Africa is a religiously plural society and there is constant contact and interaction between people of different religions with diverse value systems. Africa is going through a transitional period; the old order is dying and the new one is struggling to be born. Africa is experiencing a process of value re-orientation as a result of the encounter between indigenous and foreign values, including ethical ones. In this process, the need for a clear moral system is imperative because the quality of any society is bound to disintegrate. In addition, a person interacts with a variety of people and social interaction involves making judgements, about the character and actions of the people lives, guided by the morals of the society. One does not arrive at a right moral decision or judgement automatically, as there are no ready made answers to moral problems nor one correct way of doing something in a given situation. Under normal circumstances, one thinks about the problem and then decides. In this process, They are guided by the moral value systems of the society. This means that Knowledge of these values is important in order to avoid acting or judging in ignorance. It is important that one makes reasonable effort to inform oneself, not only of the moral values, but also of ethical guides and theories in order to make informed moral decisions and judgements.

The purpose of this article is to get some possibilities of environment consciousness and ethics for Korean churches through the experiences of African Independent Churches. Mission churches and AICs are the two primary ecclesial contexts in which African initiative has occurred. Mission churches are those that have evolved from the outreach of Western denominations and still represent the collegial traditions concerned. African Initiated Churches are the churches begun by Africans in Africa primarily for African. In fact, As regards the African Initiated Churches, Missionary genius, missionary methods and missiological significance of AICs have not been studies in depth. Christian mission deals with the outreach of Christian faith and life in the extension of Christ`s good news beyond the boundaries of ignorance, cultures, poverty, suffering or whatever obstacles obscure a clear Christian witness in the world. In AICs, the interpretation of a prophetic healing ministry is inevitably very wide. Illness was viewed not only as individual psychosomatic afflictions but also as sociopolitical conflicts and crises which had to be resolved in terms of very real perception of God`s expanding kingdom. So we can say that the church liberating humankind from poverty and deprivation and the church healing an abused earth are integrally linked in the AICs. In short, the prophetic churches`s ministry of healing quite naturally came to be extended to buring social and political issues in AICs` ecclesiology. Some AICs have a close identification of Christ`s body with the abused and barren soil make sense, Traditionally the ancestral guardians of the land belonged to the soil and In Africa context, Christ is both guardian and the soil itself. New conceptions of Christ`s lordship and his salvation of all creation can develop from this essentially African express of his pervading presence in the cosmos.

순환적 IDBD mission praxis 모델 적용을 통한 선교 사역 분석 및 의의 : 마티 잉골드(Mattie B. Ingold) 선교사를 중심으로

본 연구는 연구자가 이미 제시했던 순환적 IDBD Mission Praxis 분석 모델(Identification, Discovery-contexual Analysis, Biblical&Theological Reflection, Design-strategies for mission)로 125 년 전 예수병원 설립자인 마티 잉골드 선교사의 사역을 분석하여 한국교회의 선교 정책 및 방향의 체계화, 연속성에 관한 범주화 체계 구축이 연구 목적이다. 개신교가 이 땅에 전래된 지 140 여년이 지났고, 수많은 선교사들의 선교적 노력과 헌신은 한국교회가 우리 민족의 근현대사에 지도적 역할을 담당케 했음은 부인할 수 없는 사실이다. 선교사들이 전한 복음과 그들의 삶과 사역은 이 땅의 많은 사람들의 삶에 근본적인 변화를 일으켜 왔다. 그래서 한국교회는 선교사들의 삶과 사역에 대한 수많은 증언 들과 이의 역사적 고찰을 통한 가치와 의미를 오늘의 삶 가운데 되새기려 하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 학문적 작업들은 많은 경우 주관적 관점에 매몰되어 있어서, 오늘을 살아가는 그리스도인들이 따라가기 힘든 성인화(聖人化)의 과정을 보는 듯하다. 이는 한국교회가 생각하는 선교사의 상(想)을 영웅이나 성인의 이미지로 고착화시켜, 선교 실제와의 괴리를 만들어 내고 있다. 본 연구는 선교사의 사역과 삶을 객관적 틀 거리를 가지고 조망하는 작업을 하였다. 본 연구자가 이미 제안한 IDBD Mission Praxis 라는 틀 거리로 선교사의 삶과 사역을 조망함으로써, 보다 객관적이고 체계적인 눈으로 선교사의 사역과 삶을 돌아보고, 이를 바탕으로 한국교회의 선교사 파송 및 선교전략 방향에 체계적이고 연속성 있는 범주 체계 구축을 시도 하였다. This study aims to establish a systematic categorization framework for the mission policy and direction of the Korean Church, as well as continuity, by analyzing the work of Mattie B. Ingold, a missionary who founded the Presbyterian Medical Center 124 years ago, using the Cycle of IDBD Mission Praxis analysis model proposed by the researcher. It is an undeniable fact that over 130 years have passed since Protestantism was introduced to this land, and efforts and dedication of numerous missionaries have allowed the Korean church to play a leading role in the modern history of our nation. The gospel preached by missionaries and their lives and work have brought fundamental changes to the lives of many people in this land. Therefore, the Korean Church seeks to reevaluate the value and significance of the lives and work of missionaries through numerous testimonies and historical reflections. However, many of these academic works seem to be immersed in a subjective perspective, creating a process of sanctification that is difficult for present-day Christians to follow. This process solidifies the image of missionaries as heroes or saints, resulting in a disconnect from the reality of missionary practice. This study approaches the work and lives of Mattie B. Ingold from a more objective perspective. By examining the lives and work of her through the framework of IDBD Mission Praxis proposed by the researcher, this study will contribute to built a more objective and systematic view, laying the foundation for a well-organized and continuous categorization system for the Korean Church's mission policies and strategies.

