여성 결혼이민자의 종교공동체 참여 활동을 통한 사회통합 방안: 가톨릭 종교공동체를 중심으로
김언경 대구가톨릭대학교 사회과학연구소 2023 지역사회 현안과 담론 Vol.22 No.-
This study compared and confirmed cases in which female married immigrants divided measures for adaptation and integration into Korean society through religious and religious community participation activities into immigrant and indigenous religious communities. Through participation in religious communities, female marriage immigrants from migrant and indigenous religious communities can live a life of faith with indigenous people and adaptation and integration in Korean society. This means that female marriage immigrants share the same faith in the same space as believers in religious communities in indigenous communities, and female marriage immigrants can have a sense of belonging through participation and activities in religious life. It can also be seen that the mutual understanding of the heterogeneous cultures of indigenous peoples and female marriage immigrants can be broadened. It will be a very meaningful study in that it serves as the basis for an integrated migration agenda related to multiculturalism within the Catholic religious community based on the religious and empirical characteristics and desires of female marriage immigrants. Furthermore, marriage immigrants are viewed as objects of benefit, not object objects, but objects of mutual benefit, and subjective objects, and it will be able to provide implications for the use of indigenous local religious communities as an adaptation mechanism for the integration of multicultural society within the Korean Catholic Church.
Characterization of Microsatellite Markers Closely Linked with PKD Loci in the Korean Population
김언경,이규백 한국통합생물학회 2006 Animal cells and systems Vol.10 No.2
Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease(ADPKD) is one of the most common inherited renaldisorders in the world. Mutations in PKD1 located onchromosome 16p13.3 are responsible for 85% of all theADPKD patients whereas mutations in PKD2 on chromo-Genetic heterogeneity and the problems of mutationdetection in PKD1 suggest that linkage analysis is animportant approach to study the genetics of ADPKD. Toevaluate the availability of six (CA)n microsatellite markersfor the linkage analysis of ADPKD in the Korean population,we examined the allele frequencies and heterozygosities ofthe markers. With the exception of KG8, five markers werehighly informative, with PIC values over 0.5, but the PICvalue of KG8 marker was less informative than other fivemarkers because of the low number of alleles. Therefore, this study wil be useful in linkage analysis for ADPKDfamilies in the Korean population.
