본 논문은 구동경로에 미리 부착된 컬러 오각형 이정표로부터 상대적인 위치를 산출하는 무인자동차의 자기위치 인식에 관한 연구이다. 오각형의 기하학적 특징들이 패턴에 따른 모바일 로봇의 상대적 위치를 설정하는데 사용되었다. 이러한 이정표를 이용한 비젼 기반의 위치 인식은 단순하며 유통성을 가지고 있다. 이 방법은 오각형의 불변 특징량과 컬러를 이용하여 시스템이 패턴의 절대적 위치를 찾을 수 있도록 하는 방법이다. 본 논문의 알고리즘은 부착된 이정표와 저장된 시퀀스사이의 상호대응 관계를 결정하고 이를 이용하여 관찰자의 절대적 위치를 계산하고, 오각형의 5개 꼭지점을 이용하여 상대적인 위치를 결정하게 된다. 구현된 알고리즘은 실험을 통하여 위치오차 5cm를 가지며 처리속도는 0.3초미만이다. This paper describes an idea for determining self-localization using visual landmark. The critical geometric dimensions of a pentagon are used here to locate the relative position of the mobile robot with respect to the pattern. This method has the advantages of simplicity and flexibility. This pentagon is also provided nth a unique identification, using invariant features and colors that enable the system to find the absolute location of the patterns. This algorithm determines both the correspondence between observed landmarks and a stored sequence, computes the absolute location of the observer using those correspondences, and calculates relative position from a pentagon using its (ive vortices. The algorithm has been implemented and tested. In several trials it computes location accurate to within 5 centimeters in less than 0.3 second.
크로스 카 빔 Impact Bracket 압축 거동에 관한 연구

The crash performance for driver and passenger safety becomes an essential factor in the design of vehicles. In order to estimate and improve the crash performance of practical automotive parts, dynamic crash test was conducted by using welding specimen composed of the materials with different strength and thickness. Computational simulation of impact behavior of passenger car has been effectively performed to reduce the number of frontal crash test. In this paper static load test was also performed to use as basic data for analysis. In this paper, first, reliable FE modeling technique for static load simulation was developed. And, using developed analysis model, a series of analysis was carried out to examine the effect of important design parameters on compression static load collapse characteristics. Also, the effect of welding in the impact bracket was discussed.

인터넷, 모바일 등을 이용한 서비스들이 다양한 개인정보를 이용하기 시작하면서, 사용자의 프라이버시 문제는 점점 더 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 프라이버시 문제를 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 그 중 하나가 신뢰협상(Trust Negotiation) 기술이다. 이 기술은 사용자의 데이터 노출제어 및 서비스제공자의 자원인가 및 제어간의 균형점을 찾아주어 사용자의 프라이버시 보호 및 서비스제공자의 접근제어를 가능하게 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 신뢰협상 기술 중 몇 가지를 살펴봄으로써 신뢰 협상 기술의 연구 동향 및 발전 방향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다.

The Effect of strain rates and temperatures on the tensile properties of plastics were studied. Tear seam plastics, which are used in the hard IP invisible passenger airbag, were tested at various strain rates, and the stress-strain relations were obtained. And also tensile tests for the same plastics were performed at high and low temperatures, and the variations of the tensile properties with temperatures were acquired. The effects of the strain rates and temperatures on the tensile properties are discussed. The mechanical properties obtained from this research will be useful to estimate the airbag deployment accurately in engineering sense.

Most automobile interior parts consist of plastic components. These components must satisfy several criteria, including the thermal-cycle resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance. The automobile industry is working to reduce the thermal deformation that occurs through periodical, seasonal changes. Essential material properties for thermal deformation simulation were acquired under various temperature conditions, such as stress-strain curve, dimensional change curve during thermal expansion and creep. It is necessary to obtain the material properties for thermal deformation analysis under the heat cycle test. Specially, creep data of plastic material was introduced to study the time-dependent deformation behavior of the instrument panel in heat cycle test. The test has been fitted into a time-hardening type creep constitutive equation. The time-hardening version of the power-law creep model was applied to account for the permanent deformation after heat cycle test, verified through the comparison of test result with FEA result for creep model.

Vehicle interior parts composed of plastic usually deform under various temperature condition. The varying temperature induces thermal expansion of IP. The incompatibility of thermal expansion between various parts causes permanent deformation of plastic parts in conjunction with constraint conditions. Therefore, it is one of the key issue to minimize thermal deformation during developing IP. It is necessary to obtain the material properties for thermal deformation analysis under the heat cycle test. In recent days, Styling of automotive vehicle tends to be sharpened more and more. Specially, for clear and sharp styling of vehicle, The role of character line in vehicle design becomes more important. If character line has sharp edge and small radius, global appearance of vehicle looks like sharp and clear. But small character radius causes a kind of surface defect which is called slip line (kind of skid mark of initial contact line moves). In order to have small and clear character line for outer stamping panel, new stamping process method is required to satisfy vehicle appearance quality. In this study, The Variable Thickness Offset method between upper and lower stamping die has been applied. Usually the clearance between upper and lower stamping die has constant distance of blank thickness except some special case. To avoid and reduce slip line surface defect, the smaller clearance than blank thickness has been applied in the area that the skid line moves. The smaller clearance than blank thickness means giving higher contact pressure to defect area compared to other surface area. As a result, Higher contact pressure makes the slip line defect can be dispersed to adjacent surface. The Variable Thickness Offset method can be considered that it is effective method to improve and reduce slip line surface defect giving by enough contact pressure to blank material. Variable Thickness Offset consists of smaller thickness offset area and transition area.

This paper deals with crash characteristics for the steel used in an CCB(Cross Car Beam). Computational simulation of impact behavior of passenger car has been effectively performed to reduce the number of crash test. Material properties for the raw materials are used as input for the analysis, however, mechanical material properties for the real parts should be used to obtain more accurate results since they have changed during processing and welding. In this paper drop weight test was performed for the impact bracket of the cowl cross bar assembly to obtain material properties during impact. Static load test was also performed to use as basic data for analysis. Calculated load from linear momentum concept showed good agreement with average measured load.
