        갑상샘암 환자에서 수술 및 치료과정에서 유도된 갑상샘 호르몬 결핍이 정서적 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        연구목적 : 갑상샘암 환자는 수술 및 방사성 요오드치료를 포함한 치료과정 동안 우울, 불안을 포함한 정서적 디스트레스(distress)를 경험할 수 있다. 이번 전향적 연구는 분화갑상샘암 환자의 치료과정 중 수술 전, 수술 후, 일시적 갑상샘 기능저하 상태의 세 시점에서 우울과 불안 정도를 비교하기 위해 시행되었다. 방 법 : 병원우울불안척도와 디스트레스온도계를 사용하여 41명의 분화갑상샘암 환자의 수술 전, 수술 후, 일시적 갑상샘 기능저하 상태의 우울, 불안 정도를 순차적으로 측정하였다. 전체 환자군을 대상으로 치료과정에 따른 디스트레스의 변화를 비교하였고, 디스트레스온도계로 측정한 스트레스 점수 4점을 기준으로 스트레스가 높은 군과 낮은 군으로 나누어 디스트레스의 변화를 비교하였다. 모든 통계분석은 Window용 IBM SPSS (PASW) 18.0을 이용하였으며 디스트레스의 변화는 반복측정 분산분석으로 분석하였다. 결 과 : 병원불안우울척도의 불안점수는 수술 전($6.93{\pm}3.97$)이 수술 후($4.22{\pm}2.92$) 및 일시적 갑상샘 기능저하상태($4.93{\pm}3.64$)에서 보다 유의하게 높았다. 한편, 스트레스가 높은 군과 낮은 군에서 병원우울불안척도의 불안점수는 측정시기별로도 유의한 차이를 보였고 두 집단 사이에도 유의한 차이를 보였고 병원우울불안척도의 측정시기별 차이는 유의하지 않았고 두 집단간의 차이만 유의하였다. 결 론 : 분화갑상샘암 환자의 치료과정에서 유도되는 갑상샘 호르몬 결핍은 분화갑상샘암 환자의 정서적 디스트레스에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 분화갑상샘암 환자들에서의 정서적 디스트레스는 수술 전에 경험하는 불안감 및 염려와의 연관성이 높아보이며, 수술 전 정서적 디스트레스에 대한 평가와 스트레스 감소를 위한 개입이 필요하다. Objectives : Thyroid cancer patients may experience emotional distress during cancer treatment including surgical operation and radioactive iodine treatment. The aims of this prospective study were to investigate changes of anxiety and depressive symptoms in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC) under preoperative, postoperative and short-term hypothyroidism state. Methods : Using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale(HAD) and the Distress Thermometer, we sequentially assessed the levels of anxiety, depression and distress in 41 DTC patients at 3 time points such as preoperative state, postoperative state and short-term hypothyroidism state. Results : The HAD-anxiety score was significantly higher in preoperative state($6.93{\pm}3.97$) than postoperative state($4.22{\pm}2.92$) and short-term hypothyroidism state($4.93{\pm}3.64$). Any other significant change in depression or distress thermometer score was not observed. Especially, difference of HADS score between the distress and none-distress groups was significant in preoperative state and post-operative state, but the difference become not significant in the short-term hypothyroidism state. Conclusions : Induced thyroid hormone deficiency during cancer treatment does not significantly affect emotional distress in patient with DTC. Anxiety and depression in these patients may be associated with distress of the patient before active cancer treatment.

      • 센서리스 BLDC 전동기의 강인한 속도 제어

        본 논문에서는 전동기 파라미터와 부하에 강인한 속도 특성을 위해 디지털 IP제어를 이용한 BLDC 전동기의 센서리스 속도제어 방식을 제안한다. 단자 전압을 이용한 BLDC 전동기의 센서리스 구동시 회전자 위치 추정을 위해 아날로그 필터를 사용하기 때문에 부하나 속도에 영향을 받는다. 전동기 파라미터에 둔감하고 부하의 영향에도 강건한 센서리스 속도제어를 하기 위해서는 정확한 회전자 위치 추정과 연동하는 강인한 속도 제어기가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 IP제어를 이용하여 부하의 변동에도 강인한 정속제어와 일정 부하로 운전 중 가감속시 임의의 속도변화에 대해 BLDC 전동기의 안정된 센서리스 제어가 가능하도록 구성하였다. 이에 대한 타당성은 실험을 통하여 입증하고자 한다. The sensorless speed control technique for BLDC motor using digital IP control is proposed in this paper for advanced speed characteristic which is robust to motor parameters and load variations. The sensorless drive of BLDC motor using terminal voltages is affected by load or speed because it uses analog filters to estimate the rotor position. For this reason, the robust speed controller with the accurate rotor position estimator is needed for sensorless control which is robust to load and insensitive to motor parameters. The constant speed robust to load variation and the stable sensorless control of BLDC motor robust to the increase or decrease of speed with constant load is implemented using digital IP control in this paper. The validity to these is established with experimentation.

