복수개의 동영상 시퀜스를 이용한 차량추적

비디오를 이용한 차량 추적 자동화 기술은 차량속도 등의 정확한 교통량 측정을 위해 중요하다. 그러나 단일 카메라로 취득된 비디오를 이용한 차량추적의 경우 카메라의 유한한 시계(field of view)때문에 추적범위가 제약된다. 차량추적 범위를 넓히고 차량행태에 대한 보다 많은 정보를 얻기 위해서는 복수개의 카메라로 연속된 추적영역을 촬영하여 분석하는 방식을 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 규칙기반 차량추적 알고리즘을 적용한 두 대의 동기된 비디오 시??스에서 연속적으로 추적하는 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 영상분석을 통해 나타날 수 있는 거의 모든 경우를 규칙을 만들기 위해 고려되었으며, 칼만 필터를 이용하여 예측성능을 향상시켰다. 제안된 연속된 비디오에서의 차량추적 방법은 확장된 추적범위에서 차량의 순간속도, 차량의 개별행태 등에 보다 많은 정보를 취득하는데 성공적으로 활용될 수 있다. Automatic tracking of vehicles is important to accurately estimate the traffic information including vehicle speeds in video-based traffic measurement systems. Because of the limited field of view, the range of visual tracking with a single camera is restricted. In order to enlarge the tracking range for better chance of monitoring the vehicle behaviors, a tracking with consecutive multiple video sequences is necessary. This parer proposes a carefully designed rule-based vehicle racking scheme and apply it for the tracking for two well synchronized video sequences. In the scheme, almost all possible cases that can appear in the video-based vehicle tracking are considered to make rules. Also, the rule based scheme is augmented with Kalman filter. The result of tracking can be successfully used to collect data such as temporal variation of vehicle speed and behavior of individual vehicle behaviors in the enlarged tracking region.

비디오 영상에서 규칙기반 차량추적에 관한 연구

차량의 자동 추적은 도로 건설 계획을 수립하는데 있어서 중요한 자료인 교통의 흐름을 분석하거나, 비디오 영상의 교통량 분석 시스템에서 차량의 정확한 속도를 측정하는 등 여러 분야에서 그 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 영상에서 차량 추적 시 발생할 수 있는 가능한 경우들을 고려한 규칙기반 차량 추적 방법들을 제안한다. 제안된 방법들은 정화도의 관점에서 Mean-Shift방법에 비해 빠르고 좋은 성능을 나타내었다 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 추적의 속도나 정확성을 높이기 위해 칼만 필터 예측기 및 칼라 정보를 이용한 탐색들을 융합한다면 더 우수한 추적 성능을 보일 것으로 기대된다. Automatic tracking of vehicles is important to accurately estimate the vehicle speeds in video-based traffic measurement systems and to analyze traffic flows for road construction. This paper proposes a carefully designed rule-based tracking scheme that considers the possible cases that can be appeared in the video-based vehicle racking. The proposed scheme is fast and outperforms the Mean-Shift scheme in terms of accuracy. The accuracy and the speed of the scheme would be increased by combining it with color-based searching and Kalman filters.

러프 집합을 이용한 색채 감성의 해석

본 논문은 칼라 패턴의 감성 평가를 위해 러프 집합 이론이 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다. 우리는 주어진 랜덤 칼라 패턴을 보여주고 사람들로 하여금 감성 평가를 하게 하여 수집된 심리학적 실험 데이터를 기반으로 VPRS(Variable Precision Rough Set) 이론을 적용, 관련 규칙들을 추출하였다. 이러한 규칙들은 벽지 등의 컬러 패턴들에 대한 근사적인 감성 평가 뿐만 아니라, 이미지 속성 공간을 언어적 이미지 스케일로 표현된 감성 공간으로 매핑 시키기 위한 적응 퍼지 시스템 등의 초기 조건으로도 사용할 수도 있다.

