC was 1,393,876 calls, which was 27.8% lower than the 1,930,977 calls in 2011. Of the 1,393,876 eligible calls, the most common call was hospital guidance (n=743,799, 53.4%), followed by first aid (n=397,620, 28.5%), disease consultation (n=150,128, 10.8%), medical oversight (n=81,174, 5.8%), and interhospital transfer (n=5,123, 0.4%). Regarding the user number per 10,000 persons, Daejeon was the greatest at 57.2, whereas Changwon was the lowest at 11.5. A total number of DA-CPR was 19,439. The time from the call to chest compression were 173±88.6 seconds in the subjects having previous cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and 184.0± 88.2 in the subjects having no such training (P<0.001). Conclusion: The ratio of first aid instructions, including DA-CPR, among total usage of the 119 ESCC increased but the overall usage of the 119 ESCC decreased. Therefore, further efforts will be needed to improve the quality and professionality of the information provided through the operation of 119 ESCC.

        기원전 111년 농지법에 나오는 Viasii vicani의 기능과 Adtributio의 의미

        The agrarian law of 111 B.C, is thought to have opened the high way of capitalism for Rome, granting the rights of property ownership to the possessors of the Roman public land on the condition of paying tax. In this context, the viasii vicani, that is ‘neighbour possessors’ of the public roads, were charged to maintain the roads under the survey of censors. Their specific functions did not attract attention because of their notable absence in other related historical material afterwards. But the contents of the Tabulae Heracleenses containing the Julian municipal law of 45 B.C., show the process of attributing the responsibility to the owners of buildings neighboring to the public roads. According to the Tabula the aediles had to outsource the maintenance of the roads with contractors when the owners rejected the duty. This process of adtributio, is the same as the charging of a war tax, tributum. In this manner the viasii vicani resemble the ordo of tribuni aerarii paying for the soldiers. This method of responsibility conforms with the civic ideals of Greek and Roman finance. 기원전 111년의 농지법에 나오는 비아시‧비카니에 관한 기술의 의미를 검토하였다. 공유지의 사유화라는 농지법 전체의 흐름과 달리 로마의 공공도로 변에 위치한 건물이나 토지를 가진 접도민에게는 도로 유지보수 책임이 지워져 있었다. 이들의 명칭은 이 법에서만 나오므로 기원전 111년 전에 존재하였으나 얼마 안 되어 소멸된 집단으로 파악되며, 소상한 기능은 알 수 없었다. 헤라클레아 비문에 따르면 도로에 이웃한 건물주가 해야 할 의무를 수행하지 않을 경우 아이딜리스가 보수공사를 입찰하고 그 금액을 건물주가 지불한다. 이런 절차는 분담, 즉 아드트리부티오라는 용어로 표시되는 데, 이는 전쟁세인 트리부툼의 부과에 사용된 용어이다. 같은 방식으로 수행되는 도로 유지 책임은 시민의 이상에 부합한 것이지 토지 점유자에 가해진 일방적인 부역은 아닐 것이다.

        상부채광을 이용한 박물관 전시공간의 자연채광 성능 평가에 관한 연구

        Daylight is one of major parameters in the museum. To enhance space quality, many architects have tried to predict daylight performance in the Museum Design. This paper is to predict daylight performance in the exhibition space of museum installed with various shapes of toplight.After examining many cases of museums, the shapes such as the horrizontal, the inclined and the vertical toplights were evaluated for the daylight performance. Also, evaluations of daylight performance were carried out for the effective transmittances of the various shapes of light well. Then, the illuminances in the workplane were simulated in order to compare with the design illuminances for the exhibition spaces. The program used in this paper was RADIANCE and all the data simulated in this paper were conducted in the overcast sky condition.The results of this paper indicated that 1) in the case of horizontal types, the enhanced well depth or the installation of the shading devices were needed for daylight control, 2) in the Inclined types, the sawtooth inclination of 60∼ 45 was desirable for the effective control of daylight in the interior space, 3) vertical types showed the best performance for the daylight control in the exhibition space of the museum.

