        리튬이차전지용 고체 전해질의 최근 진전과 전망

        현재 상용화되어 있는 리튬이온전지에 사용하고 있는 비수계 유기 전해액은 가연성, 부식성, 고휘발성, 열적 불안정성 등의 단점 때문에 더욱 안전하고 장수명을 보이는 고체 전해질로 대체하는 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 이것은 전기자동차 및 에너지저장 시스템과 같은 중대형 이차전지에도 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. 다양한 형태의 고체 전해질 중에서 현재 고분자 매트릭스에 활성 무기 충진재가 포함되어 있는 복합 고체 전해질이 고이온전도도와 전극과의 탁월한 계면접촉을 이루는데 가장 유리한 것으로 알려졌다. 본 총설에서는 우선 고체 전해질의 종류와 연혁에 관해 간단히 소개하고, 고분자 및 무기 충진재 (불활성 및 활성)로 구성되는 고체 고분자 전해질 및 무기 고체 전해질의 기본적 물성 및 전기화학적 특성을 개괄한다. 또한 이 소재들의 형상을 기준으로 입자형 (0D), 섬유형 (1D), 평판형 (2D), 입체형 (3D)의 형식으로 구성된 복합고체 전해질과 이에 따른 전고체 전지의 전기화학적 특성을 논의한다. 특히 리튬금속 음전극을 사용하는 전고체 전지에 있어서 양전극-전해질 계면, 음전극-전해질 계면, 입자간 계면의 특성에 관해 소개하고, 마지막으로 현재까지 보고된 관련 총설들을 참조하여 복합 고체 전해질 기술의 현재 요구조건 및 미래 전망을 알아본다. Nonaqueous organic electrolyte solution in commercially available lithium-ion batteries, due to its flammability, corrosiveness, high volatility, and thermal instability, is demanding to be substituted by safer solid electrolyte with higher cycle stability, which will be utilized effectively in large-scale power sources such as electric vehicles and energy storage system. Of various types of solid electrolytes, composite solid electrolytes with polymer matrix and active inorganic fillers are now most promising in achieving higher ionic conductivity and excellent interface contact. In this review, some kinds and brief history of solid electrolyte are at first introduced and consequent explanations of polymer solid electrolytes and inorganic solid electrolytes (including active and inactive fillers) are comprehensively carried out. Composite solid electrolytes including these polymer and inorganic materials are also described with their electrochemical properties in terms of filler shapes, such as particle (0D), fiber (1D), plane (2D), and solid body (3D). In particular, in all-solid-state lithium batteries using lithium metal anode, the interface characteristics are discussed in terms of cathode-electrolyte interface, anode-electrolyte interface, and interparticle interface. Finally, current requisites and future perspectives for the composite solid electrolytes are suggested by help of some decent reviews recently reported.

        우리나라 중소기업 정책정보시스템의 현황 및 개선 방향에 관한 연구

        Korea SMBA(Small and Medium Business Administration) is operating SMEs Policy Information System called SPi-1357 as a part of electronic government business, G4B. SPi-1357 system is offering tailor made policy information to a nation through on-off line system. In this paper, I provide the offering status of policy information, the status of SPi-1357 system, political results of SPi-1357 system, comparison with other country's policy information system, and the development direction of SPi-1357 system. Until now, most Policy Information Systems documents have focused on policy maker but the focus of this paper is functionally oriented SMEs.

        New Optimization Algorithm for Data Clustering

        Large data handling is one of critical issues that the data mining community faces. This is particularly true for computationally intense tasks such as data clustering. Random sampling of instances is one possible means of achieving large data handling, but a pervasive problem with this approach is how to deal with the noise in the evaluation of the learning algorithm. This paper develops a new optimization based clustering approach using an algorithm specifically designed for noisy performance. Numerical results show this algorithm better than the other algorithms such as PAM and CLARA. Also with this algorithm substantial benefits can be achieved in terms of computational time without sacrificing solution quality using partial data.