단일 음원 노래에서 음표의 조합 규칙을 이용한 마디 위치 찾기

본 논문은 한 마디 내에서 나타나는 음표들을 조합했을 때 규칙적인 배수관계가 있음을 이용하여 단음으로 구성된 노래에서 정확하게 마디 위치를 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 먼저 노래의 개별음의 길이들을 찾아내고, 이들 개별음 길이들의 배수관계를 적용한 규칙들을 이용한다. 이렇게 찾아진 마디정보는 자동 음악 채보 시스템의 사전 정보로 활용될 수 있는 박자 및 빠르기 등을 위한 원천적인 정보를 추출하는데 활용될 수 있다. 남성 및 여성의 단음으로 구성된 12곡의 노래들에 대한 실험 결과 1곡을 제외한 11곡 노래들의 마디위치를 정확히 검출 했으며, 이렇게 찾은 마디 정보와 음악적 이론을 이용하여 곡의 박자 및 빠르기 정보 등을 추출할 수 있다. There exist some regular multiple relations in the intervals of notes when they are combined within one measure. This paper presents a method to find the exact measure positions in monophonic song based on those relations. In the proposed method the individual intervals are segmented at first and the rules that state the multiple relations are used to find the measure position. The measures can be applied as the foundational information for extracting beat and tempo of a song which can be used as background knowledge of automatic music transcription system. The proposed method exactly detected the measure positions of 11 songs out of 12 songs except one song which consist of monophonic voice song of the men and women. Also one can extract the information of beat and tempo of a song using the information about extracted measure positions with music theory.

‘2007년 개정 사회과 교육과정’에 따른 사범대학 일반사회교육과 교육과정 분석 및 개선방안 연구

현대 사회는 세계화 정보화ㆍ전문화ㆍ다양화 사회이다. 아울러 지식기반사회, 지식 정보화 사회이기도 하다. 지식과 정보가 폭증하고 사회 구성원인 인간들의 역동적인 활동이 사회를 이끄는 시대인 것이다. 본 연구는 2009학년도부터 일선 초ㆍ중ㆍ고교에 연차적으로 적용되는 ‘2007년 개정 사회과 교육과정’의 내용을 바탕으로 하여, 교사 양성 대학으로서 목적 대학인 사범대학 일반사회교육과 교육과정을 분석하여 바람직한 교육과정의 개선 방안을 모색하고자하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적 아래 본 연구에서는 ‘2007년 개정 사회과 교육과정’을 분석한 토대 위에서 공주대학교 사범대학 일반사회교육과의 교육과정을 교과교육학과 교과내용학의 구분 비교, 교과교육학과 교과내용학의 영역별 구분 비교, 교과교육학과 교과내용학의 이수 학년별 구분 비교 등을 준거로 하여 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 2007년 개정 사회과 교육과정에 견주어 공주대학교 사범대학 일반사회교육과 교육과정은 첫째, 교과교육학에 비하여 교과내용학의 비율이 매우 높았으며, 둘째, 교육교육학 측면에서 교과 교육의 교육사, 교육내용학 측면에서 문화인류학 영역의 교과목이 소홀히 취급되고 있었으며, 셋째, 교과교육학과 교과내용학의 이수 학년 구분 비교 측면에서 교과교육학의 이수 학년을 좀 더 하향하고, 제4학년의 교과내용학 이수 부담을 감축하는 방향을 모색하는 것이 바람직하리라고 사료되고 있다. 결국, ‘2007년 개정 사회과 교육과정’의 기본 정신인 학생 중심 교육, 역사 교육 강화, 한국 정체성 교육 강조 등을 구현하기 위해서는 교원 양성 대학인 사범대학의 일반사회교육과 교육과정이 바람직한 방향으로 개정, 개편되어야 할 것이다. Modern society is the age of the globalization, the information-oriented, the specialization, and the diverse society. In addition, It is a knowledge-based and knowledge, information-oriented society. It is the era of knowledge and information to soar. These days, dynamic activities are required. This studies are for improving desirable curriculum to analyze the curriculum of department of social studies education at the college of education. And it is based on “2007 Revision Social Studies Education Curriculum” that would be applied to a primary, middle and high school from the year of 2009. For the studies, I analyzed the curriculum of department of social studies education at the college of education in the Konju University. I compared the subject pedagogics and the subject contents, the area of subject pedagogics and the area of subject contests, and the grade of subject pedagogics and the grade of the subject contents. Analysis of the results are as follows: The subject contents have higher percentage than the subject pedagogics. And the subject of ‘history of education’ and ‘cultural anthropology’ are treated badly. And then I think that the grade for the subject pedagogics should be lowered and the subject contents for the seniors are too much. Finally, the curriculum of department of social studies education should be revised in good direction. That’s the way to make education of student-centered, history education reinforcement, South Korea identity-based on “2007 Revision Social Studies Education Curriculum”.

