In order to investigate the low liquor ratio dyeing method of poly(ethylene tereqphthalte)(PET) fiber, a basic study on two phase dyeing method was studied. The results are as follows; 1. Toluene, xylene, perchloroethylene, tetrachloroethane, and monochlorobenzene are effective as solvent, being considered their boiling points, solubilities in water, and the solubility of dye. 2. Dye partition quantity from solvents to water was proportional to the dissolved quantity of dye in solvents. 3. The crystallinity change of PET fiber dyed by two phase dyeing method had little difference from that of fiber dyed in water. 4. Initial dyeing rate of two phase dyeing method was greater than that of dyeing in water, and the solubility of dye in solvents had much influence on initial dyeing rate, but bath ratio had little. 5. Polymer coagulant was effective to the purification of dyeing waste-water. It was much easier because there was no auxiliaries in the two phase dyeing bath.

이 연구는 한국 학춤의 생성 근원을 밝혀 우리나라 학춤의 역사성을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 학춤관련 문헌 분석과 학춤 연구가인 김성수 선생과의 면담을 실시했다. 연구를 수행한 결과 한국 학춤은 삼국시대 설화에서 생성 근원을 찾을 수 있었다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 악학궤범의 학무와 민속학춤 가운데 울산학춤의 생성근원은『慶尙道地理志』蔚山郡條<계변천신 설화>로 추정 할 수 있었다. 춤에 등장하는 학의 수가 2마리로 <계변천신 설화>의 쌍학과 일치하고, 종교적 사상성은 모두 불교였다. 둘째, 학작법과 양산학춤의 생성근원은『三國遺事』臺山五類聖衆 條<오대산 월정사 연기 설화>에서 찾을 수 있었다. 오대산 월정사 연기 설화에는 중생을 교화하기 위해 부처의 화현으로 5학이 나타났다. 이상의 연구에서 한국 학춤은 기존 <탁발위 연화대 파생설>에 의한 외부 유입이 아닌 삼국시대 <계변천신 설화>와 <오대산 월정사 연기 설화>에서 시원 된 한국 독자적 발생임을 추정해 볼 수 있었다. This study aimed at searching for the historicity of crane dance based on the creation origin of Korean crane dance. For this purpose, documents such as related to crane dance, analyzed and Seong-soo Kim, who is a crane dance researcher, interviewed. As a result of this study, it found that Korean crane dance originated from tales of the three-kingdom period. The results are as follows. First, Ulsan crane dance among crane dance of Ackhakquebeum and folk crane dance is assumed to stem from『Gyeongsangdo Jiriji』Ulsangun Jo Gyebyunchunshin tale. Two cranes appear in the dance, which corresponds with a pair of crane of Gyebyunchunshin tale and both religious thought was Buddhism. Second, the crane Jakbeop and Yangsan crane dance originated from『Samguksagi』Daesanoryuseongjung Jo, the originative tale of Odaesan Woljeongsa. The five cranes appear as the manifestation of Buddha in the originative tale of Odaesan Woljeongsa in order to edify mankind. The study Above, Korean crane dance is presumed to stem from Gyebyunchunshin tale and the originative tale of Odaesan Woljeongsa of the three-kingdom period, not from Takpalwe Yeonhwadae Pasang tale, which explains it is derived from the outside of Korea.
Poly(ethylene Terephthalate) 섬유의 상압 분산 염색에 관한 연구

Poly(ethylene terephthalate) fiber was pretreated with biphenyl/methylene chloride and other solutions. Other solutions used in this experiment were methylene chloride, perchloroethylene/methylene chloride, biphenyl/water and hiphenyl/perchloroethylene. The dyeing behaviors of the pretreated fibers with C.I. Disperse Red 4 in water were studied with reference to changes in the matter properties of fiber. Also density and X-ray diffraction of the fibers were investigated as measure of crystalline region. The results obtained are briefly discussed in terms of the plasticization of the fiber structure and penetraing biphenyl volume formed during the pretreatment and pretreated time and temperature. The results are as follows; 1) The crystalline growth of PET fiber treated with 5% biphenyl/methylene chloride was also greater than that treated with other solutions, and this tendency was increase with volume of added biphenyl. 2) Equilibrium dye absorption and initial rate of dyeing of PET fiber treated with 5% biphenyl/methylene chloride were greater than those of sample with other solution. 3) The diffusion and dye affinity of PET fiber treated with 5% biphenyl/methylene chloride were greater than those of sample with other solution. I think that dyeing method of energy conservation of pretreated PET fiber is dyeing PET fiber pretreated with 5% hiphenyl/methylene chloride.

Purpose: We recently reported that rosiglitazone (RGTZ), a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) agonist, has a protective effect against cyclosporine (CsA)- induced renal injury. Here we report the effect of RGTZ on peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) expression in an experimental model of chronic cyclosporine (CsA) nephropathy. Materials and Methods: Chronic CsA nephropathy was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats by administering CsA (15mg/kg per day) for 28 days, and control rats were treated with vehicle (VH group, olive oil 1mL/kg per day) for 28 days. RGTZ (3mg/kg) was concurrently administered via gavage to the CsA and VH groups. Expression of PPARγ mRNA and protein was evaluated with RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, and immunoblotting. Results: PPARγ mRNA expression was similar to the level of PPARγ protein constitutively expressed in the kidneys of the VH treated rats, with expression in the glomerular epithelial, distal tubular cells, and collecting tubular cells. PPARγ protein expression in CsA-treated rat kidneys was significantly less than in the VH group. However, concomitant administration of RGTZ restored PPARγ protein expression in the kidneys of the CsA- reated rats. Conclusion: Exogenous administration of RGTZ treatment upregulates PPARγ expression and that this mechanism may play a role in protecting against CsA-induced renal injury.
녹색금융 관련 교육 전·후 잠재적 투자자 인지 변화에 관한 연구

In this study, the current status of green finance was examined and the importance of educational aspects for individual investors was presented as a way to revitalize green finance. In addition, this study tried to prove the effectiveness of education by verifying individual investors‘ understanding and cognitive changes on green finance through education. This study established five hypotheses to analyze the cognitive changes. Cross-tabulation and binomial logistic regression were used as validation methods. The subjects of the study were 1,000 adults who have experience in investing in financial products or plan to participate in future investments, and the survey period is divided into basic education and in-depth education When comparing the response results, it was found that more respondents wished to subscribe to the survey results after completing in-depth education. It was found that a higher percentage of trainees wished to subscribe to the product in the survey of all trainees.