      • Cloning of subtilisin Carlsberg gene from Bacillus licheniformis

        Bacillus licheniformis로부터 썹틸리신 칼스버그 효소의 유전정보를 담고 있는 유전자를 15-mer의 합성된 올리고뉴클레오티드를 probe로 사용하여 "in-situ colony hybridization technique"으로 찾아내었다. 제한효소 Pst1으로 절단된 chromosomal DNA를 pBR322의 Pst1부위에 연결시킨 후 이것으로 대장균을 형질전환시켜 얻은 3,500여개의 콜로니를 in-situ colony hybridization technique를 써서 조사한 결과 probe에 hybridization되는 양성콜로니를 한개 얻었다. 여기에서 얻은 재조합유전자를 pS113이라 명명하였으며 제한효소로 이를 분석해 본 결과 4.6Kb 정도의 유전자가 삽입되었고 제한효소들의 절단부위는 이마 보고된 Jacobs의 결과와 대개 일치하였다. 위에서 얻은 유전자를 Bacillus에서 발현시키기 위해 제한효소 Pst1으로 절단된 pS113을 pMK4의 Pst1부위에, 연결시킨 후 이것으로 Bacillus를 형질 전환시켰다. 형질전환된 Bacillus를 카세인 플레이트에서 프로테아제의 활성을 조사해 본 결과 유난히 큰 활성을 보이는 것이 얻어졌다. The gene encoding subtilisin Carlsberg from Bacillus licheniformis has been isolated by the "in-situ colony hybridization technique" using synthetic oligonucleotide as a probe. Pst1 digested chromosomal DNA was ligated into the Pst1 site of pBR322. The ligation mixture was used to transform E. coli and the transformants were screened by the in-situ colony hybridization technique. Out of 3,500 colonies screened, one colony was hyridized to the probe. The recombinant DNA of this positive clone was named pS113. Digestion of pS113 by restriction endonucleases showed that the size of the inserted DNA was about 4.6 Kb and the restriction map was nearly like that of Jacobs'. To express the gene in Bacillus, Pst1 digested pS113 was ligated into the Pst1 site of pMK4. The ligation mixture was used to transform B. licheniformis and the transformants were assayed on casein plate for protease secretion. We obtained a clony having a distinctively large halo.

        연속마이크로렌즈 200μm 적용 7인치 LCD-BLU 금형개발

        LCD-BLU is one of kernel parts of LCD and it consists of several optical sheets: LGP, light source and mold frame. The LGP of LCD-BLU is usually manufactured by etching process and forming numerous dots with $50\sim300{\mu}m$ diameter on the surface. But the surface of the etched dots of LGP is very rough due to the characteristics of the etching process during the mold fabrication, so that its light loss is high along with the dispersion of light into the surface. Accordingly, there is a limit in raising the luminance of LCD-BLU. In order to overcome the limit of current etched dot patterned LGP, optical pattern with continuous microlens was designed using optical simulation CAE. Also, a mold with continuous micro-lens was fabricated by UV-LiGA reflow process and applied to 7 inch size of navigator LCD-BLU in the present study.

        LCD-BLU(Liquid Crystal Display - Back Light Unit) consists of several optical sheets: LGP(Light Guiding Plate), light source and mold frame. The LGP of LCD-BLU is usually manufactured by etching process and forming numerous dots with $50{\mu}m$ in diameter on the surface. But the surface roughness of LGP with etched dots is very high, so there is much loss of light. In order to overcome the limit of current etched dot patterned LGP, optical pattern design with microlens of $50{\mu}m$ diameter was applied in the present study. The microlens pattern fabricated by modified LiGA with thermal reflow process was applied to the optical design of LGP and optical simulation was carried out to know tendency of microlens patterned LGP simultaneously. The attention was paid to the effects of different aspect ratio(i.e. $0.2\sim0.5$) of optical pattern conditions to the brightness distribution of BLU with microlens patterned LGP. Finally, high aspect ratio microlens patterned LGP showed superior results to the one made by low aspect ratio in average luminance.

        마이크로컴퓨터용 해양정보 시스템

        A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, retrieve and display the data which are referenced to geographic location. With the progress of computer graphics technologies, GIS is now become applicable to microcomputer level. A prototype Sea Information System (SIS) applicable to microcomputer has been developed for serving informations related to naval operations in the special sea areas. This system includes GIS technologies, cartographic data captured through the tablet digitizer. which results immediate displaying on pen plotters. GIS provides users with menu-driven user interface for the retrieval of informations concerning military zones, patrol area of war ship, naval bases, radar sites and its search area, missile stations, and ships' current positions. The system is currently applicable to IBM PC/AT. Minimal hardware configuration consists 640k RAM, hard disk, and pen plotter or dot matrix printer.

        Development of a haptic communication system for fashion image experience in a virtual environment

        The goal of this study was to develop a haptic communication system that can convey the tactile sensation of fashion materials in a virtual environment. In addition, the effectiveness and how realistically the virtual fabric image of this system delivers the tactile sensation of actual fabric was verified. First, a literature review was conducted through which the tactile attributes of fashion materials were defined that would be implemented in the haptic communication system. Then, a questionnaire for evaluating the tactile attributes of fashion materials was developed. Next, a haptic communication system was designed to convey fashion image experiences in a virtual environment, from which a haptic rendering model was suggested. The effectiveness of the haptic communication system was evaluated by verifying user experiences with questions developed through a user evaluation experiment. The validity of the evaluation questions pertaining to the tactile attributes and the effects of the haptic communication system were verified. Factor analysis was conducted to verify the evaluation of the tactile sense attributes of the fashion material, which identified density, thickness, and elasticity of the material as key factors. As a result of comparisons between the tactile sense through haptic characteristics and through touching, it was observed that regarding density and thickness, tactile sense experience led to greater perceived reality, while this was not the case for elasticity.