      • Cubit : 직관적 사용행태를 반영한 게임 컨트롤러 개발

        이 과제는 2015 년 삼성디자인멤버십과 삼성소프트웨어멤버십의 협업 프로그램인 MCP(Membership Convergence Project)에서 진행한 프로젝트이다. 3 차원 공간의 x, y, z 의 축을 모두 가지고 있는 가장 기본적 형태인 큐브를 모티브로 가지고, 3D to 3D, ‘3D 인터페이스 게임을 3D 디바이스로 다루다’라는 컨셉으로 3D 게임 컨트롤러와 플랫폼 ‘Cubit’을 제작했다. Cubit 은 3D 공간을 가장 직관적으로 조작하는 컨트롤러입니다. 현실의 움직임을 반영한 조작 방법으로 보다 실감나게 3D 컨텐츠를 즐길 수 있다. 사람들이 디바이스를 다루는 실제 행동에 대해 집중하여 단순한 키의 조합이 아닌 우리에게 가장 익숙하고 자연스러운 ‘동작’을 사용하는 컨트롤러이다. 이렇게 디자인된 Cubit 은 3D 인터랙션, 새로운 감각, 다양한 컨텐츠를 사용자에게 제공하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 또한, 큐브 컨트롤러만의 독자적인 방식의 인터랙션에 대한 고찰이 필요했다. 실험을 통해 사용자들이 큐브로 대표적인 게임 테스크를 수행 시에 어떤 행동 패턴을 보이는 지 알아보았다. 실험을 토대로 도출 한 동작을 바탕으로 Cubit 컨트롤러만의 독자적인 인터랙션을 발굴하였다. This project is one of the works from MCP(Membership Convergence Project) a cooperative group exhibition of Samsung Design Membership and Samsung Software Membership. We created ‘cubit’, new game platform and new controller, with the concept of ‘controlling 3D-interface-game with 3Dinteraction-device’. Cube, the motive of cubit’s shape, is the basic form of threespace’s representation, which has x, y, z axis. Cubit is the most intuitive controller which can control three-dimensional space. You can enjoy 3D contents more realistically with the way of controlling ‘cubit’. We focused on how people actually ‘handle" devices not ‘control’, so that we tried to make the most natural and familiar controller which inputs not a combination of keyboard keys but "the human motion’. We are trying to convey new 3D interaction and senses, and to give diverse contents for users with ‘Cubit’. Therefore, we need some consideration for developing the originality of its interaction. We observed user"s behavior pattern when they play games through some experiments. Consequently we invented ‘cubit’ controller’s unique interaction.

        한국 의료진의 전문간호사 업무 법제화에 대한 인식

        Purpose: This study aimed to explore perception level of health care professionals on legislation for advanced practice nurses’roles focusing and practice acts. Methods: The 173 participants in this study were medical specialists and clin-ical nurses in one territory and two general hospitals. Results: Health care professionals expressed positive perceptions of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Health care professionals expressed positive cognition of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Conclusions: The findings indicate that the importance, satisfaction and contribution of advanced practice nurses’acts, and legislation of their roles are recognized. Indicate a need for further development of advanced practice nurses’roles to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

        The aim of this study is to compare the current practise of punctuation marks in South and North Korea and to propose unified rules. it is devided into following chapters. First Chapter - Introduction. The second chapter deals with the different practices of punctuation marks in South and North Korea. Chapter three investigates problems of rule unification. Chapter four gives a one - to - one comparison of the current practoce regarding punctuation marks in the Korean language. Chapter five - Conclusion. Since emotional and ideological differences should play a lesser role in punctuation mark s than, say, in the lexicon, unifying punctuation mark rules may be regarded a first step to overcome other lingusitic differences as well.

        제1대구치의 맹출지연에 관한 임상적 고찰

        Among the permanent teeth, the first permanent molars play the greatest role in occlusion and function. So, the congenital missing, abnormal reuption or abnormal formation of the first permanent molars in the course of arch development would inflict normal development of dental arches. Therefore, early detection of abnormal cases related to first permanent molars and understanding of current and predictable clinical problems are essential for proper occlusal guidance in children. With the aim of investigating the clinical patterns of delayed eruption of first permanent molars in children, panoramic tomograms of the childern in mixed and early permanent dentition were observed and analyzed. The results were as follows : 1. Among the delayed eruption of first permanent molars, on tooth or bilateral teeths were affected most frequently. Delayed eruption was more prevalent in maxilla than in mandible. 2. The formation of tardily erupted teeth were also delayed. 3. Delayed eruption was generally limited in first molars or molar segments. 4. Delayed eruption of first permanent molars is accompanied by abnormal position of tooth germs, for example, ectopic eruption, delayed dental age, delayed localized tooth formation and generalized congenital missing. 5. There was a tendency of delayed formation or congenital missing of second molars distal to tardily erupted 1st molars. And that was more marked in maxilla than in mandible. 6. There was reported that affected 1st molars show various size and shapes. Maxillary 1st molars showing delayed eruption showed a tendency of having 3 cusps. But, tardily erupted mandibular 1st molars showed no significant reduction in mesiodistal dimension, as reported. 7. In some cases, the delayed eruption of 1st permanent molars was associated with ectopic eruption, but their formation was not usually retarded. 8. In skeletal classⅢ cases, there showed a tendency of mandibular 1st molars to erupt earlier than maxillary 1st molars with greater interval than in normal occlusion.