「2009 개정 교육과정」적용에 따른 교육과정 설계자ㆍ실행자로서의 교원의 역할 탐색

현대 사회는 지식 기반 사회, 세계화ㆍ정보화 사회이다. 세계화 시대인 현대 사회에서는 인간의 다양한 생활 속에서 사회적 사상(事象)과 사회적 상황이 발생한다. 모름지기 이와 같은 사회 변화를 이끄는 추동력이자 견인차는 곧 교육이다. 인간의 바람직한 변화를 지향하는 교육은 교육과정(curriculum)으로 학교 현장에서 구현된다. 즉 교육과정은 단위 학교의 다양화된 자율적ㆍ창의적인 교육 설계도이자 이정표이다. 우리나라는 그 동안 여러 차례의 교육과정 제ㆍ개정이 있었다. 2011학년도부터 전국의 초ㆍ중ㆍ고교에 연차적으로 전면 도입, 적용되는 ‘2009 개정 교육과정’은 교과와 창의적 체험활동 등 두 영역으로 편성되어 있다. ‘2009 개정 교육과정’은 단위 학교와 개별 교사 수준의 천차만별식 교육과정 설계(편성)ㆍ실행(운영)을 지향하고 있다. 단위 학교와 교사에 따라 자율적이고 다양한 교육과정, 창의적인 교육과정 설계(편성)ㆍ실행(운영)을 강조하고 있다. ‘2009 개정 교육과정’이 일선 학교에서 착근하고 바람직하게 실행되기 위해서는 교육과정 설계자ㆍ실행자로서의 이런 학교 교사(교원)들의 역할 제고가 필수적이다. 교사들이 교육과정에 대한 자질과 소양을 함양하고 이를 바탕으로 자신이 담당하고 있는 학급, 교과의 교육과정을 자율적이고, 창의적이며 다양하게 설계하고 실행하는 데 앞장서야 한다. 결국 ‘2009 개정 교육과정’이 지향하는 자율적 교육과정, 창의적 교육과정, 다양화된 교육과정으로 소임을 다하기 위해서는 이를 직접 맡고 있는 일선 학교 교사(교원)들의 교육과정 자율화ㆍ다양화ㆍ창의성 담보에 대한 역할인식과 역할수행이 선행되어야 한다. 시·도 교육연수원 원격연수 운영 프로그램 평가 분석 및 개선방안

본 연구는 시·도 교육연수원에서 운영하고 있는 원격 연수 프로그램 평가에 대한 개선 방안을 탐구하고자 하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 교육 연수원의 연수에 참여한 일선 학교 현장 교사들의 반응을 중심으로 프로그램 평가의 결과를 분석하여 바람직한 평가 방안을 모색하는데 근본적 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 연수기간의 적절성, 연수시스템의 편리성, 교육과정 편성의 적절성, 교과목 구성의 충실성, 평가 방법의 타당성 등 5개 대영역에 걸친 15개 세부 문항으로 구성된 질문지를 개발하여 이를 분석하여 전체적인 빈도와 경향을 해석하여 결론을 도출하였다. 질문지를 수집하여 연수의 설계면, 운영면, 성과면 등 3 영역으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 현행의 원격연수 프로그램과 운영 시스템이 설계면, 운영면, 성과면 등 전반에 걸쳐 대체로 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 앞으로 원격연수가 더욱 활성화되고 효과적으로 운영되기 위해서는 다양한 평가 방법 개발, 종합적·즉시적인 피드백 고려, 온라인 시스템 환경에 대한 지속적인 평가가 모색되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 아울러, 교육과정 개발과 평가의 체계적 방안, 원격 연수 운영의 서비스 평가 등도 개선되어야 할 것이다. This study focused on the exploration of the new devices about the Distant Learning (DL) Programs, which are run by cities and provinces’ education centers. So, this study, with the response of the current teachers who took part in training at the education center, basically aimed to evaluate the result of the program and reviewed an analysis of the desirable evaluation devices. This study has been developed by the use of a questionnaire which consists of 15 detailed questions in 5 project areas such as the training period’s appropriateness, the convenience of the training system, the appropriateness of curriculum organization, the accuracy of textbook content, and the adequacy of the evaluation method. The study also analyzed and interpreted their frequency and tendency, which led to the conclusions. According to the study result, it showed that the current DL program and the running system is positive on the whole, but for a more active and effective DL, the development of various evaluation methods, the consideration of comprehensive and directed feedback, and the continual evaluation of the online system environment should be considered. Also, the systematic device of curriculum development and evaluation and the service evaluation of the DL process should be revised.