피동형 원자로의 Hydraulic Valve 특성 실험

A kind of three-way check valve, so called hydraulic calve was proposed for the substitute of the density lock of passive reactor such as SPWR (System-Integrated Pressurized Water Reactor). The function of the valve are the separation of the borated water from main coolant loop for normal operation and the insurge of the water into the loop for shutdown and the removal of the decay power when the main coolant flow rate is not enough. To verify the operability and the characteristics of the valve, experimental works were executed with 1/3 scale model calve. Also a diffuser model was proposed for the theoretical analysis of the valve.

PIN 다이오드를 이용한 WLAN용 재구성 모노폴 안테나

본 논문에서는 WLAN 대역에서 동작하는 오픈된 사각 모양의 마이크로스트립패치 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 단일 공진 또는 다중 공진 주파수를 가변하여 유효 대역폭을 가지고 있으며 WLAN대역(2.4 - 2.484, 5.15 - 5.35, 5.25-5.825 GHz)을 만족하는 마이크로 스트립 선로를 갖는 평면형 모노폴 구조로 설계된다. 안테나는 FR-4 기판에 제작되었고 두께는 0.8 mm이다. 안테나의 동작모드와 재구성 특성을 분석하기 위해 전류분포와 전자계 분포를 분석하기 위해 상용 툴을 사용하였다. 최적화된 수치를 얻기 위해 각 패치의 길이에 따른 시뮬레이션 반사손실을 비교하였다. 최적화된 수치를 사용하여 스위치가 off 되었을 때 WLAN 밴드 (2.380 - 2.710 GHz)을 얻었으며, 스위치가 on 되었을 때 2.4 GHz 밴드 (2.380 - 2.710 GHz)을 얻었다. 제작 및 측정결과로부터 제안된 안테나의 반사손실 특성, 측정된 이득과 방사패턴 특성 결과를 얻었다. In this paper, we propose a open-ended rectangular microstirp patch antenna with fork-shaped feeding structure. This antenna extends the effective bandwidth by transforming single or multi resonant frequency and is designed planar monopole structure with microstrip line to satisfy the WLAN bands (2.4 - 2.484, 5.15 - 5.35, 5.25-5.825 GHz). The substrate is printed in 0.8 mm thickness on an FR-4 board. A commercial 3D simulation tool was used to analyze surface current and electromagnetic field distribution in order to analyze the operation mode and reconfiguration principle of antenna. According to the lengths of individual patches, simulated reflection loss was compared to obtain optimized values. When it was designed with the optimized values, it satisfied WLAN bands (2.380 - 2.710, 4.900 - 5.950 GHz), if the switch is off, and 2.4 WLAN band (2.380 - 2.710 GHz). From the fabricated and measured results, measured results of return loss, gain and radiation patterns characteristics displayed for operating bands.

건설 통합 설계를 위한 라이브러리 구축 방법에 관한 연구

The Subject of this research is building integrated library to supported to CAAD of the A.E.C field that is oriented to the environment of integrated design. In this research, we design and implement a new library model as a solution of design-data sharing and multi-displaying that is on the rise among many problems in construction integration. We name this integrated library ACO(Actual Component Object) and using the ACO, we can share data without loss in the fields such as construction, estimation, structure. Together with this, the different expressions along each field provide the solution of sharing both graphic data and non-graphic data. This ACO is a newly conceptualized Library that is able to supply a composite structure to an architect(designer) through the internet-based ACO System. To the ACO System that supplies those ACO service, we introduce the concept of DBMS in design and design administrator, and we investigate the solutions that enable an architect to use this ACO directly on the Web.