        한국 포천 철(-동) 스카른 광상의 지질, 광화작용 및 생성연대

        선캄브리아기 경기육괴의 북서부에 위치한 포천 철(-동)광상은 다양한 이론이 제시되어 논쟁 대상이 되었으며, 성인적 측면에서 변성(-배기형) 퇴적 광상이 주된 생성이론으로 인지되었다. 본 논문에서는 포천 스카른화작용/철광화작용의 핵심 증거를 통하여 공간적으로 인접한 명성산 화강암이 관계화성암의 가능성을 제시하였다. 포천 스카른은 석회암과 백운암의 다양한 탄산염암을 모암으로 하여 Ca계열, Mg계열 및 Na-Ca계열 스카른이 형성되었다. 철광화작용은 주로 Na-Ca계열 스카른대를 따라 배태되고 있으며, 후퇴 스카른 단계에 국부적으로 동 광화작용이 중첩된다. 포천 후퇴 스카른 단계에 정출된 금운모의 Ar-Ar과 K-Ar연대측정 결과는 $110.3{\pm}1.0{\sim}108.3{\pm}2.8Ma$이며, 스카른 철(-동) 광화작용은 천부 관입암체인 명성산 화강암의 관입시기(112 Ma)와 일치하여 관계화성암으로 추정된다. 주변 탄산염암, 스카른 및 맥상의 탄산염광물간 산소-탄소 동위원소 빈화된 경향성은 개방계 조건($XCO_2=0.1$)에서 열수의 탈탄산염화 작용과 침투작용에서 유도되었다. 한편 황화광물(황동석-황철석 혼합물)과 경석고에서 매우 높은 황 동위원소 값은 황근원물질이 주변 탄산염암에 함유되어 있던 황산염광물로부터 공급되었을 가능성을 지시한다. 포천 광상 주변의 전단대에서는 파쇄대가 중첩되어 발달하여 있으며, 백악기 화강암으로부터 공급된 고온성 광화유체가 이러한 약선대를 따라 유입되어 약 $500^{\circ}{\sim}400^{\circ}C$의 온도범위에서 강력한 근지성 스카른화작용과 함께 광화작용이 유도되었다. The Pocheon iron (-copper) deposit, located at the northwestern part of the Precambrian Gyeonggi massif in South Korea, genetically remains controversial. Previous researchers advocated a metamorphosed (-exhalative) sedimentary origin for iron enrichment. In this study, we present strong evidences for skarnification and Fe mineralization, spatially associated with the Myeongseongsan granite. The Pocheon deposit is composed of diverse carbonate rocks such as dolostone and limestone which are partially overprinted by various hydrothermal skarns such as sodic-calcic, calcic and magnesian skarn. Iron (-copper) mineralization occurs mainly in the sodic-calcic skarn zone, locally superimposed by copper mineralization during retrograde stage of skarn. Age data determined on phlogopites from retrograde skarn stage by Ar-Ar and K-Ar methods range from $110.3{\pm}1.0Ma$ to $108.3{\pm}2.8Ma$, showing that skarn iron mineralization in the Pocheon is closely related to the shallow-depth Myeongseongsan granite (ca. 112 Ma). Carbon-oxygen isotopic depletions of carbonates in marbles, diverse skarns, and veins can be explained by decarbonation and interaction with an infiltrating hydrothermal fluids in open system ($XCO_2=0.1$). The results of sulfur isotope analyses indicate that both of sulfide (chalcopyrite-pyrite composite) and anhydrites in skarn have very high sulfur isotope values, suggesting the $^{34}S$ enrichment of the Pocheon sulfide and sulfate sulfur was derived from sulfate in the carbonate protolith. Shear zones with fractures in the Pocheon area channeled the saline, high $fO_2$ hydrothermal fluids, resulting in locally developed intense skarn alteration at temperature range of about $500^{\circ}$ to $400^{\circ}C$.
