부동산경매에서 공동의 허위 유치권에 대한 개선방안에 관한 연구

부동산경매는 집행권원을 가지고 있는 채권자가 채무자의 재산에 대하여 법원에 경매절차를 신청하여 진행하고 물건 매각 후 배당절차를 통하여 채권을 충족시키는 강제집행 절차이다. 문제는 부동산경매 절차상에서 허위 유치권을 행사하여 선량한 채권자들과 입찰자들에게 입찰에 두려움을 주고 이를 악용하여 허위의 채권을 내세워 허위 공사비를 요구하는 사례가 있어 사회에 문제가 되고 있다. 허위로 신고된 부동산 유치권은 1인이 행사하는 사례와 수인이 행사하고 있고 채권자들의 피해를 방지하기 위한 제도적 개선이 필요하다. 법원은 매각물건을 매각하기 전에 집행법원의 집행관이 먼저 매각물건에 허위 유치권을 판단하기 위해 점유형태의 사전조사, 유치권의 사전심사제도를 마련하고 경매상 매수인의 허위유치권자에 대한 부당득금을 등을 신속히 청구할 수 있도록 법제를 마련하면 경매 절차상 허위 유치권이 감소하여 이해관계인들의 피해가 발생하지 않게 될 것이다.

This study is aim to synthesize the meaning change through the extension of syntagmatic relations. With this theory, I try to explicit the extension of meaning occurred by the syntagmatic relations between nouns and verbs should be explained with the inference of inherent meaning. For this study, I pointed out some problems of lexical function theory that tries to explain universal factor of meaning occurred by combining between lexicons as the lexical function theory. In addition to, I also pointed out the problem of support verb theory which is the description model of predicates that combines with predicate noun. I criticized the lexical function theory that meaning would be divided into several abstract factor of meaning, also I explicit that is not the ultimate aim of semantics. I did not accept the presupposition of support verb which has no lexical meaning as well. In any case, verbs have those lexical meanings. One of the purpose on lexical semantics is to explicit internal and external motivation on the meaning extension. Besides, this trial to explicit the motive of meaning extension make us overcome dichotomy on aspect of syntactics which divides verbs into common verbs and support verbs.

Amonia gas sensitive ZnO:In thin films were prepared by In(100 Å)/ZnO(3000 Å) double layer deposition onto the Si-wafer substrate thermally grown with 1000 A SiO_(2) and the subsequent heat treatment process. Dependence of the sensitivity and selectivity of them on heat treatment temperature was investigated. The thin film heat-treated at 400 ℃ showed the highest sensitivity at an operating temperature of 300 ℃. The selectivity towards CO, NO_(x) gases was observed in the same temperature.

This study aims to explore the implications of employing ‘Equalized Honorific Style(in Korean pyŏng’ŏ)’ in university classrooms, specifically focusing on the humanistic and educational philosophical aspects. Language, as a symbolic system, is crafted for transmitting discourse and conversation, shaped by individuals’ practical engagement with and attribution of meaning to the world. In this regard, language stands as the oldest ‘apparatus’ capturing the essence of human existence. Bound by language, we are inevitably constrained by this apparatus. The key lies not merely in using the apparatus correctly, but in historicizing and secularizing the order of language (linguistic apparatus), perceiving it as something innate and natural. The goal is to recognize that the order of words is merely a condition given within specific social relationships and to find a path to self-liberation by altering these conditions captured by the apparatus. In this context, ‘Equalized Honorific Style’ is introduced as a playful strategy in de-subjectification. Through ‘Equalized Honorific Style,’ students experience internal dissonance. Additionally, it fosters the formation of new relationships between professors and students based on intimacy. ‘Equalized Honorific Style’ encompasses two educational philosophical implications: one emphasizes the importance of practicing the alteration of rules, while the other underscores the necessity of engaging in acts that secure one’s identity by distancing oneself from conventional norms. 이 연구는 대학 강의실에서 진행된 평어 쓰기가 대학 교육 현장에서 어떤 인문학적 또는 교육철학적 함의가 있는지를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 언어는 세계를 마주하고 있는 인간이 세계를 자기화하고 세계에 의미를 부여하는 실천활동 속에서 생성된 것이며, 다른 사람과의 대화와 사유의 전승을 위해 만들어놓은 기호체계이다. 그런 점에서 언어는 인간을 포획하는 가장 오래된 ‘장치’이다. 언어에 사로잡혀 있는 우리는 이 장치에서 벗어날 수 없다. 관건은 장치를 틀리지 않고 잘 쓰는 게 아니다. 자연스럽고 당연한 것으로 느끼는 말의 질서(언어장치)를 역사화․세속화시켜 그것이 그저 특정한 사회적 관계 속에 주어진 조건일 뿐이며, 이 조건을 변경하여 장치에 포획된 주체에서 스스로 해방되는 길을 찾는 것이다. 이런 점에서 ‘평어 쓰기’는 한국어 존비법 체계에 균열을 가하는 탈주체화 전략의 하나로 도입한 놀이이다. 평어 쓰기를 통해 학생들은 내적 분열을 경험했다. 또한 교수와 학생 간에 친밀성을 바탕으로 새로운 관계를 형성했다. 평어 쓰기는 두 가지 교육철학적 함의를 갖고 있다. 하나는 규칙을 바꿔버리는 실천이 중요하다는 점이다. 다른 하나는 자기 자신에서 벗어남으로써 자신의 정체성을 확보하는 실천 행위가 필요하다는 점이다.

NMR analysis of organic ligands on quantum-dots

Quantum dot (QD) is an emerging novel nanomaterial that has wide applicability and superior functionality with relatively low cost. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy has been contributed to elucidate various features of QDs and to improve their overall performance. In particular, NMR spectroscopy becomes an essential analytical tool to monitor and analyze organic ligands on the QD surface. In the present mini-review, application of NMR spectroscopy as a superb methodology to appreciate organic ligands is discussed. In addition, it was recently noted that ligands exert rather greater influence on diverse features of QDs than our initial anticipation, for which contribution of NMR spectroscopy is briefly reviewed.
